Free parking on the street. Efficient heaters are available in both bedrooms.

The furniture and bathroom were not comfortable or similar to what was in the photos. When we walked into the apartment, we stopped and looked around, as it was basic and not very inviting. We checked the photos on Booking.com and knew that we did not receive the apartment we thought we had booked.

Ottimo anche per vacanze lunghe

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso dotato di ogni comfort. Ideale anche per vacanze lunghe. Con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti si arriva nel bellissimo centro di Rovigno. Per soggiorni lunghi consiglio il noleggio di bici per raggiungere le spiagge velocemente.

La casa e’ ampia e ha due balconi carini. Il parcheggio di fronte la casa molto comodo.

La casa non era perfettamente pulita. Un po’ trasandata nelle finiture con alcuni mobili da sostituire, vedi divano letto. La casa e’ stata affittata per 4 adulti ma io e il mio compagno abbiamo dormito in un divano letto una piazza e mezzo non adatto ad un soggiorno superiore alla notte. Scomodo e vecchio, di sicuro non ci ha fatto riposare bene.

Die Parksituation ist in dieser Straße schwierig-man kann zwar vor der Unterkunft aber woanders lieber nicht (die Nachbarn waren da ziemlich anstrengend,obwohl die Straße öffentlich ist).

Great location to explore Rovinj.

The apartment is well-located, only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Rovinj. Beds were comfortable and there is street parking outside the apartments (otherwise parking seems quite expensive near the centre).

We struggled to find instructions for the TV, seemed set to radio only. Also no washing up liquid was available - we had to use shampoo to wash dishes.

Das Appartment war ruhig gelegen. Der Balkon und der Garten waren ein großer Pluspunkt, auch die Möglichkeit Farräder auszuleihen war sehr gut und wurde genutzt. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Appartments waren zweckmäßig und ausreichend. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Waschmaschinen waren vorhanden.

Der Vermieter war NIE vor Ort. Die Betten waren zu weich und durchgelegen. Die Lage war für gehbehinderte Menschen nicht geeignet (zu weit ausserhalb und schlechte Wege). Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert

Zeer matige ervaring en voor lange mensen (> 1.80 m) niet geschikt.

Pluspunten: het appartement is ruim en schoon. Fijn dat er een balkon is. Het ligt op 15 min lopen van de haven/centrum. Vlakbij zitten 2 restaurants en een supermarktje. Het ene restaurant was (nog?) dicht, het andere (Konoba Jure) was open en daar hebben we een keer lekker gegeten. Het was er wel vol (toeristen én locals), reserveren is aan te raden. Ze keken een beetje moeilijk toen wij zonder reservering aan kwamen maar we kregen toch een plekje. No-nonsense keuken.

We verbleven hier in mei ‘25 in het appartement met de ‘rode’ aankleding (gordijnen, servies, kussens etc). We hadden het mede gekozen omdat op de foto’s te zien was dat er een lekkere bank stond, we gingen dagen met regen tegemoet en wilden ons met een pot thee boekje op de bank installeren. Helaas, er stond een lage mini-bank, met deels een lage en rechte rugleuning en verder zonder, heel dunne zitkussens, heel hard, het zat vreselijk. Het bed in de grote slaapkamer (zo een met metalen veren) heeft zijn beste tijd ook wel gehad. Er hing geen airco (meer), maar als je de deur naar de woonkamer open laat moet je het wel redden met de airco die daar hangt. Je zou er met 4 mensen moeten kunnen slapen maar het is me een raadsel hoe. De vaatwasser deed het niet en gaf steeds storing aan. Toen bleek dat de watertoevoer was dichtgedraaid. Die hebben we dus open gezet. Vervolgens hoorden dat we hem niet mochten gebruiken want dat gaf lekkage bij de onderburen. De keuken is wat betreft kookgerei wat spaarzaam voorzien. Een vaatdoekje en wat basics als peper, zout en olie was heel welkom geweest. Het is geen appartement voor lange mensen, de hoogte van de deurposten is 1.85m en de hoogte van de douche ook. Daar moesten we een beetje limbodansend onder. De douche is in het bad en het duurt even voor hij warm is. De fietsen mag je gewoon pakken maar je moet wel goed kijken of de fiets technisch nog een beetje in orde is, er stonden een paar fietsen op zijn kop alsof eraan gesleuteld werd maar er gebeurde de hele week niks. En ook hier: de fietsen zijn niet geschikt voor lange mensen, ook niet als je het zadel op zijn hoogst zet (wij zijn beiden 1.87m).

Apartman je za svaku preporuku! Lokacija je odlicna, centar je blizu. Dvoriste je odlicno i prostrano ima dosta zanimacije za malu decu. Osoblje je dostupno i vrlo ljubazno.

Es gab keinen Empfang vom Vermieter, es war niemand zu sehen. Es gab kein duschgel, Waschbecken hat einen Sprung. Es war kein Parkplatz beim Haus frei.

Great location for a short stay

Apart from the location, nice garden with lots of green and a small children playground are bonus. We loved the balcony where we had our breakfast and coffee. We were also able to use the laundry for free which is important for a long trip. Bed was decent and kitchen was well equipped

Communication and check in process could be improved. It takes some time for their side to reply. When we arrived no one answered the door, although we didn’t wait too long, we were a little confused if we are at the right place. A gentleman who lives/works there helped us looking for the lady but we couldn’t communicate due to language barrier. Maybe a little sign on the main door would help.
