Hotel gut, Lage gut Personal freundlich Essen gut

Schülergruppen im Hotel. Am Abend bzw in der Nacht sehr viel Wirbel durch die Kinder.Im Speisesaal liefen die Kinder kreuz und quer. Dadurch wird der Erholungsfaktor sehr reduziert.

Gut organisiertes Haus. Selbst bei kleinen Unstimmigkeiten, wie z.B. ein wackliges Fernsehkabel wurden umgehend behoben. Sehr bequeme Betten. Speisen von guter Qualität. Neben den üblichen Kaffeeautomaten gab es auch immer frisch gebrühten Filterkaffee.

Duschen mit Einstieg in eine Badewanne war ziemlich eng, kleiner Spritzschutz.

Tolles Hotel für einen Urlaub mit Kind

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Man ist direkt am Strand. Der neue kinderclub ist phantastisch, die fotos werden ihm nicht gerecht, ganz tolle wasserrutschen, nicht nur für die ganz kleinen. Frühstück und Abendessen hatten genug Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Das Personal ist von der Rezeption bis zu den Reinigungsleuten super freundlich.

Das dritte Bett/ Schlafcouch war eine Katastrophe. Wäre unser Sohn nicht noch so winzig, hätte er dort nicht schlafen können.

Wir hatten Halbpension, das Essen wurde dem Hotel (4Stern) gerecht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in der gesamten Anlage. Wunderschöner Strand.

Frühstück war gut, Man ist zufuß 30min in Umag Stadt

Es sieht aufjedenfall nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos, schimmel beim Swimmingpool innen an den Decken, Zimmer nicht sauber (Fenster war voller Fett) Personal mäßig Freundlich, Abendessen schlechte Qualität, gehört einfach alles Renoviert.

The beach and the city near by. The salad bar.

Mosquitoes at the entertainment terrace as well as the rooms. Then, some of the food was tasteless, missing salt in the pastries and pasta. Most of all, the loud music after the tennis games. There can be a party behind the closed doors, not everyone needs to know how much fun the tennis players are having. People come to relax not to have sleepless night because of tennis.

Die Lage war in Ordnung.

Rezeption… sehr unfreundlich! Nachdem Gepäck im Gepäckraum abgestellt werden konnte, mussten wir dann beim Check in leider 30 Minuten darauf warten, dass uns der Raum aufgesperrt wurde und wir zu unserem Gepäck kamen! Noch dazu war der junge Rezeptionist sehr unfreundlich! Preis/Leistung passte auch nicht.

Very good location and sea

The reception staff were very nice and kind. They answered all our questions and were always ready to help. The free SPA access was also a great bonus and very enjoyable.

The hotel policy prohibits having a kettle and cups in the room, which seemed quite strange and inconvenient. As for breakfast, the omelet cooked in front of you on the pan was always burnt, so you ended up with an omelet that had a taste of charcoal. Also, finding black tea was a challenge — you had to search different stations and hope it hadn’t already run out.

Regardless of various inconveniences I had during my stay I would recommend this hotel. Though I don't think it needs guests' appreciation considering it is almost fully booked by the end of September. There were many things I liked about it: spacious rooms, easy access to the beach, well-cared park attached to the hotel. We had a sea view room facing hotel terrace and stage facility. In the evening we have enjoyed good food and good music. I enjoyed hotel design, there was great spa (sauna and jacuzzi are included), gym, fast lift, professional stuff.

