Prima uitvalsbasis voor het zuiden van Istrie

De villa is mooi en goed gelegen in het zuiden van Istria. Wat dat betreft een goede uitvalsbasis voor Pula en kaap Kamenjak. De eigenaar is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam met vanalles en de prijs van het hotel inc mooi groot zwembad is zeer schappelijk. Parkeren kon altijd op een veld voor de deur. Geschikt voor gezinnen en prima ontbijt met buffet en voldoende keuze aan verse producten. Vanaf de kamer en het balkon hadden wij mooi uitzicht.

We vonden de kamer wat basic, gedateerd en de badkamer was ook oud en kon wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Verder (en hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen) vonden wij zelf Medulin niet leuk, we hadden dit vooraf niet zo goed uitgezocht, maar het lijkt een beetje op de Spaanse Costa Brava met veel dronken jongeren en watersport, speeltoestellen in het water en het strand was ook niet mooi en veel te druk.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit poolblick reserviert und schauten in baufälliges Nebengebäude mit leeren Pool !! Der Kanal im Bad stank fürchterlich und es war sehr klein, Zimmer ist spartanisch eingerichtet !!! Es war laut und hellhörig,auserdem wurde oft bis um Mitternacht auf der Hauptterasse gefeiert und gelärmt.

Un hôtel chaleureux et charmant

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’hôtel de Natalija, avec son fils ils sont très accueillants et font tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, les serveuses sont très agréable et vous prépare des œufs à la demande. La piscine est très agréable, l’hôtel dispose d’un parking et les chambres d’un balcon. Vous êtes à environ 10-15min à pied de la plage de Medulin, ça se fait très bien et ça permet d’être au calme à l’hôtel.

Je voelt je er direct thuis

Super vriendelijke ontvangst zowel Natalija als haar zoon, je voelt er je gewoon thuis. Prachtige accommodatie en ligging, heerlijk rustig en goede uitval basis om op verkenning te gaan. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd op het terras gewoon zalig.

The pool in the property is great and well tended. The breakfast is very good. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The balcony is of a good size. Dogs are very welcome :)

Piękna willa, czyste pokoje, do dyspozycji dwa baseny, jeden z wodą chlorowaną, drugi z wodą słoną. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Piękna plaża w Puli oddalonej o 8 km. Cudowni, pomocni gospodarze.

Klasse Gastgeber!!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt als wären wir schon immer da gewesen und zur Familie gehören! Am Morgen erwartete uns täglich ein supertolles Frühstücks-Buffet das jeden Geschmack traf und die gesamte Frühstückszeit immer wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Bei Fragen und Anregungen haben Natalija und Manuel stets ein offenes Ohr! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden, wenn wir wieder in Medulin sind, mit Sicherheit hier zurückkehren!

Fühlt sich an, wie Urlaub bei Freund😃

Natalija und ihr Familie sind extrem hilfsbereite freundliche Leute, trifft man nicht mehr so oft. Der Pool ist perfekt, auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein sehr sauber. Unser Hunde Milo war sehr willkommen.

Leider ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, wir aber diese Woche noch repariert.

Total relaxation and wonderful service

This place is a true gem. We had planned to visit Pula, but decided we needed some rest and relaxation, so we chose a quieter spot nearby. This hotel was exactly what we needed, quiet, relaxed, and comfortable. It’s perfectly located near great restaurants and a small beach. The place is run by wonderful hosts who make everything effortless, from a delicious breakfast each morning to fridges stocked with ice-cold beer, wine, and soft drinks. You simply help yourself and jot down what you take, settling up at the end of your stay. As a bonus, we even got a lift to the airport to continue our journey. Pula is just a short Uber ride away. If you’re looking to recharge your batteries, this is the perfect place.

