Perfect location, lovely staff.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The location was excellent—not too far up the hill so we could pop in and out during the day, as needed. Small but had everything, and the beds were comfortable!

Best way to enjoy Rovinj

Everything was amazing, full of charm and perfect for relaxing and enjoying Rovinj. The location couldn't be more perfect, both for the view from the room and the short walking distance to all important locations. Everything is made even better by the kind and accomodating staff, special thanks to Domagoj and his coworkers at Villa Tuttorotto - they made our stay incredibly comfortable.

Great experience

The staff is amazing — you truly can’t get better service at a hotel, especially when traveling alone with kids. They helped with everything, especially thanks to Tatiana, who helped us with all kinds of questions. from parking the car to dropping it off at the rental place. On the morning we left early for Venice by ferry, they even packed sandwiches, fruit, and water for us since we didn’t have time for breakfast. They were always ready to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property,

If you want to experience an exclusive and oh so pleasant stay go to Villa Tuttorotto

The hotel is intimate, beautifully decorated, and offers an exceptional level of service. It is pricey, but, given its location and offerings, it was well worth the expense. Everything is top quality, right down to the L’Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. My room was small, very well appointed, and had the only balcony available. Breakfast is bountiful and delicious. Dom provided great assistance with parking and brought me to and fro in a golf cart. The location is smack dab in the middle to the charming Old Town.

Very Nice House in Rovinj Old Town

We stayed in Villetta Garibaldi, a separate house run by Villa Tutterotto. The Rovinj old town location was excellent. The house had much needed and very efficient air conditioning. The three bedrooms were all of a good size with comfortable beds. There are two shower room/toilets. The showers worked well. Communication with the host before, at the start of, and during our stay was excellent. Overall a very nice house to stay in in order to enjoy beauty Rovinj

Our only criticism is the very limited seating in the main living room. There is one small sofa bed that sits one (two at a push) and yet the room has a very large dining table with six chairs. The table and chairs could be much smaller/fewer or removed completely and a good-sized corner sofa put in instead. It’s also a shame that there’s no outside space but we knew this when booking.

Great villa in the heart of the Old Town, wonderful stay.

We stayed at the separate 3BR villa, so did not interact with the hotel itself much. Since cars are limited in town, they came to meet us with a golf cart to help carry our luggage. The villa was perfectly located in the old town, was clean and well stocked. At checkout again they helped us with our luggage via golf cart.

Beds were a bit thin. Both bathrooms were tiny- the downstairs shower barely had room to turn around! The stairs in the villa were quite steep and would not be appropriate for someone with mobility issues.

It was one of the best place we stayed in out three week trip.

Everything was very charming including the manager who greeted us and Mariamna who took care of the place and made breakfast.

Once the elevator didn’t work and we needed to lug luggage up stairs. But even that somehow added to the adventure and experience.

Wonderful boutique hotel,7 rooms,maximum of 12 guests in the centre of old town Rovinj.Dom,the manager is an absolute delight,met us at the bus station in his golf buggy to ferry us to the hotel,and also back when we left.Great location in the middle of the old town,which is a pedestrian area,close to great bars and restaurants.Superb breakfast,with eggs made to order,with a great view over the harbour,sitting out on a terrace.Highly recommended,would return in a heartbeat.

Dom was super nice, and helpfu!! I recommend requesting a golf-cart pick-up from the parking lot which is outside the old town. it’s not the walk, but rather dragging your suitcase over the stone that makes an embarrassing racket.

The stay was too short! Again compliments to dear Mr. Fritz!

Very kind Mr. Fritz picked us up with a little transport car at the other side of Rovinj, because we were unable to find the meeting point and drove us back to the Parking when we left. Breakfast was generously arranged with great care and love, one could not wish more. One feels at home in the whole house with antique furniture, every little detail has been chosen with great care and taste. The bedrooms are cozy and just lovely. I can highly recommend Tutto Rotto.

It’s a historic mansion with a lot of Charme and the staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. There is a luggage pick up service with a golf cart - this is essential, as the property is in the pedestrian area and the cobble stones make it very annoying to lug a trolley around.

The breakfast pastry was a little dry but this was made up for with custom made omelettes and breakfast on the balcony with a view of the fishing port.

The best place to stay in Rovinj

Fantastic place to stay in Rovinj. If you'd like to feel that your are at home but not just tourist so Villa Tuttorotto is the best place for that. There's little cosy Villa in a heart of Old Town. There are just 7 rooms. After crowded streets and beach it looks like little oasis. You can have a rest with great coffee and beautiful view from nice terrace and you can have a tasty breakfast as well. There are great fresh products on the table every morning. And of course lovely and very hospitality team ❤ I absolutely recommend it to stay for guests who loves small hotels.

The location is amazing, right at the heart of the old city. The breakfast that is included is also very good. Staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Awesome small ancient hotel

Location is perfect in the Old Town of Rovinj, near the main gate and nice restaurants. Yet, it’s still in a very quiet and peaceful street. The hotel is an old, but very elegantly restored and decorated. There is a small gym, cozy lounge and small terrace where you can get tasty breakfast and enjoy the sea view. Friendly and professional staff. Special kudos to Domagoj and Kristina, who drove us in an electric car like Schumacher. ❤️
