Pleasant

Location good. Half way from the town centre and the natural park. There were few problems with electricity during those days so not great. Clean ok. Walls are paper thin and last night we had some nosy neighbours. Yes we enjoyed but because we were out most of the time.

The apartment is well located, you can see the sea from the balcony. Beach and the supermarket are very close. Petfriendly.

The bed is uncomfortable. The room doors are difficult to close so all guests slammed the door, we woke up several times during the night for this noise. Due to the location of the house the room was hot, we could only sleep with air conditioning. The windows were dirty, the relux did not work properly, we could not make the room dark.

Great spot, close to everything

Good location, a few minutes walk to the town center. A few minutes drive to Kemanjak. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Room had a nice balcony where you could see the sea in the distance. Air con worked great. Adorable new litter of kittens by the entrance area.

Minor thing but the parking area is really rough with big uneven rocks. Would have been nice to have a small shampoo bottle.

Great place for a comfortable stay for smokers

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable with a firm bed. There is a balcony on which to eat breakfast with views between/over the surrounding houses to the sea.

Only problem was the pervading smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room - infused in soft furnishings - you couldn't escape it. The host smelled strongly of smoke.

Insgesamt war alles wunderbar – ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Positiv: Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles war sauber und schön. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, und es gab auch warmes Wasser. Die Lage ist direkt neben einem Supermarkt, verschiedenen Restaurants und nur 10–15 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Negativ: Das WLAN war sehr schlecht.

Tolle Woche

Das Zimmer oder besser gesagt die Wohning war sehr geräumig. Ich war nur alleine mit meinem Sohn aber auch als Paar mit 2 Kindern könnte man gut hier wohnen. Ich hatte im Urlaub noch nie eine Badewanne. Das war eine Willkommene Abwechslung.

Leider wenig Stauraum für Kleidung und kein Balkon, was im Sommer gut wäre zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern oder Adesachen oder dergleichen. Der Kühlschrank war zu warm, die Milch war nach 3 Tagen sauer. Die Brause spritzt in alle Richtungen. Mein Sohn hat beim ersten Mal das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Alles in Allem aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Consigliato!

Consiglierei un soggiorno in Villa Finera per la comodità degli spazi e la vicinanza alle spiagge! Inoltre si può raggiungere la cittadinanza di Medulin in soli 15 minuti di auto, per trascorrere qualche piacevole serata. Lenka è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile di fronte alle nostre richieste (nel suo ristorante sottostante inoltre si mangia bene, con ottimi prezzi)!

Posto discreto per passare qualche giorno in un parco stupendo

Posizione all'ingresso del Kamenjak National Park. La stanza era discreta dotata di bagno , aria condizionata e frighetto.. La sig.ra molto simpatica e disponibile mi ha permesso di chiudere la bici nel corridoio altrimenti mi rimaneva in strada

I mobili datati e un pochino rovinati Vetri della stanza molto sporchi Il letto c'era un coprimaterasso e il sacco per il piumone mancava sia federa che le lenzuola.

Vista marr

Posizione ottima vicino al supermercato, entrata parco Kamenjak e vicino al centro. Entrata indipendente al ristorante e accessibile dopo una rampa di scale. Dal terrazzo si può godere della vista del mare. Parcheggio auto riservato e comodo, staff molto gentile e cordiale.

Purtroppo avere il ristorante sotto la stanza non è il massimo in piena stagione per chi adora la tranquillità.
