Wij kregen een hele warme ontvangst van de verhuurster. Het appartement is groot en voorzien van twee slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbed, nog een extra slaapbank, een balkon en een wasmachine. Het was heel schoon en netjes. Daarnaast is er ook een airconditioning.

Nagyon jól felszerelt, tiszta apartman. Mosógép, mosogatógép, sütő, stb. Tágas, 2 felnőtt, 2 gyereknek bőven elég volt. Saját parkoló az udvarban, a belváros 25 perc séta távolságban. Üzletközpont 5 perc gyalog. Nagyon kedves tulajdonos, a szomszéd házban lakik.

Nagyon szép a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, semmiben nem volt hiányunk. Kellemes a kinti terasz, a játszótérnek nagyon örült a kislányunk. A tulaj kedves volt, bármi kérdésünk volt segitett.

2 család részére foglaltam, az egyik lakásban kényelmes volt a kanapé ágy, viszont a másikban nyikorgott és kényelmetlen volt.

We stayed 9 nights in Apartment No. 2, part of the property managed by the Janko family. The hosts are very kind and helpful, always responsive to any request and ready to offer recommendations for beaches, restaurants, local attractions, as well as for purchasing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The photos on the website accurately reflect reality. The bed is comfortable, and the bed linens and towels were spotless. They were changed halfway through our stay. The bathroom is spacious, pleasantly scented, and fully equipped, including a washing machine. The terrace is a lovely spot to relax and also has a drying rack for towels. There are mosquito screens on both the terrace door and the windows. While there are no curtains, sunlight is blocked effectively by shutters. The air conditioning system is powerful and cools the entire apartment efficiently, even though it's installed in the kitchen. The apartment stays naturally cool in summer, as the exterior walls face north and east. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, gas cooktop, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery, dishes, and a dishwasher. Free parking is available in the building’s inner courtyard. The area is very quiet, just 5 minutes away from Lidl, Konzum, McDonald's, Dario pizzeria, INA gas station, and even a self-service car wash. To get to the Old Town, is recommended having a car. We found a free parking spot 10 minutes from the property, from where we walked another 10 minutes to reach the center. Otherwise, most parking in town is paid, with rates depending on zones 1 through 4. We visited around five beaches in the Rovinj area and had lunch at nearby taverns such as Orca, Il Faro, Maestral, Storija, and Gianino.
