Dostęp do basenu, parking i czystość bez zarzutu

Zwraca uwagę brak szaf, półek na jedzenie oraz mało miejsca do spożywania posiłków. Jeden duży stół na cały obiekt to za mało. My byliśmy grupa 12 osób a stół w jadalni miał 6 krzeseł. Poza tym wszystko super 😀

Lovely stay, confortable room and super great pool and kitchen outside

Great area, lovely small village and really nice room. Swimming is a big plus and the kitchen outside is super nice. Easy to reach with the car, not far from the airport. Really confortable beds.Quiet area with few restaurants at 10min walk. Lovely stay and nice people. Just no sufficient toilet paper

Lohnt sich absolut!

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, die Lage war sehr gut. Man hatte in der Nähe einen Bäcker und mit paar Minuten zu Fuß einen konzum. Man hat ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto nach pula gebraucht. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und es wurde sich um diesen täglich gekümmert. Allgemein wurde sich um die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Unterkunft gekümmert.

Der einzig zu bemängelnder Punkt war\ist der Wasserdruck beim Duschen

Würde ihr weiter empfehlen

Wirkt wie ein Hotel. Schöne Zimmer mit Terrasse. Bad schön und große Dusche. Sogar ein kleiner mini Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Haus ansicht ist sehr schon modern. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche im Garten. Der Pool ist Top. Sehr breit, hat Massagedrüsen und ist für klein und groß perfekt (1,3m tief). Es sind Liegen zur Verfügung mit extra Schaustoff für Bequemlichkeit. Es gibt genug Parkplätze die teilweise auch im Schatten sind. 2 min zu Fuß befindet sich eine Bäckerei und das Meer ist zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Aktivitäten für den Abend sind sehr schnell zu erreichen z.b Medulin und Pula . Alles in einem sehr schön und gut

Einzige Mangel wäre, dass die Wände sehr dünn sind und man teilweise Schritte und Bewegungen hört

Okolina je lijepa kao i dvorište objekta, ali nebi ponovno rezervirala u ovom objektu

Krevet udoban i čist. Bazen čist, topla voda u bazenu.

Kada smo stigli u na javljeno vrijeme nismo mogli ući bilo je zaključano. Zvali na broj za kontakt objekta i rekli da će odmah otvoriti. Čekali smo više od 10 min na suncu ispred vrata dok nisu otvorili. Osoblje priča na engleski i samo govore sorry i sliježu ramenima kad nešto pitate na hrvatski, a navedeno je da u objektu pričaju na hrvatski. Tv u sobi je neispravan, obratili smo osoblju nisu nam ništa pomogli. Zvali ponovno na broj za kontakt obećali odmah doći, ali nigdje nikoga. 3 dana bili bez tv-a. Razočarani uslugom. Udaljenost od plaže je 1 km, a ne 100m kako piše u opisu. Zidove treba prebojati,a kupaonicu treba temeljito očistiti. Fuge prljave, a na staklu mrlje od vode i kamenca.

Heel fijn zwembad en ligging op loopafstand van de zee. Erg rustige authentieke omgeving

- het uitstekende wifi netwerk beneden maar niet in het appartement op de tweede verdieping. - gezamenlijke buitenkeuken werd goed schoongehouden maar door grote groep in andere appartementen een beetje ongemakkelijk

Czysty apartament, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, mała spokojna miejscowość, z ładną plażą. Dobra lokalizacja na wypad rowerami do Medulin lub na przylądek Kamenjak. Piekarnia/cukiernia w pobliżu z dobrymi lodami

dość daleko do marketu, dlatego warto mieć auto lub rower ;)

It’s ok but wouldn’t go stay there again

Location was ok with a car

Room was ok and you get what you pay for. Was clean on arrival. Parking spaces were full a couple of nights so had to park across the street and not within the grounds of the house. Apparently three local families live on the 1st floor. Very poor WiFi in Room 1…had to use mobile data. No cleaning of the room for the days we stayed there but I suppose that is normal as it’s not a hotel.

The room was huge, so the bed. Very clean and well maintained. Location excellent. 10 minutes to beaches and City of Pula. It has a huge and nice pool so you can chill all day, also an open kitchen which I found very convenient. Has parking inside so you don’t have to worry about car’s safety! Definitely would recommend!

Quite, nice and clean place, but not very kind personal

Quiet place, swimming pool, common big kitchen under roof near swimming pool and also mini kitchenette on the balcony. It was very relaxing. Most of all because of peaceful vibes.

The personal was not so nice except one man. When we came, one young lady didn't talk to us, just gave us the keys. When we left, one older lady didn't say nothing, not even goodbye.

Tolles Pool, toller Aussenbereich mit Outdoor-Küche, gesicherter Parkplätze im Hof, saubere Zimmer. Hausherr spricht gut deutsch.

