We had a great week at the Grand Park facilities are outstanding and location being walking distance to Rovinj is great. We had hire car for the week and location makes visiting surrounding area very easy. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and don’t hesitate to recommend

This is a great 5 star hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool areas. The views from the hotel of Rovinj are beautiful. It’s such a cleverly designed hotel. Our room was quiet and big enough for 3 of us for a week. We would definitely return to this hotel. A big thank you to the amazing staff for looking after us so well.

Loved the property so clean and the staff overall were amazing. Thank you to Emil our driver. Evan the server in lobby bar and Romelle from Philippines who got he a bed topper. The front desk team also got my husband to a dentist for emergency dental surgery.

Truly excellent hotel. New, modern, clean and great service. Heated pool was great. Location fantastic as it is less than 10 minutes for the town with many great restaurants. We used the free bikes to cycle around the coast and forest. Would highly recommend.

Overall a comfortable stay at a great location with all the amenities you can ask for. In my opinion, the best hotel in the area. The staff at the reception and concierge were extremely helpful to advise and recommend best places to eat, spend time in and around the hotel. Overall 10 out of 10 for the staff. Special mention to the folks at the Camp Aureo Restaurant - Zehljko and his team we had a wonderful tasting dinner. They even customised the food off menu for our daughter.

I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back.

We so enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Rovinj. It’s a very special hotel and really such a pleasure to be there. The hotel is next to a lovely pine filled park where you can cycle and swim from Rocky beaches. The facilities of the hotel are very luxurious from hot towels in the gym, the golf cart that took us to the tennis centre, and Hannah the hawk who sees off the seagulls from the infinity pool! Gym, tennis centre, spa and pools are all fantastic and well equipped. The rooms are very quiet and restful. We wanted to spend more time that we did just hanging out on the balcony. The food is generally good and Katrina’s the sandwich bar is a great place for a pitstop. The service is unparalleled. We were looked after so well by all the staff (and kept receiving lovely gifts throughout our stay). And the view! You can’t beat it. We will be back!

The Grand Park is amazing architecturally and beautiful design details are everywhere. In addition there are spectacular views from rooms, dining areas, pool areas even the lobby! On this holiday, unlike other trips to Rovinj, we mainly wanted to stay around the hotel; due to the restaurants, spa, pool, private beach, garden, plaza shops etc. being so good and captivating. We found the staff and service faultless, friendly and professional but still relaxed. The whole stay was a very memorable experience.

I stayed at the Grand Park a few years ago and it was superb. It feels like the customer service in the hotel has gone drastically downhill since 2019. Staff communication was poor, and staff were noticeably disorganised - particularly the valet who misplaced my keys several times before bringing through the wrong car. It’s a shame, because everything else about this hotel is wonderful.

Le Sirenuse in Pasitano doesnt hold a candle to this property. Thank you to the entire staff for your imessurable hospitality and comfort.
