Lovely hotel in a beautiful town

The room was very spacious and it was useful having a small kitchen area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was good as the area was quiet but it was only 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes walk from the centre of town.

Please note, this hotel like many others only supplies soap and shower gel when it comes to toiletries but this is a small thing.

Unless you are strong, it may be better to carry smaller luggage if you have the too floor especially. Parking may not be so easy to find on busy seasons. We parked a side street cos there wasn’t enough up front! But glad to find one nevertheless!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Marea! The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection that really set the tone for each day. The location is ideal - central, yet peaceful, with easy access to the beach, old town, and nearby shops. One of the highlights was the free bike rental (locks included), which made getting around Rovinj super easy and fun. We also really enjoyed the pool area - well-maintained with comfortable beds, plenty of shade, and a relaxing vibe throughout. We were enjoying it so much that we extended our stay by 3 more days (2 nights) while we were there. The staff were welcoming and flexible, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with great amenities and a laid-back atmosphere.

Spacious, immaculate studio

Large well appointed and equipped studio. Lovely modern decor. Large comfortable bed and great shower. Fresh delicious breakfast. Everywhere was immaculate. Lovely happy and helpful staff. Plenty of road worthy free bikes available. Lovely pool in small garden.

Whilst the sea is an easy walk. To get into Rovinj is a long walk. Probably the intense heat made this journey hard. Taxi not cheap. Limited sunbeds at busy times.

Exceeded expectations

A warm and friendly welcome at reception with excellent local tips for eating out and exploring the area. The room and balcony was lovely as was the pool. Nearby beaches around Cuvi are easily accessible by foot or bike with lots of pine tree shade and refreshment stops. Really appreciated having use of the bikes at the hotel. Pool facilities are great and gardens are pretty and well kept. Town a 25 minute walk away with an abundance of eateries (Graciano and Kantinon my favourites)

Loved the accommodation and location. I would just advise good footwear for accessing the very craggy, stoney beaches!

Believe the reviews. Wonderful location. The walk to the beach and the easy parking were perfect for our family. The walk to the beach is beautiful and the beach is stunning. The facilities are modern, in great condition, stylish and comfortable. The owner Julian and the staff were perfect and gave us everything we asked for and more. We're already planning to go back in July.

It was close to the hiking trail/sea. It was a nice walk into town. The room was big and clean.

Beautiful, home away from home.

The location for us was perfect. It was a little farther out from center, about a 20 minute walk. However it was a 5 minute walk to the beach which we loved. Walking along the water was breathtaking. If you want to be more in the center, this may feel a little like the suburbs, but if you like nature, access to the beach / water, this location is perfect. Gabby greeted us at check-in and we couldn’t have had a more welcoming hostess. She was fantastic. We would recommend and stay here again of lucky enough to return to this area!

Very nice small vila in Centener part of Rovinj

Everything was perfect. Rooms with brand new furniture and cute decoration.Very clean. The view is better in the front rooms overlooking the pool and entrance.Nice hosts.Free parking in front. 10min walking distance to Cuvi beach. If you prefer Punta Corrente beach it is 20min walk and 30min walk to the old town,however the Centerner surroundings is very nice residential with private villas and app houses so it is a nice walk :) Parking in old town and around Cuvi beach needs to be paid.

Very pleasant, seemed expensive compared to other places we stayed in

The pool, nice quiet area, use of bikes. Walking distance to Old Town and beach. Rooms serviced every day, clean towels. Beach towels supplied. Lovely staff. Ad lib tea and coffee during the day. Area locked and secure and good parking.

Air conditioning not very efficient. Breakfast a bit boring and no fresh fruit

Nice big newly renovated appartement, kitchen very well equipe (no kettle) big balcony, very nice pool, quite location, close to beautiful Zlatni park and Cuvi beach😍 plenty of bikes for free. And the personel are so friendly! Had a little problem with beds but the chef took care of it straight away. The cleaning lady is a sunshine! Would love to come back.

That we had to leave!😉 Few minor things, a water cooker would be nice and bikes are maybe not the best, but still good enough for Beach en city rides

Heerlijk verblijf, deze plek onthouden we!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden en parasols erbij. Het was ruim boven de 35 graden, dus het was fijn om te kunnen zwemmen. Villa Marea ligt op ca. 20 minuten loopafstand van Rovinj en dat was 's avonds prima te doen. We konden ter plekke alsnog reserveren voor het ontbijt (€15 pp) en dat bleek een zeer goede keuze. Het voelde allemaal als een zeer prettige B&B. Een supermarktje was op minder dan 10 minuten lopen en de kitchenette had vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt (geen oven of magnetron, wel pannen).

De beloofde parkeerplaats aan de weg was er wel, maar er was maar plek voor een paar auto's. Kom je wat later aan, dan kun je wel in de buurt parkeren, maar dan sta je dus wel wat verder weg.

Zalig!

Villa Marea is een heerlijk verblijf als je Rovinj wilt bezoeken maar niet in de drukte wilt verblijven. Het ligt op ong. 30 minuten lopen naar de oude binnenstad, wat goed te doen is. De kamers waren schoon en er was genoeg bergruimte. Heel fijn dat je toch zelf een ontbijtje of iets kleins kan maken in de ruimte, al is er geen afzuigkap dus het is niet aan te raden uitgebreid te koken want dan ruikt het beddengoed naar eten. Fijne matras en ruime badkamer. Vriendelijke eigenaren die ons een fijne avondwandeling langs de Miluni beach aanraadde.

Er waren niet voldoende parkeerplekken voor het aantal gasten met auto’s, maar er zijn om de hoek meer plekken waar je gratis kunt parkeren.

Ruhiges familiäres Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

Das kleine Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend etwas ausserhalb von Rovinj. Direkt vor dem Haus hat es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Um ins Zentrum von Rovinj zu gelangen, kann man gratis Fahrräder ausleihen und teilweise der Küste entlang fahren. Das Zimmer im Hotel war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht, und hatte einen kleinen Balkon und gutes WLAN. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für uns genau richtig. Wer nicht in einem gesichtslosen Riesenbau oder mitten im Trubel von Rovinj wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig und wird sich wohlfühlen!

Für uns nicht wichtig, aber es hat keinen Lift.
