I primarily chose the accommodation because of the location. I was attending Dani Komunikacija, and wanted to be close to the venue. This was in perfect spot (cca 3 minutes of walking from Lone), and if you are going to Weekend Media Festival it's cca 10 minutes from tvornica. Overall besides location accommodation was really great, newly renovated, clean, and with everything you need for your stay.
Everything was great, no complaints here. Most likely coming back when I'll attend any Rovinj conferences again.

Property was near the conference I have attended Weekend 18 at the ex Tvornica, and also near the beaches. Beautiful, peacefully area, very friendly and professional family.

Sehr schönes Apartment, super Lage zwischen Stadt und Stränden. Sehr nette Vermieter, super freundlich. Handtücher werden alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Echt Top

Odličan apartman. Peškiri se menjaju na svaka dva dana, a posteljina na 5 dana. Zaista to tom pitanju usluga kao hotelska. Apartman je renoviran i čist, terasa je velika, a parking je obezbeđen i kola su unutar dvorišta bezbedna. Lokacija apartmana odlična, na 10 minuta šetnje do starog grada i isto toliko do plaže, ako ne i manje. Vlasnici ljubazni i uvek spremni da pomognu. Svaka preporuka za smeštaj. Vidimo se ponovo.
