Sehr zu empfehlen für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub.

Ein schönes Hotel mit 2 ganz tollen Gastgebern. Die beiden Jungs waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben sich ganz liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Eine ruhige, kleine Erwachsenenunterkunft in der man so richtig entspannen kann.

Ein im Zimmerpreis inkludiertes Frühstücksangebot sollte es geben.

Momo und Mateo sind ein tolles Team, die Ihren Job wirklich verstehen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön (Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Pool, etc.) Das absolute Highlight waren aber die Mitarbeiter Momo und Mateo, die einen außergewöhnlichen Service geboten haben, immer da und immer freundlich waren und dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns rundherum wohlgefühlt haben.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar schön aber war leider enttäuschend

Es sind nicht so viele Leute dort gewesen. Man hat mehr Ruhe gehabt. Der Pool war sauber. Kellner hat ab und zu Chips zu den Getränken serviert.

1. Wir wurden nicht sonderlich herzlich empfangen. Der Kellner kam uns auch dauernd angepisst vor. Wir wissen auch nicht warum dar wir immer höflich und freundlich waren. 2. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber aber der Zimmerservice kam immer erst am Abend. Die letzten Tage war er oft um 22:00 noch nicht fertig. Noch dazu kommt dass oft Sachen vergessen wurden wie Putzmittel oder eine Menge Handtücher. Ebenfalls wurde auch noch ein Wasser aus der Mini Bar genommen und aufgemacht. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Getränke mit und haben die Bar nie benutzt. Die halb leere Flasche wurde im Zimmer hinterlassen. Einmal wurde nur das Bett nur zu Hälfte gemacht. Noch dazu wurde das Zimmer nach dem putzen nicht zugesperrt. Es könnte jeder rein kommen und unsere Wertgegenstände stehlen. 3. Leider war auch das Frühstück nichts besonderes. Für unseren Geschmack sogar etwas überteuert. Zum Beispiel: für einen Orangensaft und Croissant 8€. 4. Uns wurde der Parkplatz verrechnet obwohl unter Booking.com steht dass es kostenfreie Parkplätze bei der Unterkunft gibt. Wenn ein Parkplatz reserviert wurde stand die Zimmernummer dort. Wir haben nur auf dem Parkplatz geparkt wo keine Nummer stand

Es war erholsam . Und das Frühstück war gewaltig gut . Avocadotoast einfach nur super gut auch der Kaffee sehr gut.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft . Die zwei Inhaber waren extrem nett. Selten so gut betreut worden. Wenn man sich zum Pool setzte war Momo sofort mit Handtuch und einem kleinen Snack da. Einfach nur ein Traum die zwei. Kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und können das kleine Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Tutto perfetto! Peccato che ci siamo stati pochi giorni..

Struttura accogliente, tranquilla e intima!! Gestita da 2 ragazzi molto bravi e attenti con ogni nostro bisogno.. abbiamo avuto la camera deluxe proprio davanti piscina con un piccolo balcone che fine serata potevamo gustare un calice di vino ,. I ragazzi sempre molto attenti ci coccolavano con gelato o altro,. Ci sono stati tanti piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza! Colazione deliziosa 😋

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich. Die Einrichtung und der Pool sind bombastisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum von Medulin. Eine Busfahrt nach Pula dauert ca. 15-20 Minuten für 2,50 Euro pro Person. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Mateo und Momo. Sie sind fleißig, zuvorkommend und sehr höflich. Wir haben oft zusammen gelacht. Dieses Team verleiht dem Hotel eine Seele. Die beiden sind der Grund, weshalb wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. MY BEST !!!!!

Perfection

Everything was perfect. The room was nice and clean and the staff was super nice. Whenever we went to the pool in front of the hotel they brought us free snacks. They helped with anything and were always available. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants a peaceful stay.

