Overall, our stay was okay. The location was very convenient, with the old town of Rovinj just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, including a slight uphill section. Having parking on the property was a plus, although the parking spaces were extremely tight and required careful manoeuvring.
Unfortunately, the apartment could have been better maintained. The toilet seat was broken and unstable, which was actually uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. We were also unable to close the toilet door properly, which was quite disappointing. With a few maintenance repairs, this could be a much better place to stay thanks to its excellent location.
