All you need for a low budget stay in Premantura

Location, privacy: we had our own tiny kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. The air condition was life saving. We could also use the terrace. The host is super nice and speaks English very well.

The space is really small, but manageable. I didn’t like the mosquitos but that’s all. For the price is all u need.

Not suitable for families.

Good location for town and national park. Owner helpful.

The property is more for backpackers than a family. The eating facilities are very poor, tiny fridge and 3 forks, 3. Knives and 3 spoons and plates and no kitchen sink, you have to wash cooking things in the small shared bathroom sink. The place is quite hard to find and although we expected parking we had to leave the car 100m away which means unloading everything in the very small room for 3 rather than just going to the car for the things you need.

Very Friendly host and very clean! The perfect place when you don't want to spent a lot of money!

One recommendation for the host: there was to much forniture for the small room. It would be better if there was one closet less.

- możliwość zabrania psa bez dodatkowych opłat - świetna lokalizacja, blisko na plażę i do parku - miły gospodarz - jeden kontakt przy łóżku, radzę zabrać swój przedłużacz - pobyt bardzo udany, w tej cenie nie ma co oczekiwać więcej 🙂 - bardzo wygodne łóżka - cały czas ciepła woda - w pokoju czajnik, płyta do gotowania, garnek i patelnia.

- ogromnym minusem jest to, że w pokoju wszystko słychać, nie wiem czy cienkie ściany i drzwi... Czy co... Ale radzę zabrać zatyczki do uszu w sezonie - brak zlewu w pokoju, trzeba myć naczynia w łazience co jest bardzo nie wygodne

L’emplacement est top Proche du parc Kamenjak et du centre de Premantura avec commodités Coin calme

Le propriétaire nous avait dit qu’il nous réserverait la place de parking et quand on est arrivé il nous a dit qu’elle était prise … il n’en a qu’une en fait et l’avait déjà donnée Sinon il faut se garer dans la ville si on trouve une place ( nous avons trouvé sur un parking et après sur un trottoir… pas loin) Nous avions deux chambres au deuxième sans ascenseur ;-) avec salle de bain à partager (wc dans la salle de bain) Nous sommes une famille de 4 alors ça va mais sinon ça peut être désagréable… Il y a une plaque et qq ustensiles de cuisine dans la chambre mais très limité Il faut cuisiner dans la chambre et faire la vaisselle dans le lavabo de la salle de bain (Pas de point d’eau dans la chambre ) vraiment pas adapté pour faire un repas, ok pour petit déjeuner Par contre j’ai cru voir qu’il louait aussi un appartement avec terrasse au rez de chaussée qui devait être bien mieux d’où la bonne note je pense de la location… car nous avons été très déçus ( pourtant en regardant à nouveau les photos on voit bien les deux chambres )

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

La struttura è in una posizione comodissima per visitare la riserva naturale di premantura, ma è anche comoda alla bellissima cittadina di pola, in zona c’è possibilità di parcheggiare, il proprietario è stato molto accogliente. Inoltre mi è piaciuto il buon rapporto qualità prezzo e la presenza di un condizionatore. Anche il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile a dar consigli.

Non l’ho trovata molto pulita…il frigo puzzava di alcool, negli angoli l’ho trovata un po’ sporca…e anche il bagno non era molto pulito, aspetto che sicuramente dipende anche da chi lo condivide però sarebbe da prestare una migliore attenzione e poi mancavano i prodotti da bagno.

Apartman na 2. katu kuće, malo tijesno za 3 osobe, za dvije OK. Zajednička kupaonica s još jednim apartmanom na istom katu, za nezahtjevne goste dobro. Toplo ali klima uređaj radi odlično.
