Nice appartment with excellent hosts.

Nice appartment, well equipped, located cca 15min walk from the beach/centre. Shopping centre (Lidl, DM, food shops) 5 min walk. Bakery next to the apartment was convenient. Hosts were super nice, gave me even a small present for my birthday, that made my day. Thank you once again, family Banko!

Loved staying here. Would stay here again when I return to Rovinj. The hosts Luciana & Petar were wonderful!

This super clean apartment is in a local neighborhood not in town with all the tourists. I felt like I was living like a local while I was there. There was a full kitchen with enough pots & pans, dishes, etc…to make a meal. And there was a balcony overlooking the street with lines to hang out my wash, and where I could watch the sunsets and thunderstorms. Luciana & Petar were really responsive and if I needed anything they would handle it immediately. They were great! I wanted to rent a bike and Petar had someone bring me a bike and helmet. So, I rode my bike and got around that way. Walking to town would probably take 30-40 minutes and the beach about 50 minutes. On a bike, it’s no time at all. It’s a great place to stay. Plus it’s super clean!

Apartment is awesome, the owners are even better!

The most lovely owners in croatia! I got sick on our last day and they gave their absolute best to make sure I would be okay! So sweet! The kitchen has everything one needs, the location is great also, it‘s just a short and nice walk to the city centre and the sea. The supermarket and a pharmacy are close by as well!

Well located to drive to close by beaches, good pastry shop around the corner, 3 supermarkets very nearby, walking distance from the city centre, very quite, lot of parking space available. The owners are very kind and nice, available to help!

An excellent apartment for a short or long stay in Rovinj

This is a great apartment. It's located about 15 mins walk from both the town centre and the beach. The hosts live downstairs and they have 4 apartments overhead. They emailed us before our arrival to say they would be there to meet us with the key. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed using the kitchen for cooking breakfast and lunch and the balcony was a great addition. Good air conditioning also made our stay very comfortable. It was very quiet there at night time and black-out blinds meant we could sleep on until later in the morning if we wished. The landlady provided us with clean towels every third day or so and fresh bed linen after 5-6 days. The hosts also helped us with booking a taxi on our departure and even gave us a little Thank You gift as we were leaving. We were delighted with this apartment-its location, the hosts and the apartment itself and we would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Rovinj

My nice stay in Rovinj and accomodation by Banko7

The accomodation was super fine, check-in was smooth, we aligned in advance and they were there to meet us, even though we arrived early morning and the check-in was possible from 14:00 officially. They managed to hand it over around 12:00, meantime we made a walk in the city-center which was 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment was fully clean and well equipped, hosts were nice, we had no problem at all! The closest beach was 10-15 mins walking distance and the other parts could be reached with 30 mins, but you could also take your car to go there as there are many free parking areas. The area is also ideal for running (we did run at the coast), and there are many shops and even restaurants close to the apartment. Shortly speaking, try it out! :-)

I have no negative experience, I can only recommend this accomodation to everyone. Try it out.
