Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber
Die Klimaanlage ist im Schlafzimmer und bläst immer einen ins Gesicht. Ausserdem müsste sie erneuert werden, weil sie nicht richtig funktioniert. Vor allem müsste sie fachmännisch gereinigt werden.