Leider etwas enttäuscht, Bilder haben mehr versprochen…

Auf den ersten Blick ein gepflegtes Hotel und nette Zimmer und schöne Poolanlage. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leckeres, frisch zubereitetes a la carte Frühstück. Lage ist wenige Gehminuten von der Promenade und den Restaurants entfernt. Gute Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Wenn man genauer hinschaut, ist das Zimmer und die Ausstattung mehr Schein als Sein. Viele Spiegel, Bilder, etliche Kronleuchter und verschiedene, starkriechende Raumdüfte empfangen die Gäste. Im Bad hängt eine fast abfallende Handtuchhalterung, der Waschtisch hat starke Kalkablagerungen, im Zimmer kleben noch Klebebandreste von Malerarbeiten, der Fernseher kann kein Signal zu ausländischen Sendern finden und es gibt keine Bademäntel auf den Zimmern. Das Hotel ist super hellhörig, man hört alle Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern und jeden Schritt der Bewohner aus der höheren Etage.

Kleines feines Hotel mit exzellentem Service

Eine Freundin und ich haben 2 x 1 Nacht im Chevalier jeweils im gleichen Zimmer mit Poolblick verbracht. Alles war sauber und ordentlich und die Klimaanlage ließ sich gut steuern bzw. auch abschalten.. Tolle Hand- und Duschtücher. Sehr ruhige Lage da etwas zurück gesetzt weg von der Strasse. Mateo und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich in allen Belangen. Wir konnten unser Reisegepäck kostenlos einstellen da wir früher angereist waren. Seine Empfehlungen für das Restaurants und für den Radverleih der gleich um die Ecke ist war sehr hilfreich und gut und auch das Taxi zum Flughafen hatte den besten Preis. Frühstück ist a la carte aber sehr schön präsentiert und alles schmeckte hervorragend und das alles unter einem Sonnenschirm beim Pool genossen. Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar obwohl wir selbst mit dem Fahrrad einen etwas weiter entfernten Strand besuchten. Definitive eine Weiterempfehlung.

Ein paar kurze gut gemeinte Hinweise: Steckkontakte im Zimmer sind einige lose und sollten fixiert werden. Im Badezimmer fehlte eine Halterung für Tücher - bitte wieder montieren oder die noch sichtbaren Reste der Halterung entfernen. Regendusche überprüfen, Wasser läuft oberhalb aus der Schraubverbindung heraus!

Ein rundum luxuriöses Hotel: Das Personal ist stets präsent, hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Zimmer sind modern, makellos sauber, bestens ausgestattet und dank effizienter Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl; das liebevoll zubereitete à‑la‑carte‑Frühstück – obwohl nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten – ist absolut empfehlenswert, der bis in die Abendstunden geöffnete, idyllische Poolbereich lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein, und dank der hervorragenden Lage erreicht man Strand, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in knapp zehn Minuten zu Fuß – wir waren begeistert und kommen definitiv wieder.

We really liked the hotel! It was very chill and quiet, clean and the location is good! Just few minutes to supermarkets and resturants! Pool and sunbathing area was perfect and room was good! Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit Luft nach oben.

Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Geht alles in Richtung Glöckler Style. Ein insgesamt unkompliziertes Hotel mit Luft nach oben, im Bereich Service und Professionalität. Es gibt ein wenig Licht, aber leider auch noch viel Schatten. Zum Ort Medulin: Es gibt ein paar recht nette Resaturants (Hervorzuheben: Salt & Pepper und die kleine Bar gegenüber). Zum Schwimmen dann doch lieber nach Kamenjak kostet aber Extra Eintritt. Adults only sinnvoll für Ruhe suchende in der Ferienzeit ;)

Frühstück gibt es nur a la card. Dauert alles sehr lange und deshalb empfehle ich extern zu frühstücken. Empfehlung hier Restaurant Salt & Pepper. Zimmerservice nicht oder erst recht spät. 1. Tag gar nicht obwohl jemand im Zimmer war, da Matratze vom Bett verschoben. Einfahrt zum Hotel ist für die Einfahrt und Ausfahrt nicht ohne. Aufpassen! Zum Ort Medulin: Für uns ist dieser doch eher künstliche und kirmesähnlicher Ort nicht so das Gelbe vom Ei. Da sind andere Orte doch in Kroatien eher zu empfehlen.

