This stylishly furnished double room offers an ideal retreat on approx. 35 m² for couples or solo travellers who wish to enjoy a relaxed holiday on the Istrian coast. The room is located on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday home and features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, SAT-TV with a digital plasma screen, and a refrigerator. A table with two chairs and a desk provide additional comfort. The modern, en-suite bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer, and towel warmer. Baby cots are available upon request. The separate access ensures privacy, and a private parking space on the property is also available.
The holiday home is located in a quiet, green environment with good access to shopping facilities, restaurants, and public transport. The beach is only about 600 metres away and offers various beach types such as gravel, rocks, and concrete plateaus, while sandy beaches are accessible at around 2 kilometres. Leisure activities such as water sports, cycling, golf, and excursions to nearby nature parks, as well as cultural highlights, make the location particularly attractive.
Guests can use the fenced garden with a barbecue area, parasols, and a children's playground. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
