Cozy and clean apartment with a very friendly host, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful city center

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the old city and at about 2 kilometers from the beaches.

Really nice apartment. I wish they solve the WiFi problem.

It was very clean, big and comfortable. With parking. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable The owners live upstairs, and were extremely nice and accommodating, but…

… there was no working Wi-Fi. It would come and go constantly. That is why I give them a 7 in my review. Even though owners tried their best to get it to work, it didn’t.

A great place to stay!👍

Mirka and his family were perfect hosts. The apartment was clean and very well appointed with all amenities at hand. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the town and Marina areas. On one wet day, we were, rather thoughtfully, supplied with an umbrella and on our last day we were invited for drinks. Mirka even helped service my motorcycle whilst there!!!😁

Lovely place to stay in Rovinj

Very enjoyable stay for our family of four. Host was very welcoming. Property was very well kept and all amenities were provided. Kitchen was a bit cramped with the dining table and chairs, but there was a lovely patio with table and chairs available. Parking just out the front and easily accessible. Great location with nearby park and short walk to main road if catching taxi or Uber. Groceries nearby.

Nice place to stay for 2 nights.

Very clean and lovely apartment with everything you may need. One room had a washbasin which I think was great. Very cozy beds, balcony with facilities for hanging out wet clothes, air conditioner in a living room. To the city center is 10 min walk.

Nice place, good location, friendly owner

Owner was really friendly, came to give keys and explain everything. We even got a local wine from him and drank together. Such experiences are a bonus. Really nice place, near the center (walking distance) free parking, next to a park to have a nice walk in the evening or to sit outside in terrace. On departure date owner came again to say goodbye and give us more local wine, really nice!

An amazing stay which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to Rovinj which is an amazing town. Our host was amazing. So friendly and helpful showing us local beaches and places to eat. A great stay and we’d be back.

Happy.with our stay

Hosts offered us a beer on arrival. It had parking for our rental car. Nice area with some good restaurants near the apartment. It was very quiet at night. Picnic tables were nice for sitting outside. Good place for 4 people, Air conditioned but bedroom doors need to be left open for air conditioning to reach the bedrooms.

Farther walk to oldest section of town than expected. Hosts couldn't tell us a direct route except around the harbor. We found a better, shorter route turning right at the stop light and following the GPS. Visitors be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Exceptional stay, pure 10!😎

Everything was perfect 10 and it exceeded my expectations. Apartment was beautiful and big, with a lovely terrace where we could enjoy our breakfast and night beer. Property has a private parking and location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the centre and in front of the property is a nice pine park ( was fantastic cause we have a dog 😀😀👌). Everything was very clean and hosts were super nice. We'll come back for sure.😀😀🥰

Spacious apartment near the city centre, but far from the beaches

Spacious apartment that comfortably fits 5-6 people. Nice terrace and a private balcony. 10 minute walk from the city centre, private parking, 1 minute walk to a nice park nearby. Quite neighbourhood.

The apartment wasn't as clean as we expected. The nearest beach is about 20-30min walk which can be exhausting. There were no basic things like salt or pepper in the kitchen. Wi-fi didn't work almost at all and it was really frustrating considering the price and everything. Although there is a private parking, it is really small and you have to be skilled in order to be able to park correctly.

La atención del propietario fue maravillosa, es una persona muy amable y agradable. El lugar es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado. La cama era muy cómoda y el barrio tranquilo y de fácil acceso.

Szuper, közel a városhoz mégis nyugodt, csendes környék. Az ottartózkodáshoz mindennel felszerelt szállás volt.

Nem biztos, hogy közvetlenül a ház melletti udvarban van parkoló, de az utcában van rá lehetőség.

Heel gezellig verblijf en een pluspunt met de regelbare airco in de kamer

Heel vriendelijk ontvangst van de gastheer die ook daar in een appartement woont. Het is er heel familiaal want ook zijn kinderen en kleinkinderen wonen daar in het gebouw. Daar onze auto Dodge Ram heel groot is werd er een oplossing gevonden om een huis verder te mogen parkeren. Buitengewoon gezellig verblijf

Gelukkig konden we steeds buiten eten want de keuken is te klein maar alles is wel aanwezig

Vlasnik je veoma ljubazan. Apartman u kome smo boravili je bukvalno posebna jednosobna kucica u dvoristu,opremljena svim sto je potrebno jednom paru za boravak.Klima,Frizider,tv,...Parking je u sklopu objekta i besplatan..Apartmani se nalaze na mirnoj lokaciji...Sve je blizu-i grad i prodavnice i setaliste,restorani,....plaza je malo dalje ali ne i previse.3-5 min autom.(isli smo autom jer je previse toplo inace pesaka je oko 15min)..Ljubimci su dozvoljeni...Preko puta je park koji je bio idealan za setnju sa psom....sve preporuke.Uvek bi se rado vratili.

Unser Zimmer war perfekt. Klimatisiert, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das tolle ist, dass man die Fahrräder unterstellen konnte und den Akku laden! Perfekte Unterkunft für Radfahrer!

Appartamento pulitissimo, a disposizione tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. A 10 Min a piedi dal centro, posto macchina comodo e sicuro. Gentilissimo il proprietario: il giorno del nostro arrivo ci ha accompagnato personalmente con il motorino nella spiaggia più vicina
