Great stay

The apartments are an easy walk into the centre of Rovinj and the beautiful old town and harbour. Bicycles were available to us but we didn’t make use of them. We were greeted warmly by Jelena, a wonderful hostess. She toured us around the location showing us everything we needed to know. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and functional, with a nice balcony. The bathroom was very clean, modern and well equipped. Our breakfast had an array of foods to choose from; everything was fresh, especially the personalized eggs and pancakes. Delicious. Plenty of parking too! Nice looking property.

Excellent accommodation in a great location

We were met on arrival by Jelena who showed us around our unit and gave us excellent advice on dining options and ways to get around the area. Our unit was extremely comfortable and had everything that we would need during our stay. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone staying in Rovinj.

Amazing accommodation, great location, perfect choice!

We loved everything! Our studio was very clean and it had a very comfortable bed, and nice pillows and bedding. It was very spacious with lots of closet and storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed. It had a nice balcony that had beautiful sun exposure and a perfect drying rack for our clothes. We had bikes to use that were assigned to our studio apartment. We took them out a couple of times and explored the area. It is an 8-10 minute walk from the Old Town so we found it perfectly located. Jelena, our host is lovely. She answers any questions you have very promptly. She’s very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Apartments Erik to anyone visiting Rovinj. You will love it!

A gem

What a gem! The hostess was amazing and extremely helpful. Providing bikes for each room is wonderful and we made the most of them. The room was spotless and the kitchen was perfect. Ravijn is a wonderful town - a highlight of a trip.

Great accommodation

Great accommodation. Located 10min from the city centre. The room was clean with comfy bed. Jelena, the host, was especially hospitable and friendly. We were allowed to use their parking space even after the stay. :)

Everything you need and more!

Jelena is kindness itself. We had some problems arise, completely unrelated to the lodging and Jelena graciously helped us with everything. Breakfast is superb! We will absolutely stay here again, as it felt like home. If Jelena suggests a tour by her friend Romina, do it!

A perfect stay on the coast

Our host was superb. She greeted us with a smile and great conversations. Apartment is a short distance to old town. On site parking was a plus. Excellent breakfast including freshly cooked eggs. Room perfectly sized. Absolutely will be back.

Excellent location. Walking distance to wonderful places. There is so much to see in the city! The place itself is very quiet, clean and pretty. In any case, once again I will come to Rovinj. And I hope I can book a place in this hotel!

Superb!

We literally loverd everything. Jelena was beyond nice with us : upon arrival, she welcomed us and she gave us all the information we needed to get around in Rovinj. She also offered us to use the property parking for some hours after the check out. The one bedroom apartment was squeaky clean and it had everything we needed. Ther breakfast was also nice and filling. The property is 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. If only we could have stayed a little longer!

The location of the apartments is right outside of the main part of the city but it only takes a 15min walk to be there. Rooms are very clear and comfortable. There is no noise, it is very calm and quiet. I would definitely go there again!

Nice place with bikes near Rovinj center

Erik B&B is a lovely place to stay while visiting Rovinj. Jelena is really reactive and she gave us good recommendations on how to visit the city and where to eat. Having bikes to move around is really valuable in Rovinj and having two of them coming with our room is a real plus! The room itself was perfect four our needs and allowed us to cooked our meals.

During our second night, many sounds disturbed our sleep but the first one was calmer.

Everything is as advertised. A week before the new year, we enjoyed hiking and running around Rovinj and its beautiful surroundings. The house is located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes away from the coast or the center of Rovinj. We had a very clean and warm room. There is a fully equipped kitchen where tea, coffee and bottles of water were waiting for us. In front of the house there is a free private parking place.

if you’re nerdy, you’re sure to find some flaw like everywhere else. But there was absolutely nothing that bothered us. Host Jelena is the heart and soul of the house and is just waiting to make you feel welcome.

Great place with a nice owner

The accommodation was in a very good location as the beach and the old town were equidistant so we could take a light walk around the old town in the evening and sit down to dinner and have a drink. Jelena is a very kind owner who, if we had any questions, immediately helped and answered us and give for us with a map showing what places she offers us, which also came in very handy. Due to the trip, my partner and I decided to leave home at dawn, but fortunately Jelena was helpful here as well, as she allowed us to park in Rovinj in the parking lot of the accommodation and go to the city with the bike until she prepared the room for us, which she make it for us sooner. We can recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Rovinj. We will definitely choose at Jelena on our next trip to Rovinj.

The host is really nice, we had a warm welcome. They speak multiple languages which makes the communication really easy. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. We asked for breakfest too and it was delicious. The town is close, like ten minutes walking, but far enough to be quiet and calm. We had the opportunity to use the bikes for free. We received really good tips for what to visit when the weather was not good for the beach, which by the way is also close enough. We really enjoyed our stay here, I really recommend the place.
