Nightmare
Location and the owner’s kindness.
The airconditionar was working wrong when we arrived, the owner fixed it, but its operation was very loud. There was no garbage bag, the feidge is very tiny, it is a tipical hotel fridge, but its cooling on the highest level was nothing. The tv had no signal during our staying (5nights). The cleanness was very low, poor. Red spots on the sheets and the towels as well. When we arrived there were fruits in the fridge (rotten) by the last guests. The lamp in the bathroom was wrong, no light. The shower is completely dirty and very tiny… the blinds on the window is stucked every time when you use. So many mosquitoes in the room, there is no repellant against them. The bed is soft, the sleeping was not comfortable. The cleaning guy was very arrogant, never say hello to us. I asked him to give me toilet paper roll and he shaked his head and told something in his language... and gave me two rolls with only 4-5 papers... ridiculous. But right now already understand the cleaness is the apartments.. he does a very bad job.

Reinigung während 7 Tagen keine! Kühlschrank kühlt unzureichend und wärmt die Umgebung, Sauberkeit Dusche unterdurchschnittlich, W-LAN ohne Funktion, TV ohne Funktion!

La posizione,ubicato a 10 minuti di passeggiata dal centro di rovigno
Una volta arrivato all indirizzo mi trovo davanti una struttura con al piano terra un ristorante dismesso e abbandonato. Senza nessun tipo ti po di indicazioni e nessuno ad aspettarmi.Dopo 20 minuti vedo uscire da una porta de ristorante delle persone ,decido di entrate e trovo una signora delle pulizie che dopo aver chiamato il manager mi porta alla mia stanza.la stanza e grande con un be terrazzo fronte mare,sotto il letto molta sporcizia e anche le mattonelle della doccia non sono pulite. In 3 giorni di permanenza non sono mai state fatte le pulizie della stanza,mi è stato detto che si fanno solo a fine soggiorno. Posto fatiscente.Non lo consiglierei
