It was a great location to town and the room was great.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food selections. I would suggest getting the breakfast, it was worth it. The small stool in the bathroom was a great place to put your clean clothes while showering. I say this because most places do not think of this.

The location is in a residential neighborhood. Yet, there were lots of restaurants within a few kilometers. Easy parking and driving in the surrounding area. We walked downtown in 15 minutes. Our host was accommodating and recommended things to do. He also generously offered to mail our post cards and pay postage. Thank you!

The walk to downtown and back is a bit too much in the late evening, so we drove.

We love Rovinj

Quiet location, free parking, clean apartment with terrace. Varied breakfast with home-grown tomatoes, very helpful host who gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. Gino is The Boss ;)

Pleasant stay

Owners were really nice, it was also really clean, 10 minutes walking distance to city centre. Parking is also included, which is a BIG plus. You can also eat breakfast, which is 10€ per person per night and you get eggs, salami, bread, cheese, vegetable, spreads for bread, croissant… Overall we were really happy with the stay and also would book again.

A must visit! Great host!

Great host giving us best tips on where to go both in the area and in Croatia in general. Greeted us with a warm welcome and information yet giving us time to settle and not invading our space. The property is a few minutes walk from the centre in a safe quiet area with private secure parking. A delicious and abundant breakfast waited for us the following morning before our departure. A definitely recommended place to stay at!

The location of the apartment was excellent. Close to the city center and the beach. Everything was comfortable and really clean ( the whole place has recently been renovated ). The hosts were amazing, prepared a great breakfast every morning and were helpful in recommending places to go.

Our apartment was close by the general area where the breakfast was served, because of this we were woken up by other guests while they were eating their breakfast.

Alloggio fantastico!

La stanza è grande e confortevole, così come il bagno dotato di tutti i comfort. Per chi arriva con l'auto il parcheggio è riservato all'interno della struttura. La posizione è strategica, in quanto il mare è raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto e il centro in 10 minuti a piedi. La colazione è stata superlativa con prodotti a km 0 e di qualità. Però la cosa che ha reso decisamente più piacevole il soggiorno è stata la simpatia e la cordialità della famiglia ospitante che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Se dovessimo ritornare a Rovigno sicuramente alloggeremo qui! Consigliatissimo!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Eine perfekte Lage nicht weit weg vom Zentrum Rovinj und in der Nähe vom öffentlichen Strand mit dem Rovinj Ausblick und dem Campingresort Valalta. Tolle Parkplatzmöglichkeit für alle Gäste dieser Unterkunft. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, um den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Optional ist es möglich ein leckeres Frühstück zu buchen und das Gemüse aus dem naheliegenden Biogarten zu kosten. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft definitiv nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Kleine, charmante Pension mit lieben Gastgebern im Haus

Ausreichend großes Zimmer in kleiner, ruhig gelegener Pension mit insgesamt 3 DZ und 1 Appartement über der traumhaft schönen Stadt. In die Altstadt gut 1 km, fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten. Etliche tolle Strände mit Schattenplätzen im angrenzenden Wald, teils Verleih von Liegen 7 - 10, manchmal auch 30 €, aber Auto oder Fahrrad wegen Entfernu ca. 3 km eigentlich unabdingbar. Super nettes, herzliches Gastgeberpaar, das mit 2 Kindern im gleichen Haus wohnt. Frühstück in kleinem Zwischenraum außergewöhnlich auch mit Obst, Gemüse zum Teil aus eigenem Garten, Salaten uns sonstigem Deftigen. Eierspeisen vorbereitet, aber kalt, auf Anforderung werden aber auch Spiegeleier, Rührei frisch zubereitet. Bett, Klimaanlage, Bad top, kleiner möblierter Balkon, Kühlschrank. Parkplatz im Hof. Nettes Likör-Abschiedsgeschenk. Zimmer wird nicht täglich gereinigt, für uns kein Problem, frische Handtücher auf Anforderung.

Kleinigkeiten, die das gute Urlaubsgefühl nicht negativ beeinträchtigten.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage bei freundlichen Gastfebern, super Frühstück

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und recht groß. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstück sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar! In die Innenstadt sind es 10 Min zu Fuß. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Quando torneremo a Rovinj, alloggeremo sicuramente di nuovo qui

Tutto fantastico. Stanza molto spaziosa, nuova e pulita. L’host veramente accogliente ci ha dato un sacco di dritte e anche qualche fragola e pomodorino del suo orto. La colazione valeva il prezzo, tutto molto buono. La location era ottimale: si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi in 10-15 min, ma è calma e silenziosa. Anche le spiagge sono vicine, anche se più facilmente raggiungibili in auto.

Espectacular, el lugar y la ubicación. La habitación muy bien. El anfitrión, Gino, excelente, pues te explica todas las opciones que tiene y todos los lugares que fuimos, que él nos recomendó, fueron excelentes. El desayuno, excelente y muy casero.

Que la habitación no tuviera Un block Out, y no acostumbrados a la luz matutina, nos despertábamos al alba.

Es war alles perfekt. Das tolle, super saubere Zimmer, das wechselnde, schmackhafte Frühstück und insbesondere die lieben, stets hilfsbereiten Gastgeber! Ganz klare Empfehlung. Unterkunft ist relativ nah an der Altstadt, perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus.
