Amazing location

Firstly this has an amazing location in Rovinj old town. That's the big reason to choose here. The room is quite spartan but clean and comfortable and the owner who lives on site is helpful. He brought me a kettle and cup. Rovinj is a very popular tourist destination so this represents excellent value.

Beautiful location… and that’s kind of it.

The location in the centre of the old town is beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the wooden ceiling in the room was charming. We enjoyed the steep stairs but can imagine they would be tough for some visitors. Everything was clean.

The communication was frustrating (to be fair, the owner was away, which may account for this) - we had to ask for each piece of information (check-in info, key box code, WiFi password, check-out info) separately. The layout of the room was not terribly comfortable - fridge positioned in the wardrobe, so minimal hanging space and everything we did hang got very hot, no curtains in the windows (holes in the wall suggested there might once have been), no cushions on the hard wooden chairs, minimal bedding (sorry, but even at the height of summer it’s nice to offer more than a single sheet), seemingly one hair dryer for the entire house. It would have been helpful to have been informed of luggage transport services available - we figured it out in time for check-out but check-in was a bit stressful without it. More than one set of keys would have been useful. Boutique in the name of this property feels slightly misleading having stayed there. We still had a lovely time in Rovinj, but will stay elsewhere next time.

Small cosy bedroom under the roof

The location is perfect. The price is reasonable. The room is cosy. The host is reactive.

The ground is dusty. It's not well sound proofed, we could hear everything in the street (dog barking in the night, even small chats and laughter) and the pigeons on the roof. Since it's a small bedroom, the fridge is close to the bed and make a loud noise when turned on. A microwave could be a nice addition.

Easter Weekend in Rovinji

In the historical center

We have not been told there is no way to get close to the flat by car, the closest place to park is 600mt min from the place. There is no mention that to access the rooms you need to climb steep and super small stairs, this is unacceptable . The room is small and claustrophobic with very low ceiling , definitely dusty (not sure if this is because we came il low season??) and after 1 min the shower got cold.

The host was very kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is excellent since you are located in the old town of Rovinj. The apartment's furnishing was fitting for the price.

Attention: some apartments have a kitchen, others not - So ask in advance what you get.

The owner was the nicest and super helpful, he let me stay longer in the room and gave me many tips where to go in Rovinj. The room and shower was super clean and it had such a nice cute view out to the street, and it felt really nice waking up to the chatter of people from old town :)

The location was great! The hosts are friendly! They responded to my messages quickly and were willing to accommodate my earlier-than-expected arrival. They even lent me a kettle for the night. I asked them to hold my luggage until 12:00 noon, and they let me use the room until 12:00 noon. I was happy that they remembered my name even though I was only there for one night. Thank you so much! I will be back.

Good place for a short stay

perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights. Very good location, easy to get to, decent, clean, comfortable bed, nice view on a quiet street. In an older building, but authentic. Owner very responsive, helpful and understanding that I arrived 2h after checkin time, he even got me a shower gel as there was only liquid soap (for hands) in the toilet. He recommended me a place to have dinner and what to see around. When I wrote him on booking messages, he responded very fast. I enjoyed my stay.

Place, old town location is the best I've ever been. It's beautiful realy and the beach is 5 minutes walk from apartment.

Internet conection in apartment was sooooo bad. We don't have it most of the time and we must find it somewhere else or in front of the house. It was too hot in room while there don't exist clima and we had too smal windows and can't get fresh or any other air.
