예정보다 일찍 도착했는데 친절한 직원분이 짐을 직접 객실까지 들어주셨어요. 부킹 메시지로 맛집이나 지도같은 것도 보내주셨구요. 냉장고에는 웰컴 드링크로 와인을 주셨는데 혹시 유료일까봐 연락을 드렸더니 선물이라고 하셔서 안심하고 마셨어요. 구시가지 중심에 있어서 저녁에 걸어서 피쉬하우스에서 참치스테이크햄버거를 포장해와서 와인하고 먹었습니다. 바로 옆에 레스토랑이 있어서 저녁까지 좀 시끄러울까봐 걱정했는데 전혀 신경쓰이지 않았구요. 안에 커피포트도 있어서 한국에서 사온 라면도 해 먹었고 중간에 문 여는 카드를 객실에 두고 나와서 직원분께 부킹으로 연락을 드렸는데 30분만에 오셔서 문을 열어주셨어요.. 굉장히 친절하셨어서 아직도 생각이 납니다. 에어컨 성능도 확실했고 화장실도 침구도 깔끔했습니다. 20살과 23살 여자 둘의 여행이라 굉장히 신경 써서 구한 숙소였는데 혼자 와도 괜찮다는 생각이 들었습니다. 조식도 없었고 가격대는 좀 있는 편이었지만 편안하게 머물다 갑니다.

이중 잠금 장치가 없어서 마스터키를 소지한 누군가가 중간에 들어올 수도 있을까봐 걱정을 했던 거 같아요. 그러나 그런 일은 벌어지지 않았습니다. 문을 꽉 닫지 않으면 문이 잘 안 닫혀요. 이 사실을 인지하지 못하고 외출을 하고 다녀왔더니 문이 그대로 열려있는 상태였습니다. 그러나 아이패드와 카메라, 여권을 포함한 어떠한 소지품도 분실 되지 않았어요. 객실 내의 이중 잠금 장치는 없지만 로비로 들어올 때 비밀번호를 쳐야 들어올 수 있기 때문에 크게 문제되지 않는 사항인 것 같아요. 원래는 셀프 체크인이라 직원이 따로 없는 구조인 것 같은데 엘레베이터가 없어서 직원을 마주치지 못한다면 직접.. 3층정도 짐을 들고 올라가셔야합니다.

La struttura è fantastica e lo staff gentilissimo! Posizione strategica per visitare Rovigno ma un po meno se si fanno gite in auto poiché rovigno vecchia è tutta pedonale! E si parcheggia a 20 minuti di cammino! Ma super super top!

Top Lage - schönes Apartment

Die Lage ist perfekt! Mitten in der Altstadt. Bademöglichkeiten sind in drei Minuten, zu Fuß, vorhanden. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war großzügig mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr angenehm.

Kaffeemaschine nur im Erdgeschoss verfügbar. Deswegen der Tipp, für diejenigen die gerne mehr Kaffee trinken und nicht immer vom dritten Stock in das Erdgeschoss gehen wollen, eine eigene Kaffeemaschine mitnehmen.

Sve je bilo sjajno! Apartman je na centralnoj lokaciji, s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Iako se nalazi u starom gradu, bilo je vrlo tiho za spavanje. Krevet je udoban. Također je super opremljen (čak ima i peglu za odjeću, što nas je ugodno iznenadilo). Apartman je bio besprijekorno čist. Prijava i komunikacija s vlasnikom jednostavna.

Kao poklon dobrodošlice dobili smo flašu Malvazije. U smeštaju postoji aparat za kafu koji se nalazi u holu i mogu da ga koriste svi gosti smeštaja. Za svaku preporuku.

Great stay in the heart of Rovinj

The room was big and had a nice view. There were all the necessary things for a short stay. Super quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation was close to a restaurant and a cafe. The parking and the beaches were a bit further away than expected but nothing dramatic. The bathroom was big and functional.

The number of stairs up the hill. Friendly note: please pack small bags. :)

The location of the property was in the heart of the old town but in a quiet spot. Lovely view of the sea! The host and the staff were very friendly and full of local information and knowledge which really helped with our stay and finding the best spots. The accommodation was comfortable and cosy. The apartment is directly in the old town but in a quiet side alley. Its about 5 minutes from the Balota beach. The host gave us loads of tips where to eat and what to do and even helped us get our suitcases to the apartment.

Great location in Old Town. Hosts were awesome! Apartment was very clean and well stocked for our week. Communication was great as this was our second time here. Luka was very kind to hold our luggage on our last day at his shop so we could enjoy our time before our departure.

Cozy and quaint room in old town with a fishing village vibe. It was clean, well located near the heart of old Rovinj, easy entrance instructions. Perfect for a short romantic trip..

People should understand that there are no elevators and the scenic room at the top requires three flights of narrow stairs but I think this is typical for the accommodations in this area. Parts of the stairwell had no lighting and could be dangerous when it gets dark.

Highly recommend staying in this homey, clean and charming accommodation.

Very easy to access, in a super charming part of Rovinj. The staff was available, helpful, very caring and responded to all my needs (late check-in, questions about good places to eat, needed an iron etc.)

It was a tiny bit noisy at times, with neighbors smoking under my window. My room was on the first floor, so not very bright, but this is to be expected!

Lovely spot in Rovinj - would definitely book again!

Reasonably large room (more like a studio) with a sitting area (couch/coffee table) and very comfy bed. Right in the heart of the Old Town but tucked away into a quiet side street. Very easy check-in with door codes. Staff also very friendly and helpful. The whole place was immaculately clean and well stocked with toiletries, tea/coffee etc. The coffee machine in the entry foyer was a nice touch too.

The room had cutlery but unfortunately no knives which would have been helpful to cut up fruit. The Old Town is also all cobblestones so I would try to avoid bringing a big suitcase. These are both fairly minor comments which did not detract from our otherwise very enjoyable stay.

We stayed 2 nights in the cosy and beautiful “hey rovinj” appartments. Special about the stay was the warm and open welcome of host Vetom. He showed us around the city and told about all hotspots to visit. Ensured we had a great stay, always was available to help if anything needed.
