Goede locatie. Parkeren voor de deur. Rustige buurt. Schoon. 10 minuten lopen naar Cuvi strand. Leuk om daar een dagje door te brengen. 30 minuten lopen naar Oude Haven stad. Wat overigens erg leuk en mooi is.

Inrichting kamer erg oud, gedateerd. Wel een mooie keuken. Balkon van onze kamer erg klein.

Together with my mom we spent 2 weeks in Patricija's apartment, it was a great pleasure to be there. Everything was well prepared, the host was very kind to us. The location is great, 10 minutes by walk to the Cuvi beach, 20 minutes to the center of Rovinj.

We had to pay 70 euro extra for 1 medium sized dog. At departure one on the staff said we have to pay 35 euro and 35 euro will be covered by booking company. When we picked this app. we payed attention that we can have a dog in this app. ( dogs alowed), so i dont understand why i have to pay extra cash if dogs are alowed... Later i found out, that on this app. site it says that i will MAYBE have to pay for the dog. Whel if its MAYBE and at the end i HAVE to pay, then it is a clear YES for payment if i own a dog. It should be included in whole charge and not later when we were at that app. It feels like i have been scamed...
