• alles neu und hochmodern
• auch das Haus sehr neu und hochwertig gebaut ( inkl. Dämmung)
• das Appartement war zwar klein aber völlig ausreichend für Fam. mit 2 Kids
• ab alles wurde gedacht, es ist alles vorhanden im Apartment
• die Lage ist sehr gut, in 1 Minute am Meer, in 5-10 min ist man an der Hauptpromenande. Das ist gut, denn die Promenade ist eher laut und da muss man als Familie nicht unbedingt wohnen
• Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich
• 2 sehr hochwertige und leise Klimaanlagen ( Mitsubishi)
• ein Rolladen ließ sich nicht öffnen, was wir als störend empfunden haben, denn es verdunkelte das Zimmer! Als Antwort erhielten wir das es Absicht wäre, als Schutz damit das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden kann u somit kein Kind raus fallen kann ( dafür gibts aber für solche Zwecke abschließbare Fenstergriffe !)
• der Balkon ging über Eck, und da sah und hört man die Haupt-Straße ( 6 Meter entfernt) - recht laut mit den ganzen Mofas, Motorräder und Autos.
• auch die Tankstelle die direkt dran war, war unvorteilhaft ( laute Motorräder teilweise).
• Markise fehlt, wir haben allerdings einen Sonnenschirm auf Anfrage erhalten
• der Ausblick vom Balkon ist nicht ganz so schön ( auf ein Basketball Feld / Parkplatz , Hauptstraße, teilweise aber auch etwas grün)
• der in der Beschreibung angegebene nahe liegende Strand ist nicht vorhanden ( es gibt in der Nähe, 5 min zu Fuß, ein Naturschutzgebiet- da kann man auch ins Wasser gehen, aber es nicht wirklich ein klassischer Strand ). Der richtige Stand ist ca 8-10 min entfernt / ca. 1km, was für uns aber OK war.
• WLAN: das ist leider nicht gut. In der kleinen
Wohnung schon innen drin nicht immer gut und auf dem Balkon ging es dann leider gar nicht.
• Übergabe / Kaution:
Vermieterin sehr akribisch. Ich empfehle vorher Fotos zu machen von den Sachen die nicht funktionieren und direkt zu beanstanden damit man später keine Diskussionen hat bei der Übergabe ( Beanstandungen bei uns: Wasserhahn in der Küche nicht fest, Rolladen, Sprechanlage nicht fest, Wasserhahn Boiler im Bad tropfte, oberes TürSchloss defekt, beide Lampen Balkon gehen nicht)

Room is well equipped, comfortable and new, sheets and towels are provided, air condition is great, balcony with a nice port view. Close to the city centre, stores nearby and close to the beach. Parking on premises.
Kitchen is equipped only to make coffee for breakfast and that's pretty much it, but I think the rooms are not meant to be cooking friendly as you don't have a table to eat on anyway (apart the one on balcony). Also, arriving by car, be careful for the big step between road and sidewalk, lower cars may scratch its bottom if not careful, but as I've seen, this is the problem for all of the buildings in Medulin.

1. I liked the apartment itself, it is new, comfortable, nice, and clean. I loved mainly the bathroom. The kitchen is good , well equipped, though it is small and when you wash the dishes, the others can hardly listen to the tv. But it is not that much disturbing.
2. Location (beside the noisy road) is also good , 10 mins from the beach, 2-5 mins from the small konzum and the bus stop to Pula.
3. Parking area was also ok for us.
4. Air condition in both room.
5. A lot of good restaurants just for a few minutes walk from the apartment.
1. WiFi was not available inside the apartman, only outside in the corridor, in front of the door. 2. There were no sign downstaiirs which ring belongs to which apartman, so it happened 2 nights that somebody, probably one of our neighbours, rang our bell in the middle of the night. I didn't like when this loud sound waked me up.
3. Next to the building, there is quite a big traffic on the road, night and day, but fortunately the good windows kept the noise outside.
