This is directed to Booking. Come:when guests ask for hotels because they do not want self checking.

Close to old town and water front.However extremely hard to find. Even locals and neighbors do not know about Blubini heritage hour and I mean it. Very poor signs close to the entrance and at the door.

Everything…. Real poor communication from their staff. No sense of urgency in repairing things that need to be fixed….

Perfect location but the property is not staffed!

Perfect central location once you find it (google maps is a little off - it’s down in a courtyard a little further up the street) The accommodation was generally comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The bedding was very comfortable and I slept well. Street is also fairly quiet at night. Perfect for a short trip if you are able bodied and are tech savvy.

There are no staff on reception and help is only available via WhatsApp until 9pm - a code is texted to your number to access the property yourself. But should your phone be stolen etc I don’t know how you would access the property! The breakfast situation was less than ideal. No on site breakfast instead it was in a cafe a street away. Breakfast options were not great in my opinion as there was no hot food options. Not the most suitable for anyone who has mobility issues as the property is down a small set of steps into a courtyard and from what I have seen, the apartments all seem to be upstairs. Generally there was a lot of scuff marks on the walls and signs of use that made the apartment feel a little less clean. Only shower gel was provided in the bathroom.

Perfect location, great stay and nice staff

The room was very neat and clean. Airconditioning was working well. The location was perfect, parking was well arranged. The accomodation was perfect.

There was no shower curtain or door, which resulted in a flooded bathroom and toilet after showering. That would be the only downside. Over all it is perfect.

No value for money

Nicely decorated room at the heart of the old town. Instructions provided via Whatsapp were very clear.

Very hard to get into contact with them before arrival. We sent two messages via the online contact form (one 3 weeks before our arrival) and an SMS. However, we did not get any response. There was no personal touch at all. All communication went via Whatsapp. The rain shower did not work, there was no shower gel nor a shower mat. After showering, the entire bath room was wet and slippery. We mentioned this but nothing had been done about it. They did not even supply us with shower gel. Towels were completely worn. This is totally unacceptable, given the fairly high room rate. We took the breakfast option. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar but only from 10h00 onwards. In addition, the breakfast times conflict with the check out time at 10h00. After having mentioned this, we had to suggest a solution ourselves. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay because of "ecological" reasons. It felt as if everything has been done to maximize profit, by cutting all staff expenses. I do not hope that this will be the future of hospitality...

Picture Perfect

Our room was perfect and looked exactly as it did in the image on Booking.com. So, no surprises there. It was situated in a quaint little courtyard with a charming bar adjacent to it. Plus, there was a pizzeria nearby. It was also very quiet.

My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, was having to schlep our luggage for 10 minutes from the parking. If you have trouble walking or travelling with older people, be aware of the hike.

Great Location!

The location in Old Town was quite convenient, once I was able to locate it. After getting my bearings, I was able to find my way and return to the hotel without much worry.

Since I initially had trouble finding it, that was a challenge. Parking was also a hassle, which is not the hotel's fault, but it is good to be aware of if traveling there. Otherwise, the Wi-Fi was a bit sluggish, making work a little challenging.

Great charming place to which I would return

Great location for tourist looking to commute by foot or bike. Car parking possible within 10min walk uphill (organized by Blubini upon request; financially cheaper than other options). Modern and well equipped. BIG BRAVO for having the steam iron in aprtment!!!

Generally clean but could be cleaner with just a bit more effort; bathroom i.e. shower would need a detailed scrub of tiles and/or replacement of shower head and shower holder … also, unified/all same towels would be nice touch.

Exceeded our expectations and is definitely value for money!

Everything about the property was excellent. The owner was very welcoming, the room was spacious with beyond comfortable bed and pillows. Cleaning was included everyday, as well as clean towels! Good breakfast included just a min from the accomodation. Overall location was excellent, right in the old town of Rovinj but it wasn’t noisy.

Incredible experience

Location is absolutely amazing, in the heart of the Old Town but in such a quiet place. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. The owner/manager is a wonderful host, she made sure we have all the relevant information and she also made sure we had a pleasant stay. Room is spacious enough and clean, bed is very comfortable. You also have a pillow menu at your disposal and can choose which one works for you. Overall, a great experience!

The accommodation is located in the old town center and has a cozy rustical, yet modern design. The bed was really comfortable and there are several different pillows to accommodate everyone's needs. The AC and TV with subscription services provide a good alternative for rainy/scorching hot days. The owner was super friendly and welcoming as she suggested tons of activities and places to visit based on our interests. The only thing to take into account is the absence of a parking space (which is to be expected, since it is located in the old town center), but since there are several public parking options available and everything is in walking distance I can't really state it as a bad thing. Especially since the location makes you really feel and live the vibe of the city. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Very nice small accomodation, located in the ancient city of Rovinj. Cosy and new with a modern style. We slept very well during our 4day trip. Special: you can ask for different pillows, if it doesn‘t fit to you.

The way from parking place at the monastry could be explained a bit better. People with big heavy bags should check out first the right way to the hotel, to avoid getting grumpy while they drag the luggage over the cobblestones.….😉.

Excellent location in dowtown Rovinj. All tourist stuff within 10 min walk. And the narow streets, alleys Blubini located is just absolutely estonishing. Blubini is charming. You can feel history but it is well equipped and redecorated.

Perfect location in beautiful yard. Service and staff very helpful. Comfort bed. Fridge with minibar. Good breakfast (outside hotel in short walk this year).

Bigger fridge (not only for minibar) will be nice for summertime and Croatian snacks :). May be some place where to leave bicycles.