There are also some things i had problems with: 1. Furniture leaves much to be desired. Both our twin bed and a sofa for a child needed to be repaired. In the bed there was one lammel absent and the other broken. Every time my daughter turned in her sleep the sofa produced such a noise that I woke up. 2. Hotel timing policy. It is super demanding. 20 min. before the end of the breakfast or dinner you were unable to get a cup of coffee or any drink available because the staff has already took everything away from the displays. The same with the check out - the housekeeping lady rushed into our room 15 min to 10 and without saying hello rudely reminded us the check out time. Luckily We had our bags ready though there was unpleasant feeling of being kicked out. 3 The beach and sea entrance near the hotel is extremely rocky. So you need a pair of swimming shoes or go to the overcrowded public beach where sunbeds cost 6 EUR. 4. Local aquapark area with the slides. It is open from 10.00to 18.00. When sun is in the full power heating kids heads. Why not to open it earlier, then make a lunch break and work an hour longer? Another problem is that there is only one small pool for parents watching their kids and it looks like a bowl of soup full of fish in the peak hours. There isn't even space to swim, so you just walk by other parents... 5. We couldn't properly flush the toilet. There was very slow water flow. I don't know why.

War jetzt zum 4ten mal hier bis vor 3Jahren,aber jetzt dann nicht mehr,ist zu 80% ein Kinderhotel geworden,Massenabfertigung am Buffet mit ausschließlich TK und Billigware! Schade wie sich die Gäste da aufführen!!! Auch zum Großteil keine Kindererziehung die Generation Z!(Ellbogengesellschaft!) Am Gang sehr lautes Reden und zuknallen der Türen,also sehr hellhöriges Hotel! Am Zimmer Alles beim Alten(sehr abgenutzt!) Sanitärbereich,kaputte Duscharmaturen,im Waschbecken Verletzungsgefahr abgebrochener Abfluss,WC wackelt als Ganze,… Am Strand keine Liegenauflagen. Bei Bestehenden Liegen und Schirmen am Nachmittag,da Keine Kontrolle gemacht wird ob wer vom Hotel oder Fremde(Einheimische)die benutzen,die sehr frech oft dann einfach die Schirme und Liegen nehmen…wird ja nicht Kontrolliert!

Das beim Essen ein enormer Lärmpegel herrschte und draussen auf der Terrasse weder beim Frühstück noch Abendessen nie einen Platz gab. Muss hinzufügen das manche Personen null Anstand haben gegenüber Lebensmitteln und dem Servicepersonal wundert mich nicht im geringsten das keiner mehr in der Gastronomie arbeiten möchte.

Personal Note 1sehr freundlich Zimmer Note 2 bequeme Betten und groß genug, aber bissel in die Jahre gekommen z.b. das Bad Lage Note 1 super Lage mal gerade 50Meter zum Meer

Essen Note 4 sehr umfangreich aber leider war das Essen meistens kalt und geschmacklos ... und die Dessert sind nicht ausreichend gekühlt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt muss ich mal mit den Küchenchef reden um ihn paar Tipps geben.

Bis auf den Stress beim Abendessen war es für uns ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Super Lage direkt am Meer.

Abendessen um 18.30 Uhr vorher in der Schlange warten, dann wieder Schlange stehen um Essen am Buffet zu bekommen. Wenn man später kommt, bekommt man keinen Tisch und die Buffet-Schlange ist endlos. Die Busgruppen hatten reservierte Fensterplätze!!! Der Lärm bei den vielen Gästen natürlich sehr extrem. Der Saft morgens ist nur gefärbtes Zuckerwasser, besser man lässt es weg.

Die Lage am Meer und man kann um 4€ einen Bummelzug in die Stadt nehmen. Die Preise an der Bar sind in Ordnung.

Es ist alles ein bißchen veraltet bzw. Nicht mehr Zeit gemäß. Wir hatten nur Frühstück ,Speisesaal extrem laut und ein Chaos. Speisen ok, aber für 4 Sterne hätten wir uns mehr erwartet ein bißchen Kantinen Atmosphäre.

Ovaj hotel nema veze sa 4 zvjezdice. Sobe stare, kupaonica mala. Na wc se doslovno ne moze sjesti ako ste visi od 185 cm. Tuš je mali i ako ste malo viši tuširanje je prava avantura. Hrana na doručku prosječna, kava katastrofalna.

Die Zimmer waren von der Größe her angemessen, allerdings nicht mehr auf den neuesten Stand. Essen war sehr gut und die Strandnähe war auch Top.
