We stayed in late September in a two bedroom apartment on the second (top) floor, accessible by stairs. It's a small modern block, about 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, clean, recently and comfortably furnished. Being on a hill top, with two balconies, there are breezes to keep fresh and cool. It had all we needed for a three night stay. We enjoyed good and clear communication with our host.

Location...space and size.
No one met us. Missing toaster and had to wait a day to find washing machine. We were on ground floor and could hear everything above us all night. Ants in the kitchen. Generally unclean specially under beds, drawers etc.
