Almost perfect.

The Location was really great, i personally loved it. The only thing I have to mention the beds are kind of rock hard. But the rest was perfect.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in a very good location. Within a few minutes walk you can reach basically everything, shops, gas station, restaurants etc. The interior of the hotel is very pretty and the staff is nice. The bed was comfy and there was an AC in the room which was very useful. We also had a nice balcony. Breakfast was OK (but a bit repetitive and not so many choices).

There was no drying rack for the towels and our wet beach clothes to dry. The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbours screaming and talking. There was no hair conditioner provided only a 2-in-1 shower gel / shampoo. Parking area is very small and it was difficult to get out because the owner’s car often parked there blocking the way.

Nice family-run hotel, great location.

Nice family-run hotel in a great location in Medulin. Rocco is a very friendly host, joining guests every morning for breakfast. Limited parking inside the hotel gates, but plenty of extra parking directly across the road. Comfortable room with a nice little patio. Good airconditioning, good wifi. Short 5 minute walk to the lively marina area with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Included breakfast has a good variety and great fresh caffe latte.

Very nice stay in Medulin, near Pula. Great breakfast, very friendly staff and room. Swiming pool (it was cold, we did not use); best thing: parking included.

Wi-Fi did not work in our room, located in the last floor and in the back of the b&b, so a repeater would be needed as guests probably did not have signal (at least us).

We wanted to visit the Pula region and this was an excellent starting point for daytrips.

Very attentive service during breakfast, our host took time to talk to every guest, made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We had a very good sleep.. My wife loved the romantic balcony, perfect space to relax. We went to several fabulous sights, such as the Colosseum in Pula and the beautiful beaches of Kamenjak.

Perfect place to stay in Medulin.

Breakfast is amazing and the family running the business is really nice. Villa is located in the center of Medulin which is a good spot for visiting coast of Istria.

Internet connection in our room was not the best.

Mjesto je bilo super ,bazen, soba ok, itd no objasnit cu svoj problem uskoro

App Booking je javila da je prijava u 12:00 kada sam stigao u 12:05 mjesto je bilo zakljucano nazvao sam objekat i prvo mi se javila osoba koja kao da spava ili nesto objasnio sam da je soba u 12:00 no dobio sam odg : nije! u 13:00h je na sto sam rekao kako mi pise zatim sam pogledao da je nesto se promjenilo i pise "12:30" reko ok. pricekao sam i pored nas je bio par iz Italije kada je decko izasao s nekim stavom kao da sta ja tu dosao bio sam znao da ce ovo mozda samo na gore ostavio je Talijanski par na Vrucini da cekaju a nas uveo sto je bilo pomalo s moje strane ruzno u ulasku je mrmljao neke informacije no nisam ih upamtio zatim sam slusao inf. o dorucku i na to je doslovno izgovoreno " dorucak od 7 do 10 i onda gotovo! zvucalo je kao " izgubite se" ton zatim je reko a imamo cistu sobu sto je znacilo odmah da eto "imamo" kao da sam dobio za free otvorita su vrata u kojoj je za Par ( 2 muskarca) bio krevet sav u ruzicama , pink rucnik i pogled na zgradu iako sam platio vise sto je bitno trenutno jer soba je bila 136 eura za 1 noc zatim sam odmah reko s ruzicama? ...... nista na to vec je decko otisao dalje raditi sto vec radi kad smo se spustili odmah smo platili 4 eura ostalih troskova da bi moj partner pitao : ako nesto zatrebamo mozemo vas dobiti na broj? na sto je dobio odg : Što? on mu je ponovio 3 puta isto a on : Što? je bilo samo dodatak kreme samo cu reci da ostavljam pozitivne ocjene zbog Vlasnika koji je bio jako ugodan ,pristojan i zaista zna sto radi zao mi je da jedan lijepi objekat bude lose ocjenit zbog ponasa decka koji je eto ispade Sin vlasnika Tuzno bi bilo da jedan lijep posao propadne zbog lijenosti Sina jer mislim da netko mora platiti njegove majice Jordan . Pohvala na Tatu( vlasnika objekta) i samo zato ostavljam 4/5 ali da nije bilo Gospodina Vlasnika? bilo bi 1/5.

We have been with our baby and we stayed for one night. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and very comfrtable, the owner very frendly .Excellent breakfast . They have also a restorant with delicious food. The Vila is very close to the sea so you don't need a car. We highly recomended this Villa.

The hotel is located almost in the centre of Medulin. The room is nice and clean, the breakfast is ok. The pool on the roof is unique. Parking place is enabled nearby.

Cleaning on the day before our leaving would have been nice. The breakfast is the same every day, more variety would be great.

They serve great breakfasts it's pretty close to the beach and restaurants. The room is cleaned every day with a fresh towels.

The room will need some renewal, as it was easy to spot some of a small glitches, which could be annoying for someone. The WiFi could be also improved as it was pretty slow and was dropping the connection from time to time.

Nova nastanitev.

Zahtevali so, da prekinem rezervacijo mimo aplikacije booking.com, ker jim je počila cev in naju ne morejo nastaniti. Po polurnem čakanju in razlaganju situacije, ob tem pa sprejemajo nove goste, je receptor (z iskušnjami, tako sam pravi) sprejel dejstvo, da nas mora prebukirati. Od tu naprej je bilo vse OK. Želeli so nas prevarati.

Lage fast zentral, aber ruhig. Fußläufig Promenade und Strand gut erreichbar. Gute Restaurantauswahl in Medulin.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub wo eigentlich alles gepasst hat. Ich würde jederzeit hier wieder buchen.

Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück, sehr gut, hier wird der Kaffee (sehr gut) noch vom Chef persönlich zubereitet. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber, Ausstattung war normal, aber ein kleines Zimmer. Trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Lage fast direkt am Meer ist ein Traum und lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein.

Das Appartement ist modern und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Familie noch über ein Restaurant und das Essen war hervorragend. Die Entfernung zur Promenade ist zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Strände sind in in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat es sich hier gelohnt unseren Urlaub zu verbringen
