I am very grateful to Carla for gathering such a strong team of staff around her. The cleaner, the cook, the hostess, the waiters, they are incredibly nice people who know their business. I would like to express my delight about the dog, no extra charge for the dog, just give $20 for cleaning upon check-out, so that after the dog all the hair in the room is removed. The room itself looks great, air conditioning, shower, spacious room, kitchen with everything you need, from a corkscrew to a saucepan. Breakfasts included in the stay are available from 7 am. Thank you, I will be happy to come back again.

Loved our stay in this beautiful town and the Villa was fantastic as well as Karla and her staff.

The unique nature of the rooms and space is adorable and quaint. The charm of each of the rooms as they are decorated quite differently. The location was superb and all the amenities were great.

For my mother, there are many stairs and she found the layout confusing but she is 75 years old so not unusual. The staff were amazing at helping her out.

The location, the staff and the property were all exceptional. Everyone was super friendly especially Marina (standing in for Karla) who provided us with excellent advice throughout our stay.

Definitely stay here!

Karla, the owner, was amazing! She was so responsive to all our needs. She helped us park our car outside of the city center and shuttled us to the hotel. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel. Delicious! She gave us supper recommendations too. She was so helpful. Hotel was beautiful, room nice, modern bathroom. We loved everything about it.

A warm, welcoming hotel with charming apartment-style rooms, delicious breakfast, and incredibly helpful staff

This hotel was absolutely amazing! In the best location for walking around old town. The rooms were like adorable little apartments, complete with kitchens. The full breakfast was delicious! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The manager even helped us arrange transportation to and from Rovinj, which made everything so easy. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming—it truly felt like we were visiting family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing hotel in amazing town - worth visiting.

I've been in this place twice already and ever since my first visit in ca 2016 I wanted to go back, as it's splendid! Beautiful place, great location, super friendly owners and staff. They were all very helpful and kind. Acommodated my room preferences without issue, were helpful with organizing transfer. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended, as it gives great comfort and homely atmosphere.

Very attentive staff for the most part, apartment size, breakfast and location.

We booked the apartment on booking and on arrival they wanted to put us in a rather dark and smaller family room. This was arranged after discussion with the manager.

Not worth it.

The driver that came in electric minicar to pick us up from the parking was prompt and nice. The location in town was nice. The air conditioning worked.

It was quite expensive for the quality. We were given 2 towels for 4 people. Most of the time staff was not to be found (i.e. to find a wine opener or towels). It was dark, old, and very funky. There was interesting art to make it seem like somebody's house, but everything felt very dated. The breakfast offerings were all located in such a tiny area, that it was hard to get to things amongst all the people trying to do the same thing. The person that helped us, although from the city, did not seem to know much about the place.

we felt good in our room, it was quite big and airy, and clean, the location in the old town was perfect for us... the fact we had to walk 10-15min from parking place every day was totally ok - just a nice daily walk...

the young man working here had quite weird energy, we wondered if he has some issues with english or he disliked us... he didn't feel like being interested in our needs, always looking the other directions and not being able to say "good morning" or such things out loud... not that we would care much about things like this but it felt strange and it's not something you'd expect in a nice hotel. on the other hand the woman working here was just totally normal nice and smiling on us... more types of vegetable for breakfast would be great as well

authentic accommodation in the heart of the city with lovely staff

staff was a wee bit struggling with English, but it was more like funny and lovely for me :) we understood each other anyway and they speak many other languages.... they were super kind! it's located in the heart of the city, actually it's an old-fashion house that was redesigned for a hotel, it's a lovely place

when i booked the room there were photos of a wellness stuffs, but there is no any similar picture right now, thus it's fine since it was out of order they recommended me a parking possibility (Parkplatz) where I paid 360HRK for ~24hrs parking... so, i would try to google for cheaper slot if i were there again
