We had a great time!

This property was great! Very clean, perfect location that was so close to everything. We were right in the city center very walkable to everywhere. Our host was friendly and informative. Would recommend and would stay again.

A gem to enjoy

Apartments Chiara was just wonderful. Our stay was lovely and we got a lot of great suggestions for restaurants, beaches and places to visit. Chiara arranged a parking for us nearby that was really good as we could go walking or by bike around. The apartment has all amenities and it's perfect for two. We could also use the terrace at the same level than our apartment and also the beautiful garden below. Really a peace of mind.

Cozy apartment and welcoming hosts

The hosts were super friendly and very welcoming, and Klara gave us a lot of great tips for restaurants, beaches, parking etc. The apartment was cozy and private in the backyard with a small terrace in the front which we could use for breakfast in the morning. It was located on a quiet street but very close to the old town and within walking distance to the city center. We will definitely recommend this for a stay in Rovinj! :-)

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This was a great studio and location for my stay in Rovinj. I came for the salsa festival and it was ideally located between the Old Tobacco Factory and the old town. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed (including aircon!). There are lots of great places to eat at the marina, but the kitchenette in the studio was great for making breakfast/lunch. Klara was a fantastic host, very helpful, and made me feel very welcome.

In short - This is our happy place :O)

This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments & we weren't disappointed. The first time we stayed we were in the Garden Room - that was fabulous but was booked out this time so we chose one of the apartment rooms with a lovely covered balcony. The spacious room was lovely & light with a high ceiling & a really lovely modern , spacious bathroom with walk-in shower & bidet. It was well equipped with small fridge, enough cutlery & plates etc to cope with making breakfast , have a take-away meal etc if required. The covered balcony was a lovely in the morning as the sun was on that side but in the evening it was a lovely cool spot to have an evening drink & listen to the world go by on the street below. A 10min walk brings you into the centre of town where there are plenty of places to find a meal & drink to suit your budget. Rovinj is by far our favourite place to visit, it is very beautiful & although it can get busier as the season gets into full swing there are plenty of places that are tucked away in quieter spots if thats what you prefer. There are plenty of things to do & places to visit right from your doorstep so you don't need to miss out on any-thing whilst your'e here. Klara & her husband were on hand every day in case there was a problem or guests needed any help with any-thing. They are both lovely, welcoming & friendly hosts & we would come back again in a heartbeat.

Perfect accomadation in Rovinj

Friendly and dedicated landlord ..wanted the guest all the best.Very helpful. Secluded location but only 3 min walk and then in the middle of everything in Rovinj Refurnished and nice fresh standard on the appartment The option to coock my own Coffee in the morning. Good airconditioning

Nothing bad to mention here ...very nice overall stay on all aspects ! Be aware check out 10:00 but worked well w my flight plans that day.

Great place to stay and explore Rovinj.

The location was so great. Minutes to old Town. The owners were so great also. We would book this same place again when we go back. The garden area outside is beautiful.

Great location close to everything you need in Rovinj. Clean and modern. The host was very polite.

It’s a room with a little fridge so no possibility to really make breakfast or any other meals. The host did however say she could bring any cutlery needed.

Wonderful place to relax.

I can't recommend this accommodation enough - the hosts Klara and Gianni are super lovely, both going out their way to help to make my stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The room was lovely, very clean and modern with a comfortable bed. It also featured a very cute little balcony that was great for relaxing on. There was a mini fridge as well a kettle and stuff for teas/coffees. The accommodation is barely 10 minutes away from the waterfront, but is tucked away from the busier parts so is in a quieter spot. If I ever return to Rovinj I would not hesitate to book here again!

Studio appartment where I was staying is freshly renovated, tidy and very cosy and quiet. The location is great: 5min to old town and 20min to the beach. The host Klara is very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall it was a very relaxing atmosphere.

Faboulous apartment just few minutes walk from centre

You are lucky if you get the "garden house" - it is a complete apartment in form of - well, garden house :) Feeling is pretty much like you have your own house with big garden. Tranquility very close to city centre and away from tourist madness. Hosts are friendly and helping with good tips about the city and area. Their dog is very well trained and behaves like a queen :) Extra bonus if you are there in season: you can eat as much plums as you can from the tree in front of your door :))

Although the host is very helpful organising private parking it tends to be as expensive as in mainstream hotel. Also the parking place is a little walk away - you can get by car to the apartment only for loading and unloading. But this is not fault of the property - parking is nuissance in central area of Rovinj. Alternative is to leave your car far-far away un-guarded. Still- I would prefer if the fact about parking would be stated more clearly to be understood from very beginning.

