We had a wonderful stay, it was in a quiet area about 20-30 min walking distance from city center. Great breakfast and cozy room, friendly hosts and easy to access parking in front of the house.

Position. Parking. Good breakfast. Good Wi-Fi.
The host lady was very intrusive, making several unrequested comments teasing the number of the luggages and group members. Frankly, she should have kept her comments for herself. This was not appreciated at all.
Breakfast not served before 8.30.
The breakfast area is very small making it difficult to move around.
No decaf coffee.
The rooms at the uppermost floor have low ceiling, with the risk of bumping the head.
Also the bathrooms need a bit of maintenance.