Bei Freunden :-)

Wir haben schon so manche Urlaubsreise unternommen. Aber so eine Gastfreundlichkeit haben wir bislang nirgends angetroffen. Das Haus und die Anlage sind stilvoll mit dem Blick auf's Detail angelegt. Man fühlte sich von der ersten Sekunde, als würde man zu Freunden fahren. Medulin ist wirklich noch sehr ursprünglich. Keine hässlichen 'Betonbunker' Größere Hotels hat man in die Randlage 'verbannt'. Schöner Yachthafen und gleich daneben ein großer Sandstrand. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)

Ein Ort, den man nicht mehr verlassen will

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen - mit einem Getränk aufs Haus und einer herzlichen Art, das sofort für Urlaubsstimmung sorgte. Man fühlt sich in der Villa direkt wie Zuhause. Natalija und Manuel sind unglaublich freundlich und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich rundum wohlfühlt und auch die Gäste miteinander gut ins Gespräch kommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass auf alle Wünsche und Fragen sofort und mit viel Herzlichkeit eingegangen wurde. Man merkt, dass allen das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war sauber, erfrischend kühl und es gab ausreichend Liegen zum Entspannen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, mit einem großen Balkon und toller Aussicht. Das Bett war bequem und die Ausstattung insgesamt sehr modern. Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Ausflügen sollte man immer nachgehen - wir waren absolut begeistert. Wir haben die Tage rundum genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder! -S&M

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern, auf einer Anhöhe gelegen, toller Blick. Garten wunderschön, Pool sauber, Zimmer völlig ausreichend für Badeurlaub, Frühstück alles vorhanden (Wurst, Käse, Eier, Marmelade, Obst, Joghurt). Lage nahe zum Zentrum.

Mooi zwembad maar heel kleine kamers

Het mooie zwembad in een mooie en netjes onderhouden tuin. Hartelijk ontvangst van de eigenares en zoon.

De kamer is te klein voor een koppel met een hondje. Het personeel in de ontbijt ruimte spreekt enkel croatisch dus onmogelijk om te communiceren . Dus een keuze maken voor een eitje was zeer moeilijk. Zelfs om naar het toilet te gaan, ging dat niet . Bij afwezigheid van de eigenaars is de receptie gesloten en dus onmogelijk om naar toilet te gaan. Het ontbijt is basic.

BELLISSIMA VILLETTA E STAFF SUPER

Bellissima villetta, a 10 minuti di camminata da Medolino. Il giardino è super curato e la piscina molto bella. C'è la possibilità di avere la colazione con maggiorazione di prezzo. La cosa migliore sono i proprietari: Natalija e il figlio sono due persone di cuore, ti fanno sentire come a casa, Sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliato!!

Sfortunatamente, non ci sono le tende nelle camere.. pertanto se occorre avere un pò di privacy durante il giorno.. occorre per forza aprire e chiudere il rolet

Das Haus lebt von der Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin

Freundlicher Empfang mit Krapfen, Gastgeberin und Personal sind hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Frühstück gibt es auf der überdachten Terrasse, die nach Westen (Richtung Meer) ausgerichtet ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz gibt es direkt am Haus, das WLAN funktioniert. Den kleinen Pool haben wir nicht benutzt. Unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon auf die Südseite. Das Haus ist ein wenig hellhörig, aber Ende September war im Haus nicht mehr so viel los. Zimmer und Bad sind nicht sehr geräumig, aber wir verbrachten die Tage sowieso mit den Fahrrädern an den Stränden, und nicht im Zimmer. Ruhige Lage oberhalb von Medulin, etwa 900 Meter nordostwärts vom Hafen, abseits des Trubels. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants am Meer (danke für die hilfreichen Tipps), die zu Fuß leicht erreichbar sind. Es gibt keine Sprachbarrieren, die Gastgeberin mit ihren Wurzeln in Medulin war lange in Österreich. Das Haus lebt von ihrer Freundlichkeit. Die neue Zufahrtsstraße ist navi-mäßig noch nicht erfasst (nach dem Lidl dritte Ausfahrt im Kreisverkehr und dann die Gerade begauf).

Da kann die Gastgeberin nichts dafür ... aber in den Nächten bellten die Hunde des südseitigen Nachbarn ziemlich arg.

The owner of the villa is extremely kind and pleasant. my partner and I were late for breakfast, but she still asked us if we would like to have breakfast and prepared breakfast for us - it was excellent.
