Overall, despite a good location, the stay was disappointing due to poor hygiene and outdated facilities.

Good location, spacious parking and a large terrace

The hygiene and maintenance standards were disappointing. The bed was prepared without a duvet cover, using an old duvet and a worn out blanket on top. The bedding looked very old, the pillows were flat and heavily worn. Towels were dark, unusually soft, and labeled for washing at 40°C, which did not feel appropriate for rental use. There was lot of visible dust, mirrors were cloudy, and the hand soap dispenser was almost empty. As we only stayed two nights with the busy schedule during the day, and the issues appeared to reflect the overall standard rather than a one-time oversight, we did not request replacements during our stay.

Rovinj is definately for a summer vacation. We were there in mid October and it was extremely quiet.

We loved that our room had a balcony with a sink and cooking facilities on same. Our host was very helpful with dinner suggestions.

All the stairs, not very easy to get luggage up to room.

Room and bathroom very small, you can barely walk with 3 person in the room and can barely move when takin a bath. Air conditioner was not workin at first. Staff made some adjustments and it got better but still erratic operation, could use some maintenance. Overall I expected more confort given price paid

Gem of a place, steps from the waterfront

This is a sweet older pension tucked into the skirts of Rovinj. The owner’s are lovely welcoming people, our room was large and well equipped. The location is 1/2 a block from the waterfront and 3-5 min waterfront walk into the hustle & bustle of beautiful Rovinj. This location gives you access to all the beauty but none of the noise or traffic!! It was also lovely to walk the opposite direction as there is a luxury yacht dock with a beautiful promenade followed by a waterfront nature preserve park. The property is steps from a grocery store so picnic lunch is easy. Really enjoyed our stay.

There are locking doors requiring keys at the entrance and at the unit. Narrow step stairs to upper floor unit.

The owners are really nice people: very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, with all the necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable. There is a terrace with table, chairs, sink, and a fridge, with a calming view on the internal garden. There is a spacious parking free of charge, where guests can leave their cars even after the checkout. The location is perfect: a few minutes from the Old Town and very close to the city beach and marina: everything is at walking distance.

One night in Rovinj

The location is good, right across the Marina and walking distance to the city center approximately 6-7 min, the host were kind.

We were disappointed by the room facilities, the bed and bed shits were smelly, probably they changed them at the end of the last season and not since then. The bathroom not quite functional.They need to improve the hygiene a little bit.

- Amazing location between the harbor and the town - Free parking in front of the accommodation - Friendly owners

- We didn’t feel comfortable in the bed. The covers / bedsheets were of low quality and the smell of perfume / fabric softener on them was unbearable - it was so strong that it even transferred to our skin - The breakfast seemed a bit overpriced and was not worth it for us

Excellent location near the marina, very easy to walk to the old town. Very good parking even with a bigger car. The owners are very friendly and speak excellent English. The room was large, comfortable and clean, although a bit outdated, but there is a certain charm to that. Only slight drawback was the stairs to the room which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