Wir haben im Boutique Hotel Chevalier in Medulin eine fantastische Zeit verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Bilder an der Wand sind zwar speziell, aber angemessen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns jedoch die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit der Betreiber Mateo (Rezeption und Service) und Momo (Housekeeping). Sie haben uns von Anfang an wie Familienmitglieder behandelt und waren immer mit einem Lächeln und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass sie uns jeden Morgen mit einem köstlichen, hausgemachten Frühstück verwöhnt haben und immer für eine Auskunft bereit waren zu Helfen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – ruhig gelegen, aber nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, modern und sehr komfortabel und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen und im Gegenteil jedes Hotel sollte solche hervorragenden und engagierten Mitarbeiter haben. Denn dieses geben dem Hotel eine besondere Wärme und Seele.

Nagyon szuper volt a szállás pont olyan mint a képeken. A két fiatalember Mateo és Momo leste minden kivánságunkat,annyira jó volt a medence hogy nem is mentünk le a tengerhez. Kaptunk napközben ingyen chipset,süteményt igazán figyelmes házigazdák voltak 🥰. A központ séta távolságra volt ahol jobbnál jobb éttermeket próbáltunk.Biztos jövünk még hozzájuk

Soba je prljava, nikako na razini 4*. Još nam je naplaćen parking za dva dana i boravišna bez ispostavljanja računa 17€ - cash only jer “nema kolege kod kojega je POS uređaj”. Preskupo za ovo što smo dobili. Na moj dobronamjerni savjet da pripaze na čišćenje u budućnosti sam dobila odgovor “AJOJ”. Žao mi je što ne mogu dodati više fotografija…

Frühstück dauert sehr lange, Tische sind klein, man sitzt vorm Pool, nicht gemütlich. Parkplätze haben wir mit anderen Gästen selber ausgemacht, da das Personal dafür nicht in der Lage war.

Leider passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier nicht

Das Zimmer war durchaus großzügig, die Betten sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte, die Einrichtung z. T. sehr ansprechend, das durchweg sehr junge (und entsprechend unerfahrene) Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und "hat sich stets bemüht", die Erwartungen der Gäste zu erfüllen. Tolles À-la-Carte Frühstücksangebot (gegen faire Bezahlung), teilweise mit sehr langen Wartezeiten.

Die Einrichtung war z. T. sehr "billig" (IKEA- und Jysk-Stil), z. T. etwas heruntergekommen, die Sauberkeit war oberflächlich gut, alles ein wenig "zu landestypisch" für diese Preisklasse. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht, und ein "I will call the plumber immediately" hilft auch nicht weiter, wenn kein Installateur kommt und sich darum kümmert. Ich habe es notdürftig selbst repariert, damit das Klo nutzbar war. Der Abfluss der Dusche konnte mit dem Strahl aus der Brause nicht mithalten, auch hier nutzt mir die Erklärung nichts, dass der Ablauf wohl durch Haare verstopft sein könnte... (ich wollte mich nicht auch noch darum kümmern! - "Der Kunde bzw. Gast wünscht die Beseitigung des Problems und nicht die Erklärung!"). Die Zahlung von EUR 7,00 pro Tag für einen kleinen Platz für ein Motorrad ist unverhältnismäßig teuer, wir haben keinen PKW-Platz blockiert und sollten für ein Viertel der Größe einen vollen "Autopreis" zahlen. SORRY!

Es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mit meiner Mama, die Jungs sind sehr nett! Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub!

Das Zimmer hat die perfekte größe und sind modern aus. Es is groß genug und hat auch ein recht großes Bad! Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Sehr toll! Die Jungs die im Hotel Arbeiten, sehr liebe Menschen, sehr gute Getränke, haben oftmals Eis und Obst bekommen, fand ich sehr toll! Die Jungs sind Aufmerksam und machen eine echt tolle Arbeit!

the location is excellent, 15 min walk to the beach and to the promenade. The staff was friendly and our room was clean.

unfortunately just one big sheet without a blanket. the showerhead was not affixed at tge wall so you could only use one hand. thats pretty annoying.
