Overall this is a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed it.

The view and location is fantastic. The pool area is lovely.

The staff were very nice but the service was very slow with long waits for food. Also the food was a bit hot and miss , some of the food was not very good. The food at the pool was never hot enough, it felt like it had come along way. Also a glass of wine was far too small.

The location and the hotel design we stunning. We didn’t even want to leave the property. The pool area and dinning area are wonderful and the food is top notch.

Everything!!! The architecture and overall vibe of the hotel is exceptional. The staff is very attentive and won’t let you lift a finger. The breakfast is amazing and goes until 12!!! Great facilities from the restaurants to the pool and the spa was simply divine. Go here!

Nothing!!! Literally the only thing I could mention is that the full price is a little steep. We booked way in advance and got a great deal which made it insane value for money :)

Top drawer hotel in historical Rovinj

Breakfast was great. Brilliant choice and excellent service. Concierge was very helpful. The view over the old town was amazing. Beautiful modern 5 star hotel overlooking a stunning marina.

One or two of the restaurant recommendations could have been better, but a very small point, most were excellent.

The hotel is pure perfection

My stay at Grand Hotel Park in Rovinj was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning design, luxurious amenities, and the breathtaking surroundings. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, offering both comfort and elegance. The wellness and spa facilities are outstanding, providing the perfect place to relax and recharge. Every time we returned to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find the bed beautifully made and a small thoughtful treat waiting for us, which made us feel truly cared for. What made my experience truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was genuinely kind, attentive, and exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality exceeded all my expectations and made me feel genuinely welcome. Thanks to this wonderful experience, I am already planning my next stay at Grand Hotel Park. I can’t wait to return to this beautiful haven of peace and luxury in Rovinj!

Marvelous honeymoon, will come back.

Breakfast was delightful, fresh, plentiful, continental with local specialties, regularly replenished. Entire staff was kind and pleasant, adding to the experience of luxurious hospitality. Location and ammenities of the hotel are remarkable. We really enjoyed the privacy and comfort.

Dust on the surfaces (wooden components and floor in the room). Room was cleaned regularly, however, the dust could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Good hotel, but the details ruin the experience.

The room and the private mini pool on the terrace were absolutely wonderful — we truly enjoyed that part of our stay. - The breakfast was excellent — probably one of the best I’ve had in my hotel experience. - At the restaurant, the service itself was good and attentive.

What we didn’t like: - I was disappointed with the quality of the front desk service. I sent a question through Booking, called the reception, and asked for a response. The staff member saw the question, confirmed my name, and promised to reply — but I never received an answer. - The question was important: I wanted to pay for the stay myself and asked whether the hotel could charge the card linked to the Booking website. In the end, I got no reply, and my partner ended up paying — which ruined my plan and the surprise I had prepared. - Upon arrival, the front desk told us they couldn’t charge the Booking card, even though the reservation was made through the site. I’m certain that’s not true — if we had canceled, the hotel would’ve charged that card a cancellation fee. - At the restaurant, the food quality was disappointing, especially for the price. We ordered burrata with tomatoes, but the tomatoes were cheap, tasteless supermarket ones — unacceptable in a dish with only two ingredients. - We ordered the starters for sharing but weren’t given plates to do so — a detail that felt unprofessional for a place positioning itself as a top-tier hotel and restaurant. - The spa area was full of naked guests, and I didn’t see any signs indicating that nudity was expected. For people who don’t feel comfortable seeing strangers fully exposed, it makes it hard to relax or enjoy the spa. - The pool area was overcrowded — there were no free sunbeds, and the number of loungers clearly doesn’t match the number of guests. Would I return to this hotel? No. At this price point, I expected a significantly higher level of service and comfort.

Nice experience

The hotel is hugeA large, high-level hotel, but it’s clear they have issues with staff quality and, consequently, cleanliness. A problem that arose during check-in was later resolved with a very thoughtful gesture, as expected from a hotel of this standard. The breakfast was outstanding, the spa exceptional, and the breathtaking views of the old town, combined with the hotel's natural surroundings, create a truly pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing stay in Rovinj

Location is amazing with a million dollar view! Breakfast is superb with many options for special diets, as well. Very kind personnel took care of charging our EV. Very comfortable bed, in-room Nespresso and extended breakfast time, made our stay even more relaxing.

Superior location, excellent rooms and bathroom, amazing beach amenities. Breakfast was some of the best at any establishment. Incredible pool and spa facilities. Staff was top notch.

Wouldn't have expected carpeting in common areas and rugs in the room, stained and not sanitary. Pillows were lacking but asked for different ones which were brought right way.

The location and views.

The service doesn’t meet the standards of other 5* hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast and coffee were not hot each morning. We didn’t always get the items we ordered at breakfast. The items in the bathroom were not topped up daily Whilst lovely to have, the plunge pools on the balconies are too cold and when I asked to turn the temperature up I was told they couldn’t and was given different information regarding the temperature. I had to report a blocked shower which flooded the bathroom in two occasions and a plug socket hanging out the wall in the bathroom. On my day of check out, the fruit bowl was filled with a message and chocolates. a lovely gesture but as I was leaving that day, couldn’t make use of any of the items. These would have been better if received during my stay.

Every aspect of this hotel was over the top! Location, layout, views, room service, staff, comfort, privacy, food…. I will be returning! Very unique is the way this expansive hotel melts into the beautiful landscape.

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect stay in a luxury hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of great food. Breakfast open until 12. Rooms are very nice, comfortable with great views. Oh,... and the wellness and pools are really the highlight of the hotel.

Not much that I could dislike. Maybe some interior features are a bit strange (personal reference) and sound insulation is not the best I have seen, but still very good.
