Clean, nice host, and good location

Clean, quiet, and very friendly host. About a 15 min walk to the downtown, if you dont want to use a car. Room as a nice balcony. Hotel-like facilities. Rock and roll theme.

The shower had a high entrance, might be difficult for some elderly guests. One part was in the process of remodeling, so a little noise at times, but not late and the owner gave me notice. The locks were a bit tricky at first.

Immaculate, quiet, close to shops and Old Town apartment with the nicest hosts that rock & roll

Property is located in a beautiful and quiet block, only 10-15 min walk from the bus station and the most beautiful pedestrian mall, old town, beaches and Rovinj port. I enjoyed a spacious balcony for my morning coffees. supermarkets incl Lidl, bakery, McDonalds and the cafes are just around the corner. Room was very clean, fit with a fridge and a kettle, tea, coffee and there was perfectly enough space. I think the rock'n'roll theme brought me here and I enjoyed the memorabilia. Mateja and her dad Mario were the most awesome hosts you will ever encounter! Just like the family and more. The best communication. They also speak perfect English (and Italian). I got shown the places on the map and was warned not to eat pizza while I walked that could be stolen by the seagulls. Next thing you know, I bought an ice cream, I walked with it and the seagull took it off me. At least I took a photo of my lavender ice-cream, lol. Mario helped me with the luggage each time. I got a perfect little farewell gift upon my departure. I even left my luggage there for a few hours, so I could enjoy this beautiful town some more before my bus arrival. The most perfect place to be in Rovinj. I truly hope to be back!

Exceptional

The room was clean and exactly like in the description. We especially enjoyed having a small balcony. The guesthouse is in a quiet area, but the closest supermarkets are only a few minutes per foot. But most important - the hosts were very friendly, nice and helpful! We would totally recommend!

Best Vacation ever!

In fact, I was with my girlfriend for the first time on vacation and we can say that our stay took our breath away .. ¨ The environment where the apartment was located near the center, a short walk from shopping centers, from restaurants, from the beach, from the pharmacy, from the exchange office.. Simply, what more could one wish for on holiday? have everything at hand, have incredibly helpful and kind staff, who still gave us gifts to welcome, so take home .. I really did not expect this and from now on we do not intend to go anywhere else than to the accommodation Guesthouse ROCK & ROLL! thank you for everything Václav and Tereza <3

We loved the hosts here! Super lovey and friendly— made us drinks when we first arrived and responded to requests super fast. Loved the apt with full kitchen, clean bathroom, and balcony. Close to Old Town.

Rovinj has a lot to offer - for all kind of holidaymakers - everyone will find something to do.

Host are very friendly and responsive, (had nice chat few times with the owner - perfect English). Apartment has very good quality, parking at the property, WIFI -very good receipt. Location suited my needs - close to town center (very calm - no disturbing noises) beaches close as well - I had bike so no problem to reach any point of interests. Bakers 3 mins walk; couple of supermarkets 5 -10 mins walk. Excellent first stay in Croatia , well recommended.

We had very nice spacious room with balcony and all important stuff we needed for our stay. The host was super nice and very helpful. They offered us welcome drink, suggested to show us nice spots on the beach, helped with washing the car when we were leaving, even gave us small farewell gift (magnet). They were always around and happy to help throughout our stay. Would definitely come back again!

Really nice place to stay

Everything was perfect. The hosts were so nice, the room clean and cozy, balcony with the view to the garden, calm neigbourhood. For somebody beaches can be a little bit further, but for me in a good walking distance, same with the city centre. And there are plenty of beautiful beaches and walking tracks around. And the sunsets! I did enjoy the place! I felt like at home :) I highly recommend.

I love the place! Cozy, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, friendly owners, supermarkets and exchange office are very close, acceptable walking distance to the city centre and beaches. Ideal for travelling with car. Highly recommended!

The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and interesting. The room was spacious, clean and with beutiful terace. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend it to future visitors

The only thing I didn't like was the noise during the night but it has nothing to do with the apartment whatsoever, it was made by rude and unconstientious tourists nearby

Extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. I liked the location, because I do not mind to strech my legs a bit to come to the city center or to the beach (Zlatni Rt) where gym rats can excercise on outdoor devices and then go to cool down and wash up in the sea:)

The apartment is not far away from the old town, good location.

Unfortunately the bed was unconfortable. The room is wery small and warm. Of course there is air conditioning, but if we wanted to just open the window, the sea birds are very loud at the night hours.

Unterkunft in familiärer Atmosphäre

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt gelegen, in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß ist man entweder an den Stränden Cuvi und Skabada oder in der Innenstadt; das Bett war sehr bequem; die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet; eine (wenn auch alte) Waschmaschine vorhanden und die Hosts sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Obwohl die Unterkunft recht groß ist, gibt es leider keine Couch o.ä.; die Dusche hat nur begrenzt warmes Wasser

Sve je bilo odlično – smještaj udoban, čist i odlično opremljen. Lokacija idealna, 10- 15 min laganog hoda do Tvornice. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi, sve smo se lako dogovorili i komunikacija je bila brza i jasna. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Topla preporuka i sigurno se vraćamo!

Camera molto carina e spaziosa, così come il bagno. I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare tutto il necessario all’interno dell’appartamento. Parcheggio attaccato alla struttura.

Comodo soggiorno appena fuori Rovigno ma vicino alle spiagge

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le spiagge, con molti supermercati nei paraggi e ristoranti tipici. A piedi si poteva raggiungere il centro di Rovigno camminando circa 15 min, la strada seppur poco trafficata era comunque illuminata. Davanti la struttura c’è un ampio parcheggio gratuito. Mateja e suo padre Mario sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti fin da subito e ci hanno fornito utili consigli. Il nostro appartamento era pulitissimo e aveva una cucina e il balcone per stendere.

Schoon, locatie, vriendelijkheid, voldoende parkeergelegenheid

Kamer was aan de kleine kant. Douche instap was te hoog. Geen handdoeken wissel :( - 1x kleine handdoek + 1x nog kleinere. Maar kregen schone handdoeken door dit aan te geven. 4x nacht geboekt

Vlasnici su veoma ljubazni! Smeštaj je kao na fotografijama, sve je izuzetno čisto, a krevet je jako udoban. Iskrena preporuka kako za kraći tako i za duži boravak. Većina fotografija je iz videa, te su lošijeg kvaliteta
