Great on all levels except the smell.

Beautiful, clean, great interior. The host was like a friend!

The smell. Host’s daughter perfumes the rooms like crazy. I travel the world, but have never experienced anything like that before. The nice father (thank you, Siniša!) showed me 3 different rooms and they all had different strong smells, but so strong I couldn’t breathe. I took the third one and had windows opened 3h to get rid of the perfume, but not entirely. I don’t understand people who do that, usually it is to cover bad smells, in this case not, because the cleanliness of the place is impeccable. So it’s just the taste of the host, but it doesn’t mean it is also the taste of guests! And, such perfumes are very unhealthy, toxic for our lungs. I will definitely come back to stay here, but if the smell is not there!

Excellent city to visit. A highlight of our trip.

Once we found the apartment, and met the owner everything went great.

It was little stressful when we realized you can not drive to the property. We had to pay for public parking and push our bags about 400 yards to the apartment. This is not a negative. The property is located inside a walking community and this was a really pleasant experience.

Quiet and convenient in old town

Great location, quiet and close to everything in old town. No door to door on transport; 7 minutes walk to taxi stand/bus station. We arrived close to midnight and staff was very helpful guiding us to room.

I requested ground floor room to avoid stairs but maybe because of that location we found that the room was damp and all our clothing and bedsheets were damp, even clothing in closet. Platform bed was uncomfortable but we slept better after asking for additional pillows.

Parking is a little challenging, not the property’s fault as that’s just how it is in old town Rovinj, and the host showed us great options on the map for where to park instead

Lovely little apartment in Rovinj

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little apartment in Rovinj. The room was small but very charming, cozy, and perfectly clean – we felt very comfortable during our few days there. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The location is excellent, right at the edge of the old town, so everything is within easy walking distance. We would definitely come back!

The only minor downside was that the toilet felt quite cramped, especially for taller people.

Sinisha was a very helpful and cheerful host, he informed with all the attractions, beaches, restaurants. He truly is a heart and soul of this property. We got a map and all necessary info where to go and what to see. The property is clean and easy to access.

Truly, a great home base to explore Rovinj.

Our Party of 6 stayed in 3 rooms & apartments at La Casa di Loreto. The location was excellent with an easy drop off point / access. All of beauty, sites and restaurants that Rovinj has to offer were foot steps away. Our hosts were great communicators and accommodated an early check-in. They were also readily available when we had an issue with 1 of the locks. Truly, a great home base to explore Rovinj.

The location was good to Old Town & new. Didn't have a car, so that didn't matter. Staff are lovely and helpful with an issue we had. Close to all restaurants, etc

Loved our stay at La Casa di Loreto! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The location is excellent. The host was super nice as we arrived much later than expected due to a cancelled ferry. Comfy beds and everything was very clean.

Location was perfect. 2 min from dead centre of town. Accomodation was a good size. Bed was comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of good tips on places to eat and things to do.

Great Spot in Rovinj

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Rovinj. The owners were very kind in helping us park our car in their private lot around 1km out of town, and picking us up in their car to go to the apartments. It's a shame there's no balcony but everything else is excellent, modern, clean and charming

It was a nice room, right in the centre of the town, but in a small quiet street. The host gave us some really good recommendations for some local restaurants and bars, beaches and best spots with the nicest views!

Wonderful Room in Great Location!

Great location downtown Rovinj. Host was very nice and had lots of good recommendations. Offers parking about a 15 minute walk away for 15€ a day, but will pick you up and drop you off at your car on arrival and departure.

Their parking is a better deal than the closer pay to park lot (1-2€ an hour depending on time of year) but it would have been nice to know at booking the charge. You do have to meet for check in and check out as only available on call, so some organization around that - but he was super kind and responsive!!

Really great location! My room was very comfortable and had cool decor. The host was really welcoming and made my check-in nice and easy.

Unfortunately, the noise level the night I stayed was problematic. Constant stomping on the floorboards from the rooms above so it was super noisy.

Nice and comfortable stay at the heart of Rovinj

My girlfriend and I both liked the property and its facilities. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and was also very clean. The owner/host was excellent at pointing out local spots to visit and eat at.

The Wi-Fi was rather weak when inside our rooms to the point where we had to turn on our roaming data for Internet connectivity. The creaks of the wooden stairs outside were loud enough that we were woken up by other guests. L The shutters by the bed were very difficult to close - the bolt at the bottom was loose and can be taken out with ease (I believe that was wood rot) - that we left it partially open and light was able to get in.

Exceptional

I stayed in Rovinj for one night and this was an excellent choice. The location is in the center of the Old Town of Rovinj. The room was great. Clean and neat, the bed was really comfortable. The host was helpful and welcoming. If there were an opportunity to stay in Rovinj again, I would choose La Casa di Loreto!
