Perfect location, lovely host and clean facilities

The host was a lovely lady who made sure we had everything that we needed! The room and bathroom was very clean and just a short walk to the centre of town.

Horrible owner - do not go there!

There is a parking.

The attitude of the owner was horrible. We require a late check-in because of our flight to Zadar and then 5h by car to the house. The owner answered, "If you do not come to XX hour, you will sleep in the car."

Good location, city center within 5 mins walking

Location was good. Close to the center of the city. The beach was a bit of a walk, around 20 mins to the beach, but 30 mins to a beach with fewer people (lone bay). The airco did its job very well :)

The beach is somewhat more of a walk. But then again the center is incredibly close. You should choose for yourself what is important. Location is true though and you can look it up on Google maps beforehand

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the bus station and the old town. There’s lots to see on this section of the coast, so wasn’t in my room much. The room was ideal for me since I’m a solo traveler and it had everything I needed. Stefania was a lovely person, and we were able to communicate perfectly even though we spoke different languages!

The owner didn't follow her own house rules. She went in the room in our absecence. Also the room s are not how they are shown in the pictura. The owner does not speak english and does not keep her word.

Perfekt und günstig für ein paar Tage nahe der Altstadt

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, alles sauber, guter Parkplatz am Haus und sehr nahe an der Altstadt, inklusive Klimaanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Wasserkocher würde das Angebot noch topen!

Odličan smještaj

Ljubazna domačica, gđa. Štefanija, nas je dočekala sa osmijehom i sve nam jednostavno objasnila. Soba je bila raslađena, a u frizideru nas je čekalo ohlađeno piće kao i fini bomboni na stolu. Jako udoban krevet, moderan namještaj, a čistoća sobe besprijekorna. Besplatan parking u dvorištu je svakako veliki plus. Ispratila nas je sa osmijehom kao da se znamo godinama. Često smo u Rovinju i kod gđe. Štefanije bi se svakako htjeli vratiti.

Sauberes und angenehmes Zimmer, ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt, mit freundlicher Gastgeberin.

Das saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, TV, kleiner Gefrier-Kühl-Kombination und separatem Bad mit Dusche war für unseren zweitägigen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend, und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.

Gentilezza e tranquillità

Alloggio in posizione silenziosa, non lontana dal centro, stanza confortevole di buone dimensioni, pulita, ben tenuta, con un comodo parcheggio. La signora Stefania è stata molto gentile, sempre disponibile e sorridente.

In generale la stanza è molto silenziosa, ma lo sciacquone del bagno nella stanza vicina è molto rumoroso e mi svegliava al mattino. Posti per far colazione non lontani, ma ad almeno 500-600 metri.
