Nice boutique hotel well managed

Relatively new and trendy, great location. Beautiful ocean view overlooking the old town, just few minutes walk to old town, Sofia was so helpful and offered varies good recommendations. We like this place and will stay again.

It would be nice to have a little coffee/tea kettle station in the room

Clean Modern Rovinj Hotel Minutes From Central Town

First of all, Sofia, the desk attendant, was among the most welcoming, friendly, delightful and helpful of hotel employees I've ever encountered. If the owners of the Delphin are reading this, please give Sofia a promotion and raise! The room was small but very comfortable. It was very modern, clean and well-appointed. Parking was offsite (Rovinj is a car-free zone for tourists), but Sofia arranged for our car to be driven to their offsite parking, and retrieving it was a breeze! The breakfast buffet was average, nothing exceptional, but as a healthy vegetarian eater I found plenty to fill my stomach. The location of the hotel is a 10 minute but beautiful walk to the central part of Rovinj, making it a quieter part of town to stay in. I'd highly recommend the Hotel Delphin.

Would definitely stay again

Hotel was very clean, great view and a very short walking distance to Rovinj city center and the beach. Breakfast was great and available until 11AM. Parking is not directly next to the hotel, but close, also walking distance, they offer to drive you to your car or bring it to the hotel as well. Staff were all very nice and accommodating, especially receptionist Sofia, she was very helpful.

Breakfast was amazing, staff is always prompt and there for you. Great accommodation, indeed, not cheap, however food is amazing, location close to sea, old and new town.

Sofia made are stay, so welcoming and took time to get to know us and answer questions about rovinj

Fair with location

Everything was fine but except the breakfast served too less the quantity when we stay, they also open for external and public, when there were about 8-9 pax of them came collectively, the food served were relatively not sufficient. No kettle was provided in the room, fridge not cold enough when we store our drink inside. Location was perfect which you probably walk 6-7 minutes to the spot with favourite restaurants, beach, landmarks etc. staff were very helpful and friendly, further room for improvement!

No parking nearby if you drive there, the staff will help to park the car

Great hotel

Location of the hotel was great and parking facility. We had dinner at the restaurant, food and staff were great. We would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Small niggle, we did not like the fact that air con was operated by the reception. Team was very happy to switch on or off on our request but is an inconvenience. I can imagine this to be a bigger issue during peak season and longer stays.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean but basic.

We had a 7:15 pick up so we were not able to have breakfast. The woman at reception said was a very nice and welcoming person. She checked us in promptly and then offered to have coffee for us ready at 7am. She was very nice!

The rooms were smallish and if I were to stay multiple nights I would want an outward facing room. Overall quiet and very clean. Thank you. O

It was fine for the 2 days we were there but will not likely to be returning in the near future

quite attractive position overlooking a boat yard and near the old town for walking into, and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming They offered valet parking which was useful.

The room looked out over the rather scruffy garden behind. The hotel was quite smart and modern but very stark and minimalist and didn't really have any outdoor space for relaxing or sitting out. It would probably be very noisy in mid summer but was quiet enough in May. There is no swimming area nearby that is easily accessible. The food was expensive but probably good though we didn't try it.

Cozy place near town centre

Cozy small hotel in proximity of town centre,, clean and spotless, nice rooms, good breakfast, staff is very helpful and friendly, receptionists deserve a lot of praise.

Lift (elevator) is extremely small, and there's only a small bathroom garbage bin, which is a problem when you have a small child with you, but otherwise shouldn't be an issue.

Honestly, our expected garden view was not just a "garden view". But to the kitchen hotel storage place where employees used to go smoking and relax. That was one and only point we did not like.

The maneger wasn’t very polite when it came to problem with heating and ventilation. The ventilation was in all rooms very loud, and disturbing. It was too annoying to sleep peacefully. For a 4 star hotel there was really not a lot of food choice, but it was good. Good location and nice rooms, but noisy.

The position is great because is near the center and near the harbor where the boats for the islands take-off.

The room is too tiny, being two people with luggage we found difficulties in movements within the room, furthermore the breakfast could be improved.

Great hotel in a stunning location

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel as part of a 15-day trip through Croatia. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated to give the quintessential view of old town Rovinj. Stunning! And getting to the historic center of town is a breeze, a short, flat walk along the waterfront. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even sent a taxi to meet us at the bus station after I told them our ferry from Venice was canceled and we were coming late by bus.

Access is via the rear of the building down the side of a building site which wasn’t great but everything else made up for that. Receptionist ok duty when we arrived and left was lovely.

Give it a try!

Liked size & location - it was across the street from a small shipyard and park that opened to the whole bay. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves lapping at the shore. It was also a 10min walk to the Old Town. Great restaurant off the hotel entrance! And the staff were so helpful, kind, and polite!

The only thing we didn't like was the construction next door but it was during the day; we weren't always at the hotel during the day. It didn't start until 8am and it's only temporary.

We had an amazing stay in this quaint town. Bojana was so helpful with facility and things to do around town. Goren was outstanding in the restaurant for service and knowledge of wine. The entire staff was amazing and the location is top notch.