Die Lage ist jetzt nicht vielleicht nicht ganz ideal - hängt natürlich ab was man macht. Für uns war es kein Problem, da wir täglich mit dem Motorrad unterwegs waren.

Ein schönes kleines Zimmer. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten hinterm Haus. Gepflegter Pool.

Aus der Gemeinschaftsküche verschwinden mehrfach Dinge aus dem Kühlschrank. Es werden Dinge einfach aus dem Gefrierfach in den Kühlschrank gelegt etc. Das Haus ist leider doch sehr hellhörig, man hört jede Bewegung andere Gäste.

Camera e bagno spaziosi il giusto, ampio balcone, zona comune con piscina e cucina a vista sono un'ottima idea. Mare stupendo a poche centinaia di metri

Al di là di alcune pecche minori nella pulizia della camera, la cucina andrebbe curata di più. Intanto dal rubinetto scorre solo acqua fredda, poi la lavastoviglie era piena di stoviglie incrostate da giorni e anche le suppellettili a disposizione nei pensili non erano molto pulite. La terremo in considerazione per soggiorni futuri, ma queste piccole cose andrebbero migliorate.

Airco and shower were great. Nice to have a pool, somewhat small for the size of the hotel. Check in was a hassle. We should have called.

Camera ultimo piano con vista sulla piscina meravigliosa...una pace spettacolare, parcheggio interno coperto,doccia nuova come tutta la struttura, terrazzino spazioso ,clima . Ciò che nel frigo non ci sta tipo i ghiaccetti della borsa frigo si possono mettere nel frigo nella cucina bar a bordo piscina di uso comune..

Mancano prese di corrente...o lasciavo accesa la luce del comodino o caricavo il cellulare...bastava una ciabatta da 15 euro...le lenzuola avevano qualche macchia...non sono un tipo schizzinoso e non ho detto nulla ma anche la pulizia della camera andava fatta meglio..tipo angoli della doccia..o dietro la cerniera del water... Il wifi è lentissimo...x fare funzionare il mio PC ho dovuto fare hotspot con il mio cellulare...la TV ha Netflix e prime ma non è possibile collegarsi x la linea lenta... I cuscini sono morbidissimi... troppo,ma me ne hanno fornito due..magari avere uno morbido uno più rigido accontenti tutti con poca spesa.. Cuscini sdraio bordo piscina comodissimi ma tutti macchiati...forse se erano di un colore scuro non si vedevano tanto le macchie.. VOGLIO ESSERE CHIARO...LE MIE SONO SOLO CRITICHE COSTRUTTIVE X MIGLIORARE UNA COSA CHE È GIÀ OTTIMA MA POTREBBE ESSERE PERFETTA

Nella prenotazione si parlava di piscina esclusiva mentre era in condivisione con altri. L’aria condizionata non era in tutti locali. Struttura danneggiata (lavandini sempre intasati se si usa lavatrice) e finiture scarse. Parcheggio piccolo. Piscina e spazi comuni piccoli considerati la capacità della struttura.

The accommodation is amazing, I don’t have any complaints besides the shower being cold. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Croatian. The swimming pool is very fun and they have a lovely shared kitchen that you can use if you have food. Oh yes, they have kettle for coffee lovers.

A pool and quite spacious balcony with window blinds. There was a free parking on the property behind a locked gate. Cool solution with a modern outdoor kitchen, well-equipped kitchen, for example tv, two types of grill, but missing cutlery, plates and so on.

A stay of several days and no one cleaned room and no towels were brought. No contact with the managing person regarding the stay, for example to order cleaning. In the corridor there is a washing machine that is not connected. Total no hangers in the bathroom. Cruelly smelly bathroom.

Superb

The room is modern and very clean. The pool is also extremely clean and relaxing and is a highlight of the stay. We didn't get a chance to use the kitchen, but I loved the idea of the outdoor kitchen available for use by all of the guests. There is a fridge in the room. Parking was available in a gated area. Location was good with an easy drive into Pula or down the coast to great beaches.

Communication with the host was not great. We did book the same day, so they probably didn't have time to send written directions. We had to call when we arrived for instructions on how to get in. There was no one on site and the phone connection wasn't great so there was some confusion on finding our room. There is a key to get in and out of the gate, but you leave your keys in the door at check out, so if someone locks the gate you can't get out. I had to borrow a key from another guest, who happened to be at the pool, to get out when we were leaving.

Nice big building with a great pool

The room was spacious, the bed and bathroom are fine. The pool is very nice, with a lot of sunbeds. The outside kitchen is also really nice. There is a lot of parking space behind the building.

The airconditioning didn’t work properly the first day, but the owner did fix it on the second day. The room and bathroom are very bare, there is nothing on the walls and no shelves for the bathroom. The balcony of the room we had was on the ground floor looking at the parking, so we didn’t use it.
