Wish we could stay for another night

The house is very big and spacious. Feels very comfortable staying there.

Nothing. The apartment we chose was so run down and neglected. The photos and description clearly showed a nice corner sofa. Instead there was a single bed in it's place. The photos and description say its got a large double bed. No two single beds pushed together. Mould in the bathroom and shower. Tv not working and not on the nice unit as in the pictures. Tv controllers in bits and held together with a plasters (probably why it didn't work). Safe not working. 6 bulbs not working in the apartment. When we contacted the host (Ivan) he said he would send someone up the next day. What are we supposed to do sit around and waste a day. We took the decision to let Ivan know we were not happy and asked for a refund and refused to stay in the apartment. I have not received a refund and he is ignoring my emails and messages.

Lovely walk to Rovinj.

Proximity to Rovinj. Free use of bikes.

Minor issues really. Lots of missing light bulbs inside and on both balconies. Uneven and raised areas into bathroom and onto balconies.

Spacious inside and out and well laid out. Comfortable and bright. The bikes were really great to have.

A second bathroom would've been nice.

The furniture and bathroom were not comfortable or similar to what was in the photos. When we walked into the apartment, we stopped and looked around, as it was basic and not very inviting. We checked the photos on Booking.com and knew that we did not receive the apartment we thought we had booked.

Great location to explore Rovinj.

The apartment is well-located, only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Rovinj. Beds were comfortable and there is street parking outside the apartments (otherwise parking seems quite expensive near the centre).

We struggled to find instructions for the TV, seemed set to radio only. Also no washing up liquid was available - we had to use shampoo to wash dishes.

Very nice place, within walking distance to city center. Had everything we needed for our short stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this apartment for one night and found it very neat and clean. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the old town and the beach. The area is easily accessible on foot, and the nearest restaurants are about 600 meters away. A great place for a short stay!

This unit is not as polished as we found other places throughout Croatia Ana Slovenia. No soap or items for the shower. A little more polish and finish on the inside would help.

Great location for a short stay

Apart from the location, nice garden with lots of green and a small children playground are bonus. We loved the balcony where we had our breakfast and coffee. We were also able to use the laundry for free which is important for a long trip. Bed was decent and kitchen was well equipped

Communication and check in process could be improved. It takes some time for their side to reply. When we arrived no one answered the door, although we didn’t wait too long, we were a little confused if we are at the right place. A gentleman who lives/works there helped us looking for the lady but we couldn’t communicate due to language barrier. Maybe a little sign on the main door would help.
