Pretty house

Good and quiet location, parking in front of the house. The bedroom is very small and it does not have its heater. The heating is not enough for entire studio, is not prepared for cold period. There is just an air conditioner located in open space.

Good

Well equiped kitchen, clean apartment, good air conditioning, terrace, location is calm but also close to the center/beach/port. Host was nice although didn't speak English but German only, we got a bottle of snaps when leaving.

Very unconfortable bed/mattress (too soft, being pregnant was hard to sleep on and had to use the sofa) lot of mosquitos, and not enough soap/toilett paper provided. These small things could be improved and make the guests' stay more convenient if more attention is taken.

The host Is really nice, She made for us some fried zucchini that tasted really good, It has been really a cuddle. Also very quet Place, instead of being 5 minutes foot from the center of Medulin. I Will recommend It to all my friends and if i Will return in Medulin certainly i'll come back there.

Superb

Nice garden with Lavender, Rosemary. Purple coneflower, Fig, Passion fruit, Jasmine, Bananas, etc. The owners are very nice and like to help.

Some technical problems with air conditioning (poor cooling) and electric cooker (fuse problems).

I proprietari sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento è molto grazioso e comodo per spostarsi a piedi.

Posizione ottima alle principali spiagge di Medulin. Zona tranquilla vicina a supermercati e forni. A piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali servizi. Parcheggio gratuito in strada. Appuntamento non grande, ma con tutto il necessario. Giardino esterno ben curato e grazioso.

Materasso troppo datato e troppo morbido. Guardaroba molto piccolo. Wi-Fi con segnale molto debole.

Bezaubernde Vermieter für eine tolle Unterkunft

Absolut hinreißende Unterkunft und tolle Vermieter! Die Terrasse zum Frühstück perfekt. Und das Auto hatte seinen eigenen sicheren Platz direkt vor der Terrasse und nicht an der Strasse. Fußläufig zur promenade 10 minuten und zu unzähligen Restaurants.

Très bel appartement dans charmante maison. Quartier très calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Couple de propriétaires très sympathiques et aux petits soins avec les vacanciers.

Lungo weekend a Medulin

Grazioso appartamentino con ingresso autonomo inserito nella corte/giardino della villetta padronale, pulitissimo, ben arredato ed accessoriato, con un delizioso patio sul giardino dove mangiare oltre ad altro tavolinetto esterno. Il letto ha materassi estremamente morbidi (forse lattice) a cui non siamo abituati, ma ci abbiamo comunque dormito benissimo. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare (10min a piedi) e con piccolo ma fornito supermercato a poca distanza.

La camera da letto è veramente molto piccola e con spazi per vestiti limitati, ma per 4/5giorni a noi è andata benissimo. Suggeriamo l'inserimento di un forno a microonde (per cucinare disponibile solo una piastra elettrica con 2 fuochi).

Consiglio la struttura per soggiornare in 2 persone per dei giorni

Appartamento vicino al centro e a pochi passi dal mare, molto coccolo per 2 persone, provvisto di tutti i confort. La zona è silenziosa e avevamo anche un'area relax all'esterno con del verde ben curato. La signora è gentilissima e cordiale e ci ha accolti molto bene oltre a farci una sorpresa a Pasqua (grazie molto gradito). I servizi sono stati ottimi (wi-fi, tv, acqua calda, piano cottura, frigorifero, lavatrice, zone market e posteggio auto), tutto al top.

La camera è poco funzionale, piccola e il letto è troppo morbido, ma nonostante tutto è coccola.

Würden wieder kommen!

Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht! Super Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum und an den Strand. verschiedene Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte sind ebenfalls gleich ums Eck.

Teilweise waren die Matratzen extrem durchgelegen, sehr dünne Wände und somit sehr hellhörige Räume.
