Excellent location in the city centre. Super clean room and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was also delicious.

One breath of our little love/life transcended into a sacred eternity for a moment.

We especially enjoyed talking to the WONDERFUL staff members, listening about the hotel itself and growing up in Rovigno. Also, we have been served breakfast by the kindest host and overall it were these beautiful individuals who made our stay.

We loved everything and we will be coming back to Spirito Santo.

Really nice place to stay in Rovign

The service and the room decor was amazing. Lots of stairs so beware- but they were kind enough to carry our luggage up and down for us. Breakfast was great. The location couldn’t be beat for walking to everything in Rovign. The price was a bit expensive- but it was a boutique hotel with great amenities.

Boutique Hotel that is Centrally Located

We both fell in love with Rovinj and the hotel. The staff at the hotel is over the top and the included breakfast was exceptional. Great location since everything is in walking distance or they have an adorable free trolley that you can get on and off.

The only thing was the bathrooms in the room were very small. We first booked two nights in one room and the room was huge but the bathroom was a bizarre design. Then we switched to what I thought would be a larger room since it had an outside terrace. For more money, the room and bathroom were half the size of the first room. My friends stayed in the newly renovated rooms a block away and they were very spacious and less expensive than mine. Just ask a number of questions before booking, especially if you have a very tall husband.

Great location, very comfortable room, excellent beds and first class service by the staff.

The location was excellent, but the key is a service that was provided by the staff. Andrea and Mauro we are the best I have experienced in a very long time and I’ve traveled around the world. Particularly Andrea as I was sick and I needed to get to an ER room and she volunteered to drive us to Pula on her way home after very long work day, which was outstanding. She represents your property very well and I will be going onto TripAdvisor and giving you the highest rating possible.

I am 71 years old and very mobile, but although those stairs would make it difficult with those with mobility issues. Obviously, there’s nothing you can do about it, but I don’t know if there is a way to mention on your website that there is no elevator and some stairs are required.

Best boutique property in Rovinj! Location, comfort, food & service all exceptional!

The property itself was just a masterpiece in renovation & design in the old city setting. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely loved our balcony looking out over the rooftops of Rovinj to the sea and the cathedral. The hospitality and service were second to none and all the staff were excellent and treated us so well. Breakfast was incredible as was the dinner menu. Couldn’t rate more highly!

Can’t think of a thing- maybe just the stairs to get up and down to our room but honestly with all the food I had on holiday, needed the steps!

Great staff, great property, great location😂

Beautiful property, clean, beautifully decorated. The room we stayed in was at the top of the property with a sea view terrace, it was stunning. There were 29 steps up to this room not a problem for us. The air conditioning was the best at this property I have experienced. Location was central, perfect. Breakfast was a mix of continental or something cooked fresh. Staff went above and beyond, they are certainly attentive, from the welcome drink/chocolate, to the room being ready early, special mention to those at breakfast particularly the young lady who served us every day and Marco who organised our transfer. The staff here have a subtle attention to detail, clearly working as a team which makes your stay easy and seemless, thank you for a great holiday.

Incredibly cool historic hotel in the heart of Rovinj

This is such a cool/unique hotel conveniently located in Rovinj. We loved the old historic building, with incredibly kind and accommodating staff. We rented a car, and parking was easy. We let them know once we arrived and they showed us where to park and brought us to our room with our luggage in a golf cart. The welcome champagne and chocolate were a really nice touch, and we loved the daily cookies they brought to the room, as well as the complimentary water, tea and Nespresso. Breakfast was very good with fresh, local foods and made to order eggs. Awesome hotel, perfect location in Rovinj, would highly recommend.

Wonderful night in a great hotel.

Unique hotel with great location and wonderful rooms and amenities. We had dinner there as well and it was the most enjoyable meal we had on our whole trip with a great waiter and other guests we conversed with.

There were a lot of stairs if that is an issue to anyone.

Gem of a hotel with all the luxury you need

The Spirito is located in a quiet yet central location. You don’t have to walk but a few minutes to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable.

If you have physical challenges, there are quite a few stairs so make note.

A small and exceptional, intimate hotel located in the heart of the town - highly recommended

From first arrival the reception was excellent - a complimentary glass of wine and chocolate, shown to our lovely room. It was not very big but was beautifully fitted out and very clean. The whole hotel was a surprise as it was very quirky and historic in its core structure. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was excellent and the waitress who served us everyday was very friendly. The location of the hotel is also perfect as it is directly off the main old town and one can easily walk to restaurants, the harbour area and historic peninsula with beautiful sunsets!

Not much - the bathroom was slightly small but we managed and I would imagine that if you were slightly immobile or physically challenged the amount of steps in the hotel might be a struggle as there are lots of them!

Again … a perfect week in small boutique hotel

Although we were most days of the week pretty much the only guests, the staff and the service was amazing. Breakfast is great and the evening restaurant costwise high, but qualitywise outstanding. The beds are very comfortable and the room-service excellent.

This was an amazing stay! The check-in process was first class starting with the pick-up outside the parking area, luggage delivered to our room, and a complimentary welcome water/iced tea drink! The staff was very helpful in understanding both the features of the hotel and our room! The room was spectacular, and the service and meal options for the morning breakfast was excellent.

Excellent staff excellent facilities felt like a family!

The Spirito Santos Palazzo was welcoming and was a very unique place. Your surroundings while staying there will be of the utmost in comfort. The staff are extremely welcoming and so lovely and ready to help with anything you need. They really go above and beyond! The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Carmen will greet you and you will just fall in love with her. She will make you anything you like with a smile of course what a lovely lady! The dining room was small but lovely and cosy! Fabulous chef made an amazing meal for us. We will definitely be passing the word about this place we very much enjoyed our stay!!

What a beautiful hotel.. our 1st visit to Rovinj and what a jewel we have discovered.. attention to detail in this boutique hotel would be hard to surpass, staff are so friendly and helpful Each room appears to have a terrace and the central area for breakfast just beautiful! Food delicious, plenty of choice Rooms small but well equipped Beautifully decorated Ring ahead and help will be given to find parking a buggy takes you to hotel… as in narrow historical streets Would hope to return soon!
