Lo staff è stato presente, disponibile e cortese nell'assisterci al check in. Abbiamo avuto tutte le informazioni occorrenti ,nessuna mancanza. La struttura è davvero accogliente,gradevole ,ben tenuta. La pulizia impeccabile. La nostra stanza ci è piaciuta tantissimo, aria condizionata e frigorifero, molto utili. connessione Wi-fi a disposizione veramente molto apprezzabile. La palazzina non è vicinissima al centro,se lo si vuole raggiungere a piedi occorrono circa 25 minuti; noi ci siamo organizzati con le biciclette ed è andata molto bene.

A pretty big room with a nice balcony that a clothing line for drying beach clothes. One parking spot next to the building that luckily was available for us, four apartments share the spot. Close to a bakery for breakfast food. Easy to communicate with host through booking, they are online and active with responses.

It was very dirty. Hair in several places on the floor, dirty sink, mold in toilet, dirt in fridge etc. Felt very disgusting when entering the room. Red hair that got stuck on our feet after showering - not the cleanliness as other places we have stayed at. Electrical sockets where not attached to the wall, a safety issue for kids.

The property is conveniently located 10 minutes or less from the beaches of Rovinj. it was spacious and had a nice balcony.

The house has zero essentials for the kitchen, not even one condiment nor a bottle of water. We paid and booked for 5, but they only left towels for 4. Also, one of the two beds was missing a linen. The support system on WhatsApp was easy to communicate with, but they always had to contact the local team and it took almost 24hrs for them to bring us towels and linens. Also, it’s worth mentioning that in the night, after just touching the light to kill a mosquito, the glass came off and fell on my mom’s leg causing a bruise. There is no way the glass broke by just being touched with a hand, so we suspect it was just put back together with/without glue prior our stay.
