Essential and cheap!

The position is very good. It has all the necessary services (air conditioning, fridge, private bathroom, internet connection). Goran was very nice, he speaks a good Italian.

Need some more attention on the cleaning, but is was not bad. Some very old stuff (external chairs cushions, bathroom rug) should be replaced and bed sheets had little stains. Nothing major anyway!

It is all about small things. A cups are clean, but it is sprung. The pot was not clean. Bathroom small and not clean

A lovely little apartment!

lovely little apartment. not sure if I would stay with 4 of us there again. would be more comfortable with perhaps 2. No air con in the bedroom so on really hot days I can imagine this may get a little warm. otherwise, really clean, ideal location. Goran was very helpful. Thank you!

Super Lage… alles nötige gleich um die Ecke. Das Apartment wahr wirklich sehr Sauber und toll Ausgestattet. Tolle Gastgeber, sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend… Können wir nur weiter empfehlen 👍

Harley Treffen in Medulin

Alles da was man benötigt. Sehr netter Vermieter. Man darf halt keine Luxusherberge erwarten. Für meine Zwecke völlig ausreichend . Hatte dort 3 Nächte während dem Harley Treffen gebucht. Der Hafen von Medulin ist Fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar

Zimmer in Top Lage !

Kleines Zimmer mit Bad in TOP Lage. 300m zur Hafenpromenade.

Leider viele Stechmücken im Zimmer da es nirgends Fliegengitter gibt. Kühlschrank im Zimmer mussten wir nachts ausschalten da er sehr laut war. Und noch einige kleinere Mängel.

Agréable pour un court séjour

Chambre S1 J’ai apprécié: L’accueil est chaleureux. L’immeuble se trouve à proximité du port et des restaurants faciles d’accès à pied env. 5 minutes. Situation tranquille. Parking privé pour moto mais pas fermé. Ce qui m’a déplu: Lit peu confortable, draps inadaptés, prises électriques fonctionnelles mais peu sécurisantes, chauffage par climatisation ( bruit la nuit).
