Fantastic room in a lovely small complex with great pool and plenty of sun beds and seating for all. Great family run place who live on site and keep it immaculate. Made us feel really welcome Excellent location a short 10 min walk to the old town and all the facilities there. Rovinj is beautiful and well worth visiting with so many bars, shops and restaurants to try. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks and would love to return

Great stay

Elvir and Jasmina were great hosts. They made an effort to build an oasis and they succeeded. Everything was so clean. Our room was big and well equiped. The area was quiet. Having the swimming pool was handy. There was a parking space for each room. The city center was near by.

Lovely and peaceful but close enough to the town centre. Owners were lovely and the pool side was very clean and not too cold. My 2 year old loved the pool! Free parking directly outside was also very helpful for us.

There was no travel cot available so had to bring my own but that wasn’t a problem luckily with the airline I flew with.

Great location perfect accommodation!

We absolutely loved the room. We arrived a bit early and they let us leave our bags and went for a walk in the town until the room was cleaned and when we arrived it was sparkling clean and perfect. Very comfortable bed and a small terrace but the pool had chairs and sun beds and parasols which was perfect. There was teas and coffees in the room. And a washing line on the terrace for our wet things. The walk was only 10 minutes from the main harbour but it was a very quick, lovely walk. The area was quiet and 1 minute away from a supermarket. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The shutters made it dark in the room at night which was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We will definitely be back.

Fast perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Schönes großes, ruhiges und sehr sauberes Apartment mit viel Platz und Ablagefläche/Kästen. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die angenehmerweise nicht direkt auf das Bett gerichtet war. Sauberes, großes, modernes Badezimmer. Die Handtücher wurden alle 2 Tage gewechselt, was sehr erfreulich war. Pool war wunderbar, es gab auch ausreichend Liegen, allerdings keinen Schatten. Der hauseigene Parkplatz hatte große und ausreichend viele Plätze. Wir durften schon vor dem Check-In unser Auto dort abstellen. Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe gab es ein nettes Frühstückslokal. Die Altstadt und der Hafen waren fußläufig gut in 15-20 min erreichbar, mit vielen netten Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.

Da unser Apartment im Erdgeschoß war, musste man im Schlafzimmer auch tagsüber immer die Rollläden unten belassen, damit niemand hineinsieht und immer das Licht einschalten. Bei den Liegen am Pool gab es überhaupt keine Sonnenschirme und im Lounge-Bereich wurden die Sonnenschirme nur dann geöffnet, wenn kein Wind ging. Das machte es schwierig, am Pool im Schatten zu liegen. Wir mussten also täglich die Liegen hin- und hertragen und uns zwischen den Lounge-Möbeln einen Platz schaffen, um halbwegs im Schatten liegen zu können. Ansonsten wäre es das wirklich perfekte Urlaubsdomizil gewesen!

Mooie locatie, dicht bij het centrum (5-10 minuten lopen)

Ruime kamer, prima airco, goed bed, en Ervin was een prima gastheer. Goede ontvangst, leuke uitleg van de omgeving. Gewoon super locatie.

Helaas hadden we geen keuken faciliteiten, maar dat was me eigen stomme schuld, niet goed gecheckt.

Top vakantie!

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. De kamer en het appartement waren goed onderhouden en schoon. Ook was er een fijn zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en zitplekken. Het appartement was erg ruim. Ook was er een fijne moderne keuken en een grote badkamer met een fijne douche. Om de paar dagen werden er schone handdoeken op de kamer gelegd. Ook toiletpapier werd aangevuld. Aardig en goed bereikbaar personeel. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het mooie centrum van Rovinj.

Het enige minpunt is dat de kamer en het appartement wat gehorig zijn. Je hoort mensen op de gang en op de naastgelegen kamers.

Tienes parking incluido, las habitaciones muy limpias, muy buena piscina. El anfitrión está todo el día trabajando allí para que esté todo bien, además de que es muy simpático. Las camas cómodas y habitaciones bien equipadas con nevera y hervidor de agua para café o infusión.