Perfect, Beautiful & Simply Amazing.

The room was a good studio sized space with small kitchenette & plenty of bathroom space. There was a TV a small table with stools if guests wanted to eat inside. There was a small wardrobe for hanging items of clothing but no draw space for smaller items eg. underwear. The kitchenette was well equipped with plenty of crockery & cutlery , having a toaster was a bonus & also a fridge freezer to keep food & drinks cold. Every-thing in the apartment was spotlessly clean. The outside space & patio were amazing with a small garden full of flowers, fruit trees & grape vines. There was also a drying rack for drying clothing items. There was ample room to sit around the table for breakfast or late night drinks. . This is where we spent most of our time in the mornings & evenings after strolling around Rovinj town.

Apartment could do with a set of small draws for each persons smaller items.

A quiet room close to old town Rovinj, great for touring!

Our room was very close to old town Rovinj, but very quiet and peaceful. Air conditioning worked well (we used it at night, upper 80s F when we visited). The host arranged for rental car parking nearby at an affordable rate. She also sent us dining recommendations that we used for the week.

We'd like a bit more room, but that's very hard to find in older flats.

Amazing hosts and even better stay

On our first day at Apartments & Rooms Chiara we were welcomed in the most warm way you can imagine by the host Ms. Klara, her husband and their dog. After the warm welcome we got the keys to our room and what an amazing room. We booked the studio-apartment: a very spacious studio, with a small kitchen, big bathroom and two comfortable big beds and not forget about the working AC, with was very needed during the hot summer of 2022. It is also possible to park your car in the area at one of the many parking areas (8 euros per day in the summer) or you can request a private parking spot close to the apartment for 10 euros a day. We chose the private parking spot. And that was also perfect, it's about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We highly recommend staying at Apartments & Rooms Chiara if you are looking for a stay in the city center of Rovinj, near the various beaches (walking distance).

Great hostess, room and location. I would definitely recommend it to others!

The hostess, the room and the location were even better than expected. The hostess is great, and very willing to share any good experiences and best practices. The room itself was nice and tidy, though the lock on the bathroom door was broken. The location is great: within minutes, you are at the heart of Rovinj and enjoying the wonderful city and beautiful sights. We will never forgot our daily walks to the church on the top of the hill, enjoying the sunset.

The only negative I can think of, was that the bathroom door could not be closed due to the lock being broken. But this is a minor convenience, and does not compare with all the positives!

We really liked our host, really really kind and friendly. She gave us a lot of suggestions and she really cares about their guest having a nice week. The location's also strategic: you can easily arrive by car and then 5 min walk to the city center.

On a wet day/evening stayed in but no English TV channels except 1 for news. Not a big issue but would have made a pleasant indoor break while at our holiday home😀

Apartment is new and modern, and very very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The bed is big and super comfortable, I slept like a baby. Location is great, very central and close to everything (bus station, old town, beach, supermarkets, bakeries- everything is only a few minutes walk) and yet very peaceful and quiet. The host, Klara, is extremely kind and helpful and goes out of her way to help you with anything you might need. Very approachable and easy to communicate with, she made me feel like home from the moment I got there ❤️ I’ll definitely stay here again next year!

Feel at home in a perfect location

The appartment was perfect: perfect location only a few minutes walk to the center/sea/bike rental. The hosts Klara and Giovanni were awsome: They gave us a lot of good tipps, always asked, if we need anything and always available in case we had any question. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ho amato Rovigno. Apparentemento piccolo ma provvisto di tutto.

Struttura molto bella, appartamento di dimensione piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con i proprietari e la posizione era davvero comoda per andare in centro a piedi, centro commerciale e negozi (come una panetteria buonissima) vicino.

L’unica cosa è che manca il bidet, per il resto tutto ottimo.

Super Lage! Unterkunft ist sehr zum empfehlen! :)

Super Lage! Altstadt und Flaniermeile gleich um die Ecke. Privater Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Ausstattung des Zimmers top. Der Balkon war super! Unser Host war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Unterkunft ist sehr zum empfehlen! :)
