Comfortable clean and close to old town

The staff were very helpful and clear instructions were given. We travelled with our own car, there is parking space available for free. The location was great, easy walk to the old town and restaurants

We know they mention on their website that they don’t cater a kitchen. We would suggest to have a coffee station in the smaller rooms. there is a kettle and small fridge but no coffee cups to make your own coffee.

The apartment was full of scorpions and the host ignored the danger — totally unsafe and shocking!!!!!!!!

The location was good and the apartment seemed okay at first.

We found four scorpions in total during our stay — two of them in the bedroom within a few hours, one of them crawling above the bed. Another was found in the kitchen. I contacted the host and was ignored. There was no reaction, no apology, no pest control. It was terrifying and completely unacceptable.

Very comfortable room with great air-conditioning. The communication with the host and self checking worked very well.

The apartment is quite noisy. Other guests had dogs which really impacted our stay, the host however was really responsive when we addressed this. The location is quite far from the town when it's 30+ degrees.

Dissapointed with lack of repsonsibility and communication with the issues we encountered.

Location is good, and the beds are comfortable

When we got to the apartment we saw that the fridge is not working and the area inside and surrounding the fridge was full of ants. Before our arrival the property sent us severeal automated messages, however when we messaged them the night of our arrival ( it was late so we did not expect a response until the next day), and the next day they only responded after several messages that the isssue would soon be resolved. The next 4 days we did not recieve a new fridge. However the main problem was the communication between us and the company that serviced the apartment. We got one generic "We are sorry, we will be better" for every 5 messages we sent asking about the update for the fridge. Our messages were constatly being left on seen. We kept asking when the fridge will be delivered because we were on vacation with our pet and we needed to plan accordingly. Of course they did not contact us when the fridge finally arrived. This lack of communication is unacceptable and we do not reccomend dealing with this company.

It is a nice new apartment, not far from old town

Nice quiet residential neighborhood, about 15 minute walk to old town. Balcony is large and full of sunrise light. Beds were large and comfortable.

The shower drain was not good, we got a little flooded. There were no mirrors to see yourself full-height.

good location, nice house, house essentials not existing

The property is conveniently located 10 minutes or less from the beaches of Rovinj. it was spacious and had a nice balcony.

The house has zero essentials for the kitchen, not even one condiment nor a bottle of water. We paid and booked for 5, but they only left towels for 4. Also, one of the two beds was missing a linen. The support system on WhatsApp was easy to communicate with, but they always had to contact the local team and it took almost 24hrs for them to bring us towels and linens. Also, it’s worth mentioning that in the night, after just touching the light to kill a mosquito, the glass came off and fell on my mom’s leg causing a bruise. There is no way the glass broke by just being touched with a hand, so we suspect it was just put back together with/without glue prior our stay.

Very beautiful room with an amazing bathroom and convenient parking

The house was huge and very pretty, both inside and outside. There was a parking lot just next to it with lot of spaces for our car. The area is residential, not many people or cars around, so we could get our car out without any issues and explore all Rovinj by driving (we had not so good experiences in other areas in Croatia, which is why we liked the tranquility here that much). The room was spacious and pretty, the bathroom was very modern, clean and just amazing. We had a small fridge in our room and a balcony with strings or cords to hang our wet clothes. We only met the owners once, but that was enough for them to give us a thorough overview of the city and its surrounding, they recommended us which beaches to visit and made some suggestions of tours and attractions, both in the city and a few km away. This is a very very nice accommodation, and I don't mean it "for the price" (which was rather low compared to others), but it was basically luxury within a budget. We're so happy we were able to stay here :)

The fridge was a nice touch to have in the room, but we would have also appreciated some extra amenities, like glasses, or maybe some plates or silverware. I can't complaint though as this wasn't in the description of the apartment and we knew what to expect, but it would have been nice to have.

Very beautiful room in a beautiful house in a quiet place.

I liked the room. Beautiful and clean. The bathroom was big, new and clean, a balcony was wonderful. I loved breakfasts on the balcony. The calm street not far from the center or southern beaches.

I traveled with my 14 yo son. I knew there would be 1 bed for a couple. (It was the last room and I did not mind). But I would appreciate 2 blankets (for 2 people). There was only 1 for a couple. The owner could think of it. There was an electric kettle so we could make a tea. But no cups. So we did not. The furniture was beautiful, but the bed had a protrusions. Walking by I always hit my shin on the protrusion. I put a Tshirt on it and it was OK.

Jako neudoban krevet. Ali i to bih nekako zaboravila da nisam imala neprijatnost. Naime, zaboravila sam meseser sa jako bitnim stvarima, kontaktirala vlasnike i tek treci dan su javili da toga nema. Neprofesionalno potpuno.

U ovom objektu smo imali sve sto nam je trebalo, jako cisto, udoban krevet i sve je bilo funkcionalno, od klime, tva, tusa, frizidera itd. Sve preporuke!
