Comfortable Stay Just Outside the Center

The apartment is simple but has everything you need, including a washing machine. Private outdoor parking is available in the courtyard right in front of the property. The location is slightly outside the center but well served by supermarkets and other amenities. The old town is about a 15-minute pleasant walk away.

This accommodation was very beautiful, clean, and fragrant. Upon our arrival, a bowl of fruit was waiting for us, along with chilled bottles of water in the fridge. The location is also great – just a short walk to the historic center, close to the sea, and there were several shops nearby. We truly thank you for this accommodation – my husband and I have never slept as well anywhere else as we did here.

Average flat close to the city center with all facilities

The owner lives in the flat next door and she is very nice and helpful (she doesn´t speak English, mainly Italian). There is a parking exactly in front. The flat is quite big with all facilities available. It is located 15-20 min from the city center walking.

The fat is on the ground floor close to a main street and there is only one window as source of light. It is not ideal to plan dinner outside.

Location was great. Walking distance to old center. Excellent new equipped apartment. Private parking, Everything what you need for cooking and for long stay. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice terrace.

A perfect place to stay to explore Rovinj and Istria! Easy parking and groceries, great Value!

The owners are so kind and helpful and the place is just very cozy, extremely clean and perfecly ordered, nice small kitchen with everything you need, in a great location (near to lidl and other markets, near to the best pizzaria in town, you can drive out of Rovinj to many directions very fast), the road in the front is a bit busy, but at night it is quite and the beds are very comfy! Thanks Svid appartment!!! :)

Gioiellino a Rovigno

Area carinissima con mini cucina super attrezzata. Ampio bagno con lavatrice. La camera era davvero molto spaziosa ed era disponibile anche un tavolino esterno, davanti all’ingresso.

Es war alles super. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Apartment war sauber, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Super, dass wir einen Parkplatz hatten und zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 Minuten im Zentrum. Perfekt

Prima accomodatie!

Leuk appartement op fiets/(loop)-afstand van het centrum. Ligging aan een drukke weg, maar dat stoorde ons niet. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Fruit en water in de koelkast bij aankomst gaf een welkom gevoel. Fijn parkeren op de binnenplaats.

Voor ons geen issue omdat we fietsen bij hadden, maar de afstand tot strand was wat verder dan verwacht.

Die Vermieterin war hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage sowie der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Bilder täuschen etwas-in der Tat ist die Wohnung dunkler (nur ein Fenster). Das Wasser im Bad lief über(die Dusche hat auch keine Stufe).Obwohl uns geholfen wurde, müsste die Wohnung etwas modernisiert werden.

Wszystko w porządku. Trzeba było zrobić spacer, aby dość do centrum czy plaży, ale wiedzieliśmy na co się decydujemy :)

Apartament był duży, była w nim lodówka, kuchenka i klimatyzacja. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Było czysto.
