Smokers paradise

The cleanliness was otherwise okay

1. The owner prioritizes smokers. Ashtrays at every step and on every corner. On the balcony below my apartment, on the ground floor, in the apartment on the right guests were constantly smoking at nicest hours - at evenings, mornings ... I was constantly forced to close the balcony door because of the cigarette smell. I complained to the owner and she just said: there's nothing I can do. 2. Very poor soundproofing, you could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring apartment. 3. Very old and non-functional furniture.

It was clean and the pool is nice. The aircon works well and parking is free.

one of the beds was so awfully creaking that i could barely sleep, also the shower rug sucks up water so easily you cant step on it after you make it wet one time.

this was an amazing holiday

the pool, the location and the owner are the best. you have everything you need, bbq, kitchen, refrigerator on the room, balcony… we also did a great boot tour, organised by the owner. the beach is on walking distance and there is a also enough parking space. visit ‘Uvala kala’ for a nice beach bay experience, 16 minut drive.

next time we will take the double room with our own kitchen

It's nice to hangout by the pool.

The room at the last floor was a bit small, so was the bathroom. We were woken up by people cleaning and vacuuming.

Great pool in Medulin

Great pool (!!!), nice outdoor kitchen and benches/tables to use if you don't stay in an equipped apartment. Everything was clean. 5-10 min walking to the center. Close car ride to many beautiful beaches. Air condition in the rooms that we could use for free. Owner and staff were really friendly! Definitely recommend to stay here if you're in Medulin.

Beds were quite old and uncomfortable, and should be renewed. Walls and doors are thin and rooms so closeby, you can hear your neighbour whispering... Information about check in at different address was confusing.

Pleasant stay in Medulin

Outstanding pool with outdoor patio and gas grill. Hosts are very pleasant and happy to help with any issues. Apartment is situated in quiet part of Medulin - good location for people who don't want to live in centre.

Room without kitchen or any kitchen accessories - you need to visit common kitchen by the pool to get some tea or coffee.

Dass sie so nahe an der stadt ist. Jeder ist sehr freundlich und der pool ist super sauber. Es gibf klima und die Balkone sind mega schön:)

Sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.Ines und Ivan erfüllen alle Erwartungen und Wünsche ihrer Gäste. Die Unterkunft wird von jahrelangen Stammgästen genutzt , die allesamt freundlich und angenehm waren und die besondere Atmosphäre und Qualität der Unterkunft und Gastgeber sehr zu schätzen wissen. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum entspannten und verweilen am sauberen Pool ein. Die Appartements verfügen über eine eigene Küche. Für Gäste mit Zimmer Buchung steht eine voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche im EG zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber bieten einen besonderen Service an, frischgezapftes Bier 🍻 gegen eine geringe Gebühr bereitzustellen. In der Hauptsaison laden die Gastgeber 1 regelmäßig ihre Gäste zu einem Grillabend mit frischen Fisch und cevapcici ein. Als langjährige Kroatien Reisende kann ich Ines und Ivan als absolute Spitzen Gastgeber bezeichnen, sowohl von der Qualität der Unterkunft, als auch vom Preis Leistungsniveau. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist sicher .

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja.Super basen.Sympatyczni właściciele.Obok basenu można sobie nalać zimne piwo z kranu.po 1,5 EURO. za kufelek.W kuchni sprzęt do przygotowania posiłków.Do morza 15 minut spacerkiem.Po drodze mnóstwo knajpek z jedzeniem.Będziemy polecać Monika&Mariusz

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój rok wcześniej gdzie na zdjęciu widać wejście na balkon.Niestety nasz pokój nie miał tego balkonu.Gospodarz odpowiedział że zdjęcie można dać jakie sie chce.

Casa molto bella, ristrutturata, molto curata e pulita, equipaggiata molto bene soprattutto per noi che abbiamo anche una bimba di 8 mesi! Comoda la piscina sotto l'appartamento! Peccato non ci fosse il microonde in appartamento ma solo nella cucina comune. Confermo la spina della birra 🍺nella cucina comune molto economica!

Da migliorare cuscini e materassi ma in Croazia si usano così credo. Visto che ovunque siamo stati questo è lo stile.
