No view, no natural light, humid

The location is nice

The room is OK but the photos are very misleading. The room has no view. . There is almost no light at all in the room and it was humid. Nothing can dry inside. The entrance(and the windows) is in a very narrow street across a kitchen of a restoran. You have to pass under several air-conditioners, all dropping down onto your head, to get to the entrance. The room itself is not bad, but we would never go for something like that if we could tell, based on photos. For me it was a very uncomfortable situation.

exceptional accommodation with great staff

Close to Fazana and all it has to offer. Accommodation is modern and clean with spacious rooms, superb bathrooms, great kitchen equipped with all you need and on top of that there is a stunning pool to relax beside. We had two good sized balconies with sea views. So good that we will return!

Nightmare Hostel! This Hostel and its owner are the worst. After a 13 hour trip from Germany to Rovinj we arrived at 23:00. We couldn`t find the hostel nor the parking lot. Nobody came to help us find it. We got pictures with flashes showing us where the parking lot is instead of a google link!! The apartment was smaller and half as pretty than in the pictures. Behind the covered windows you could see and SMELL the kitchen of a restaurant!! It smelled like old fat and cigarette smoke, so you had to leave the windows closed the whole day. No daylight in the small room. During the evening and night you could hear the noises coming from the guests, the kitchen and the very noisy air conditioning. You can’t read and the that in the pictures. In this hostel you have a shared kitchen and a shared terrasse. It was quite messy. And all that for this price – That’s usury!!! But here’s the WORST: We stayed there for one night and contacted the owner saying that we are disappointed. He showed us two quite shabby appartments and as we said that this isn’t what we imagined either he sended us away saying that he gonna call us. He never did and never answered again when we called him… BUT then - a little bit later - he came with a tall and scary man to our appartment and kicked us out from one minute to another. They yelled at us and threatened us. It was a real nightmare. We were thinking about calling the police but we wanted to enjoy our vacation so we booked something else in Vrsar. It’s the worst accommodation we have ever been to and It`s worth even less than zero stars!!! Please stay away from „Riva Residence“. Dennis and Karoline

Nagyon jól telt az ittlétünk, a szállás kényelmes, tágas, és a terasz különösen hangulatos volt.

A szállás központi helyen található, jó elosztású, tágas szobákkal és több fürdővel. A terasz kiváló.

Wunderschöne Dachterrasse

Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Altstadt und Meer.Top. Die Glasschiebetüren und Fenster auf der Dachterrasse beim Eßtisch sind eine tolle Lösung ,man kann auch wenn es kühler oder windig ist dort gemütlich sitzen. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Obwohl die Lage super zentral ist,war es nachts ruhig . Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es problemlos wenn man ein wenig läuft. Rovinj ist perfekt gelegen um ganz Istrien zu erkunden.

Leider konnte man die Fenster im ersten Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen nur das Dachfenster vom Bett (mein Mann mit 1,85)das allerdings nicht offen bleibt. Daher war es schwierig zu lüften.Von diesem Schlafzimmer ging auch die Tür nicht zu (wir haben von innen jede Nacht einen Rucksack davor gestellt. Die Haustür ist auch defekt geht nur zu wenn sie abgeschlossen wird(kann kritisch werden falls man mal schnell aus dem Haus muss ). Leider funktioniert auch das Rollo am Eßtisch nicht und der tolle Blick auf die Stadt war beim Frühstück eingeschränkt. Ich hoffe der Vermieter nutzt die jetzt ruhigere Zeit um diese Mängel zu beheben. Dann ist es wirklich eine hervorragende Wohnung um eine schöne Zeit im sehr hübschen Rovinj zu verbringen.
