Modern, clean hotel. Beautiful setting with lovely pools and area by the sea. Short 10 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and marina with stunning views. Beds very comfortable. Food at breakfast could be more varied ; especially fruit which often ran out. Omlette station is great. Lovely lady looking after customers in the bar later in the evening ( apologies for not knowing her name ).

Very disappointing. Booked superior sea view room (could hardly see the sea - was mostly a view of the wall) and the lighting was so poor that we had to use torch on phone to find things in suitcase. Arrived very late (had informed hotel in advance) and check-in took ages. Also, specifically booked a hotel with parking as a member of the party was disabled but car park was full. Then was told breakfast finished at 11am but checkout was at 10am! No-one offered to help us with the luggage. Breakfast was ok but very crowded. Huge queue at reception for checkout. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money.

To summarise - Unable to add another night to the booking via Hotels.com, had to cancel booking and rebook. This then made it more expensive as price had gone up. I was told by hotels.com that this was due to the hotels policy. Reception were unfriendly, I was told nothing about breakfast times or anything useful on arrival.Booked a double room - we arrived and there were two singles. The room was a superior room, not what you would describe as Superior. Safe didn't work. Air conditioning didn't work. Ordered room service, this was dealt with like it was a huge inconvenience and they were rude. Room service tray with dirty plates not removed from room when cleaned the next day. Oh and the best thing, they literally had 100's of children staying at the hotel for a nearby football tournament, the noise was something else. Not what you would hope for on a couple long weekend spa break.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and loved it. Excellent staff from hotel manager, front desk, the restaurant manager/staff, cleaning staff, all wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The hotel is too big for the parking capacity and for number of sunbeds. Aroung the pools at 9am already all beds are reserved as well as at the beach. Half of the Superior room is empty with one chairbed, propably prepared for the child beds, therefor the other half is overpacked. The desk fixed to the wall at the bed, no way to move it to the empty place. Some balcony has partialy shaded by a wall. Thats is really bad. And all balcony has a large useless desk on it, which is occupy the half of the balcony. There is no drying line at in a beach hotel... There is no self in the cabinet, ten hanger is definitely not enought...

Masks were suppose to be worn but barely anyone did. The staff wore masks on their chins. The shower in our room was not cleaned at all, our dirty towel ( visibility so) was folded and placed back as if it was fresh. Parking was ridiculous. It was super limited and they definitely can not accommodate 400 plus cars. Random people not guests of the hotel were parked everywhere. Breakfast was great but it was good. Dinner was good however you could tell the desserts we’re at least a day old or left out all day.

Very nice hotel, great location Decent pool area, even the hotel was close to full there we still place to be had around the pool Very good breakfast with great view from the terrace Only bad thing in the hotel were in the room, the bed is ultra soft so my back was hurting the last 2 days I was there, they really need to upgrade there beds But all in all I will stay there again

There’s everything to like about this hotel other than if you want a sun lounger around the pool you need to be early before other people put towels on them and go off

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful & pleasant, we were there in august which is very busy, only downside is if you want a sunbed near the pool there seems to be a rule that you have to get up at crack of dawn to reserve any beds you want by putting your towels over them. Maybe other times of the year is fine. Towels are provided by pool every day.

The hotel was just what I needed, on the the beach with a nice pool & a quiet room. It was packed with people & lots of screaming/playing kids. I slept in so I didn’t have the breakfast but it looked fine & something for everyone. I had a nice lunch in the poolside restaurant & the service was very pleasant.

Didnt like the fact it was too far out and you needed transport all the time if you wasnt half board to be able to get to restaurants- the hotel itself was good except no where to hang wet swimwear and not a single draw in the room

This is a good 4 star hotel. Rooms are pretty well equipped (without magnifying mirror) with coffee making facilities (a definite plus). They are kept very clean. Lifts are very efficient and quick. Breakfast is self-service. There are queues at machines for coffee the machines don’t produce coffee of good quality. There is loads of choice of food but it isn’t logically organised-the cereals I found on our penultimate day miles from yogurts and a long way from the delicious freshfruit including fresh apricots. We only had one evening meal at the hotel also buffet style. Not an experience I wanted to repeat though eating outside is lovely and the service is good. There are three pools, one indoors for serious lane swimming. Towels are provided but unfortunately ‘reserving’ your lounger is allowed. The bar/restaurant Lungomare serves very good and healthy food. Salads are excellent but vary in quality from day to day. It stops serving food at 7pm. The Wi-fi is variable in quality.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely room with a balcony facing the sea. Great breakfast in the morning but don’t be late as they start clearing away everything at about 9:50! Wonderful pool and beach and an easy walk to the Medulin harbour. I would recommend staying here and would go back.
