Our stay was wonderful, we were very satisfied!

Very clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. Perfect location, just a short walk from the center. Excellent host who gave us lots of helpful recommendations and was always ready to assist.

Excellent accommodation and a great base for exploring Istria. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

The location was outstanding, just steps inside the old town. The host was the best in our one month trip through Europe. He picked us up at the free parking, and dropped us there when we checked out. He had useful tips and really wanted to make sure you had a great stay. Property was clean, quiet and safe. Everything was good.

I cannot recommend this enough! Zoran is the most hospitable host I’ve ever met. It was raining when we arrived, so he came to get us from the ferry dock with his car. The room was super clean and well positioned, very quiet too. if available, you should stay here!

Fantastic appartment in a top location. Owner was really helpful by meeting us at a free car parking place and driving us to the appartment. The appartment was very clean and modern with great air con. Nice to be left some wine to enjoy too. The location is excellent being right in the old town but was also very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Zoran was the perfect host. He helped us with luggage, gave us excellent tips for our stay and even phoned a bus company to check on my airport transfer. The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked throughout. The fish-shaped sachets filled with lavender and other herbs were a particularly nice touch. The location is in a quiet side street on the edge of the old town a couple of minutes away from the bus station, which was very convenient. An excellent bakery and a coffee shop are a few steps away. We had a great stay, hvala ljepa!

The steep stairs might not be for everyone and smoke from a nearby chimney sometimes got through the open windows.

Great host!

Zoran was amazing! He sent us info on where to park for free and picked us and our luggage up to drive us to the property. It’s in a very convenient location in the old town. He wouldn’t let me carry my bag. He picked us up promptly on check out day and again took us and our bags back to the car. He had welcome drinks for us in the fridge. Very friendly. Obviously takes pride over his job! Wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment with everything you need. From the apartment you can walk to everything interesting in Rovinj. The owner is one of the nicest and most helpful people you wil meet. Arranging our arrival was very easy and so was the departure. The transfer from the free parking spot is an amazing bonus.

Modern, clean with super price value ratio.

Zoran is very kind and helpful person. He helped us to take our bags from the free parking lot to the flat and at the end back. He was always very helpful and easy to contact. As a gift we received one bottle of wine and beers multiple times! This is exceptional. The apartment is newly renovated, the furnitures are new and clean, the styling is very nice too. The bathroom is super clean and modern. The hairdresser is good and not the cheapest one. The location is in the center everything is very close, max 5 mins walking. The cleaning lady is very kind, always smiling and she made a very good job. She speaks English too, and easy to have a conversation with her. We had a really great time here and would like to return later.

Skvělé ubytování, krásná lokace město vs. pláže, výborní ubytovatelé.

Skvělá komunikace, velmi pěkné ubytování, moderní vybavení, pohodlné postele, prostorný pokoj vybavený lednicí, kávovarem, rychlovarnou konvicí, skleničky, hrníčky, příbory, klimatizace. Při příjezdu nás vyzvedl pan Zoran na neplaceném parkovišti, které nám doporučil, a odvezl nás do centra, kde se nacházelo ubytování. Pomohl nám se zavazadly, velmi dobře se domluvíte na čemkoliv. Cokoliv by nastalo během pobytu, je dostupný okamžitě na WhatsAppu. I když je bytování v historickém centru, neslyšíte hluk a krásně se vyspíte. Využívali jsme pláž Muliny Beach, která je cca 15 minut pěšky, krásná, čistá oblázková pláž. Noční život tam byl nádherný. Úklid pokoje perfektní, na požádání i častěji. Vždy bylo vše o domluvě. Doporučuji toto ubytování 10/10. Rádi se vrátíme.

Szuper hely a belvárosban

Tényleg nagyon tiszta volt a szállás és az elhelyezkedés nem is lehetett volna jobb. Nagyon kedvesek voltak a szállásadók, segítettek a ki és bepakolásban is. Rugalmasak voltak az érkezést illetően is. Segítettek az ingyenes parkolóba jutásban is.

Kicsit hianyoltunk egy mikrohullámú sütőt. Illetve evőeszközök voltak de tányérok nem.
