A clean fun family getaway.

Mostly Everything was great except a couple of things… The staff were super friendly (even when my youngest accidentally broke the decor from the table) One night for dinner it was soo full (our last night) we got sent back to the lobby to wait (they said about 30mins) BUT they came back to get us within 5mins that they had a table ready for us.

The games/playrooms were closed ( apparently they are only open till the end of September). The loo in the room didn’t flush well. Other than that all good.

Nice location, easy access to the sea and the city. Nice and friendly staff.

The beach and the city near by. The salad bar.

Mosquitoes at the entertainment terrace as well as the rooms. Then, some of the food was tasteless, missing salt in the pastries and pasta. Most of all, the loud music after the tennis games. There can be a party behind the closed doors, not everyone needs to know how much fun the tennis players are having. People come to relax not to have sleepless night because of tennis.

Very good location and sea

The reception staff were very nice and kind. They answered all our questions and were always ready to help. The free SPA access was also a great bonus and very enjoyable.

The hotel policy prohibits having a kettle and cups in the room, which seemed quite strange and inconvenient. As for breakfast, the omelet cooked in front of you on the pan was always burnt, so you ended up with an omelet that had a taste of charcoal. Also, finding black tea was a challenge — you had to search different stations and hope it hadn’t already run out.

Regardless of various inconveniences I had during my stay I would recommend this hotel. Though I don't think it needs guests' appreciation considering it is almost fully booked by the end of September. There were many things I liked about it: spacious rooms, easy access to the beach, well-cared park attached to the hotel. We had a sea view room facing hotel terrace and stage facility. In the evening we have enjoyed good food and good music. I enjoyed hotel design, there was great spa (sauna and jacuzzi are included), gym, fast lift, professional stuff.

There are also some things i had problems with: 1. Furniture leaves much to be desired. Both our twin bed and a sofa for a child needed to be repaired. In the bed there was one lammel absent and the other broken. Every time my daughter turned in her sleep the sofa produced such a noise that I woke up. 2. Hotel timing policy. It is super demanding. 20 min. before the end of the breakfast or dinner you were unable to get a cup of coffee or any drink available because the staff has already took everything away from the displays. The same with the check out - the housekeeping lady rushed into our room 15 min to 10 and without saying hello rudely reminded us the check out time. Luckily We had our bags ready though there was unpleasant feeling of being kicked out. 3 The beach and sea entrance near the hotel is extremely rocky. So you need a pair of swimming shoes or go to the overcrowded public beach where sunbeds cost 6 EUR. 4. Local aquapark area with the slides. It is open from 10.00to 18.00. When sun is in the full power heating kids heads. Why not to open it earlier, then make a lunch break and work an hour longer? Another problem is that there is only one small pool for parents watching their kids and it looks like a bowl of soup full of fish in the peak hours. There isn't even space to swim, so you just walk by other parents... 5. We couldn't properly flush the toilet. There was very slow water flow. I don't know why.

Good location, nice spa area and swimming pools.

The breakfast and the dinner seasons are extremely overcrowded. Based on the timetable the dinner is between 6-9 pm, however from 8 pm the waiters are starting to bring back the foods and prepare for the closing, you have the feeling that you need to leave as soon as possible.

The room, very comfortable bed and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is great.

The only thing that was not at all satisfactory was the food that was served as part of the half board in the evening. It was tasteless and dry.

great stay

we stayed here for the UTMB Istria 100, hotel had organized transafer to the race. There was dinner provided all night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and clean. all in all great stay

we wanted to usa the Wellness area after race. unfortunatelly it closes every day at 20:00. That was a bit disappointing, not a big deal

A visit during Istria ultra trail event

The people at the reception were doing their very best to be as helpful as possible. And I did have some strange requests(like would you give me a waste bag no less than 60liters now 'cause I forgot to buy one). Or a lovely lunch box they gave me 'cause I had to check out at 2AM. The location was great for me - seems like the hotel has connections with the trail run organisation and there was a shuttle every 30 minutes to the trail start location.

Noise!! This is what basically ruined the stay. Evey night I had to sleep with earbuds. I probably had some noisy neighbors and, combined with poor hotel noise isolation, it created these conditions. I complained of course, but it wasn't helpful. I didn't receive coffee during the check out at 2am. I do understand it's not a required facility, but it would have been really helpful.

hotel for the masses

Free room upgrade thanks to my Genius level... Wide variety of food offered and free drinks with dinner.

Be aware you will not get what you were offered. We reserved our stay at this hotel because we came with kids and there was plenty of children stuff advertised, including an outside mini aquapark and a playground. However, everything was closed despite the very warm and sunny weather (almost 30C). Also hotel canceled all inside children amenities (second half of September). Also, when you advertise a wellness, guest expects to use it everyday, not that you have to reserve it and maybe get the appointment in 2-3 days and maybe not at all. Restaurant offers a really reach pallet of food of all sorts but nothing is especially tasty. Also there is a complete chaos around serving tables and you have to fight to get the place to sit because in compare to number of people there are very few tables where you can settle. You will likely feel you are in some factory canteen rather than a hotel restaurant. Free drinks (wine and beer) is a plus. Rooms are ok, but you can see a signs of heavy abuse during the summer days.

Great family vacation!

We selected premium room with a seaside view. It was just perfect ... Until we heard how much ATP Umag was loud at night. There was something wrong with the insulation on the windows, or something. The staff was very understanding and they had arranged a new room (parkside view) within an hour. After that we slept like babies. Everything else was perfect. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly and they loved to help (had some great conversations with the cleaning staff, staff at the bar and at the reception). It was a great family vacation. Front sea and beach are pleasant. pools was very good. Also the entertainment for children is ok.

The rooms are quite small, the beds uncomfortable, the AC broke 2 times. The buffet is varied but the quality of the products is very poor. Quality is not adequate for the price

Great location and great facilities, the pool, the spa, the mini aqua park for children, entertainment every night. Food was ok as well as the staff most of the time.

City center a little bit far for those with small children ,at least not in walking distance. It could been nice if the hotel provide some free tickets to the tourist train that took us to town center because is quite expensive. Other hotels in the area have this service.
