Location is super easy to find. The hostess is just wonderful. It's a quiet area which is nice in the evenings to relax. Close to the beach and old city. Definitely recommend this place!

Shower could use some minor updates. Some of the equipment is showing some rusty spots. Simple to replace and would make it look finished.

A good place for staying, with optimal distance to beach and to downtown. Grocery stores is also nearby. Bed linen and towels was clean and nice, air conditioner working well, bathroom was also OK.

No air freshener in bathroom, and no microwawe owen (!!!) - in 21 century it is very strange, because this is not expensive, but very needed things.

Not practical storage for clothes The shower curtain was not closing properly, causing water to spill to the bathroom floor A kettle would be very useful.

Passable

The hostess was very lovely and professional. Aside to the refrigerator and the microwave, the room was unexpectedly also equiped with basic cutlery and crockery, liquid hand soap, liquid detergent and a sponge, as well as paper towels and toilet paper. We received clean towels regularly and initially toilet paper too (but that stopped after a while without an explanation). Even though beds had footboards that made it impossible to stretch fully, the matresses and pillows were very comfortable and linen war clean and replaced regularly.

The room itself is very noisy. It is placed directly next to a street that has no pedestrian walkway (so cars are driving directly next to the building) and next to a road crossing with one of the busiest streets in Rovinj. The other side of the room is facing a small terrace. The room description and the photos are hiding the fact that the terrace is shared with other guests who's rooms and apartments are also facing it. This means that you can hear other guests not only while they are out on the terrace, but also while they are inside their rooms even though none of them were doing anything loud. The only option to prevent the noise was to shut the windows (that are very small which makes the room unpleasantly dark in the afternoon) and turn on the air conditioning. While the airconditioning was strong enough to cool the room quickly even on the hottest days, it was not regularly serviced and desinfected, so aside from a terrible smell, it also gave us quite bad respiratory infection.

Die Lage ist Nahe zum Zentrum in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Preis ist der Ausstattung gerecht und der kurze Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe war nett und freundlich!

Надо поменять кухонную утварь , как минимум раз в 3 дня убирать .

Номер обычный , точно не на долгое время прибывания . Честно говоря за такие деньги можно смело лететь в Турцию или в Египет.

Мы были там 11 дней . Номер не разу ни кто не убирал , за все время поменяли один раз полотенце . Посуда и кухонная утварь с 90-х годов , а самое интересное приборов на 3 человек ))) ( вилки , ложки и т.д.)
