It was the perfect choice for our stay

- Exceptional location right next to old town, the sea, restaurants, markets - Friendly and nice owner, allowed us to check in earlier and even surprised my mother with a birthday gift which we thought was very lovely - Comfortable and decorative rooms with spacious modern bathroom and essentials provided - WIFI was fast and the AC worked well

Tolle Unterkunft mit minimalen Schwächen

Das ganze Refugium (Haus) hat uns persönlich sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist Top, die Möglichkeit das Fahrzeug zu parken ebenfalls, was ja bekanntermaßen in Rovinij nicht ganz einfach bis gar nicht möglich ist. Das Badezimmer war sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, groß und modern. Überdachter Balkon ist immer etwas Besonderes. Das Appartement, in dem wir waren, von der Grundfläche mit 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Kochgelegenheit ist aber nicht vorhanden. Die beiden Mülleimer sind vom Volumen zu klein. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht standfest - bei öffnen der Türe verschiebt er sich. 2 mittelgroße Teller und jeweils Löffel, Messer und Gabel wären sinnvoll. Eine Filter Kaffe Maschine anstatt Kapsel Gerät wäre sehr wünschenswert. Das Metallbett macht bei Bewegungen Geräusche. Der Innenhof macht i.d. Sommermonaten bestimmt noch zusätzlich Laune. Alex ist ein hilfsbereiter und verlässlicher Gastgeber. Wir waren schon unzählige Male in Rovinij - im Casa degli Artisti werden wir wieder anfragen!

Tolles Dach-Studio in der Nähe der Altstadt

Wir hatten 3 super Wochen im Dez / Jan. In der Wohnung gibt es eine gute Heizung, bequemes Bett und geräumiges Bad. Alles war bestens und Alex ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und gut erreichbar. Sehr gutes WLAN, eine gedeckte Terrasse mit teilweise Blick auf den Hafen, aufs Meer und über die Dächer. Ein gemütlicher Innenhof zum Verweilen. Eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler kann genutzt werden. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Supermarkt, Bäcker use. Und natürlich ist man sehr nah bei der schönen Altstadt, 10 Min zu Fuss!

Un ottima scelta per un bel soggiorno a Rovigno!

La guest house si trova in posizione comoda, molto vicino al centro storico di Rovigno. La stanza è dotata di ogni comfort. C'è anche un locale lavanderia sottostante molto utile, così come il patio interno per rilassarsi.

Unico aspetto negativo: trovandosi su una strada di passaggio la stanza risulta un po' rumorosa.

Heerlijke Casa degli Artisti

De locatie was perfect. De studio was heerlijk ruim opgezet. In de kelder kon je gebruik maken van wasmachine, strijkplank, waspoeder etcetera. De omgeving is rustig maar toch 5 minuten verwijderd van het centrum en de busstation. Op mijn verjaardag 13 juli werd ik in de ochtend verrast door de eigenaresse met mooi bos bloemen, een kaart en doos chocolade. Het was geweldig.

Fantastica

Alloggio fantastico, in una casa restaurata in modo eccellente e con un balcone da starci ore. Camera arredata in modo molto accogliente e con tutto il necessario per qualche giorno o qualche settimana: thè, caffé, tazzine, frigo. È in una zona di passaggio ma molto tranquilla a due minuti dal centro storico e da tutti i locali o negozi. Natalia è stata favolosa e sempre presente, per qualsiasi suggerimento o per farci avere le capsule del caffè, che è stata più veloce che andarle a comprare. Se dovessimo tornare senza ombra di dubbio vogliamo ancora quella camera e quel balcone!

Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung reicht vollkommen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit Vor-Ort.
