Very cute and pleasant place to stay, unfortunate noise issue

Simple but clean. Lovely outdoor facilities. Room lovely and clean. Great hot shower. Good location with a 15 minute walk to the centre.

It was noisy when people in the other apartments opened or closed their door or the door to the building it banged so loud and my door rattled loudly in the frame. It woke me up often. It was a big down side.

Decent option for a short stay

We found the hotel to be a practical choice for a short stay. The rooms were clean, and the free private parking was definitely a plus. The location is OK — about 15–20 minutes on foot to the city center and a 5-minute drive to the sea. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly option if you're just passing through or staying a night or two — but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer or more relaxing vacation.

The rooms are quite small, and the balcony is also small with no sun protection, making it almost unusable during the day. The hotel is located near a semi-industrial area, which doesn't offer the most pleasant surroundings.

Calm, beautiful and relaxing place

It’s located in a good and calm place in a walkable distance to the center. Big groceries like Lidl are 7 mins waking time. Parking with the roof. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, room is newly renovated and spacious.

Everything was excellent!

Everything was excellent. We had a late check in, at 2 AM, because we had some problems with our car, but the host was really nice and waited for us. The room and bathroom were very clean and we had everything we needed. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is nice. It is in the middle of everything. In the room you have all what you need. Air conditioner is very helpful in the hot weather.

The bathroom was quite a bit too small and with old furnitures. But this was a not big deal at all.

Place is very clean and the owner is very polite and helpfull. We were very satified, we like the balcony and the view. Location is good, only 10 min from the city center. There is also a shaded parking which is nice to have in Croatia.

Very nice rooms, friendly stuff, very clean!

Everything. Huge parking lot, clean room and toilet, friendly stuff. Wifi working perfectly. There were desinfection/alcohol sprays in the hall and in the room! I only missed a stand or wall hanger in the room. I also recommend to put some ‘wall/barrier’ between the balconies for some privacy. Everything else was very good. Also the price was good!

Very good

The room was nice, clean and it has all comforts. (they cleaned the room and changed the bath towels every day) The staff is friendly and kind. The staff recommended us beaches or places to visit at Rovinj or others city. It is near to the town center (10 minutes on foot). There are many supermarkets near to the B&B. Good choice!!!

Eine kurze Auszeit in Rovinj hat uns gutgetan – wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Unterkunft lag etwas außerhalb von Rovinj – genau richtig für uns, um nachts zur Ruhe zu kommen. Da wir beruflich stark eingespannt sind, wählen wir unseren Urlaubsort bewusst etwas abseits vom Trubel. Von dort spazierten wir entspannt in die Stadt, wo wir jeden Tag ein anderes gemütliches Frühstückslokal ausprobierten. Bis 13 Uhr frühstücken zu können war für uns ein wahrer Genuss – besonders, wenn man dabei direkt am Meer sitzt und einfach das Leben genießt. Und natürlich durfte auch das tägliche Eis nicht fehlen – die Eisdiele war stets in der Nähe, sodass wir uns jeden Tag zwei bis vier Kugeln gönnten.

Ich kann es in dem Moment nicht beantworten – es gab nichts, das uns gestört hätte

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Rivinj.

Ruime opzet van complex, grote appartementen, schoon en volledig. Dicht bij Rovinj en het strand. Lekkere bakker in de buurt.

We hebben helaas geen gezellige gastheer gezien waarover volop gekletst wordt. Samantha ontving ons netjes maar kort en krachtig. Kregen wel wat info van haar via de app en als we vragen hadden moesten we dat appen. De buiten keuken was niet echt aantrekkelijk om er te koken.

Disponibilità dell' host pronta a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie. Utilizzo dei servizi esterni come la cucina. Stanza carina ed essenziale. Bello il balcone dove poter fare colazione. Punto a favore il posteggio a disposizione degli ospiti.

Purtroppo per arrivare in centro ci vogliono oltre venti minuti a piedi ma se il tempo è bello si può fare tranquillamente.

Przyjemne miejsce na wakacje! Mili i zawsze uśmiechnieci gospodarze :) Villa znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, blisko starego miasta. W pokoju pojemna szafa, mała lodówka, talerzyki, miseczki, sztućce, kubki a także kieliszki. Czysto, gospodarz dbał o codzienne opróżnianie naszego kosza na śmieci. Po długiej podróży czekała na nas butelka zimnej wody w lodówce (to było bardzo miłe!). Na terenie obiektu znajdują się zadaszone miejsca parkingowe. Chętnie wrócimy w przyszłości! Dziękujemy i polecamy innym :)

Per un periodo di relax a Rovigno posto perfetto!

Posizione comoda, 15- 20 minuti a piedi dal centro 5 minuti con la bici! Posto molto tranquillo, proprietari gentili e disponibili! Stanza pulita con tutto il necessario, cucina esterna se si hanno necessità di cucinare e anche con un angolo relax molto carino! Zona molto tranquilla per riposarsi la sera! Ma comoda a tutti i servizi : supermercati, ristoranti, farmacie anche un piccolo centro commerciale molto vicino! Ma Nessun rumore, la zona è tranquillissima!Stra Consiglio per visitare Rovigno !

Nulla , solo a chi ha difficoltà, dico che al ritorno la strada è un po’ in salita magari o usare la macchina o bici elettrica per salire!
