Vesna and her husband were wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible by providing everything

It is a comfortable and clean room with a nice view and super good host.

The host is very kind, friendly and eager to solve everything to make his guests' holiday perfect. Her communicates perfectly in English. The room has a nice view from the balcony. The downtown is only 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is also one beach nearby, but the best ones are in more than 40 minutes walking so I recommend to take your bike with you or go by car.

Only 1 towel per person. Shortage of toilet paper.

They let us leave all our things in room so we can go to the beach until they're done with cleaning.

Check-in was late 1,5 hour because of cleaning and lady clearly stated that we need to leave until 10am. That was little unorganized.

Good location, 10min walk to city & beach. Clean apartment with sea view from the balcony, very friendly owner.

Comfy room close to Rovinj center but greedy hosts with poor manners

The room is nice ans comfortable. You can go to Rovinj centre by walking about 15 minutes. You have a public parking in front of the room - however it is crowded and you may find no place - and several toll parkings nearby. The japanese restaurant downstairs is good. Worth a 7 or an 8 but I can't give more than 4 given the context.

TLDR the owner racketted us : I book this room ans payed the indicated price. The next morning the owner calls me explaining another client has canceld his 9 days stay last minute, thus the price I payed was too low and it seems a fair deal I pay a higher price for my 1 night stay. As all the rooms and hotels around where full, I had not much choice but to accept to pay a 20€ supplement upon my arrival. However I have never seen that ! Moreover checkout is AT 10 am and AT 10:06 someone was banging at pour door for us to get out. You better be right on time...

Dålig.

Läget var ok. Nära stranden och nära centrum.

Trångt. Det var absolut inte en lägenhet. Det var två rum med två sängar. Det var så trångt så man knappt kom in. Stenhårda sängar så man fick jätteont i ryggen. Spindelnät i taken och man fick be om mera toalettpapper. Ingen terrass som det stod i beskrivningen men en liten balkong .
