Too expensive for the final result

Location, the room was spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, staff is polite and helpful.

The fact the accommodation was not cheap, parking is supposed to be near the suits but the ramp is busted and the parking was full of people who paid for cheaper rooms but parked there. Also the A/C that is set automatically at the reception. Not cool because I do not want to open the window or the terrace doors on the lower floor and sleep with the mosquitoes. In a serious accommodation A/C is set by the guest in the room!

great location and room, just get your food elsewhere

location was great and the rooms were really nice as well

the food at the restaurant is not good. so bad that I ended up skipping included meals there and eating elsewhere. it was very loud very late the first night. everyone is not there to party.

The suites were nice and clean. The pools were great. The staff was nice.

Some of the food was not very good. They were saving too much so the puding or panckes were for example very waterish and not good enough for a 4 star hotel. But some other food was very tasty.

The suite is very nice and comfy. The suites are in a very nice environment with trees and the beach right next to them. It is very calm and lovely.

Breakfast till 10:00 only ... it could be until 10:30:)

A great place for a family with little children

Really good location, everything was near. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is a great choice for a family. Many amazing places to visit, great restaurants and bars around.

The floor of the apartment was incredibly dirty. The breakfast and the dinner were quite boring after two days - though the quality was great. The amount of people eating there however made everything uncomfortable, it was hectic, we decided to eat out more.

Great location and nice hotel but TERRIBLE food

Location was nice. The suites were a bit small but comfortable although the pulled out couch for my 8 years old daughter was absolutely terrible. Very uncomfortable! The buildings and common areas were well kept, and we also enjoyed the kids pool/slides area.

The food served at dinner was atrocious!! I have been to several 4 stars hotels in Croatia, and this was without doubt the worst food I was ever served for dinner. All the main courses were terrible, and some fish and meat tasted spoiled. It was not fresh at all. When I asked the reception about the difference in price between an only breakfast reservation versus a half board reservation, I was given an estimate of €75 extra. This means that the cost per dinner per person was €4......well.... I guess there is not much else to say regarding the quality of food. Fast food joints make you pay way more for just a burger... Let alone a full meal with free drinks... What I'm surprised about is that this is a 4 stars hotel, and I expected more in term of food quality, way more.

overall, the hotel is good, except for the meal

territory of the hotel is good, kids club amd kids facilities and pool area are very good as well. guests of garden suites have a preference to have a dinner on outside veranda

meal is not something which you will appreciate a lot, very small choice of main dishes, definitely not smth you expect from 4 star hotel

Never again, you'll find much better for this price

Very close to the beach, we could see the sea.

The quality of the finishes in the rooms and common areas doesn't come close to the price, neither does the restaurant. Could barely find something to eat, long queues, the vine is undrinkable.The value for money at this facility is just terrible. Had to climb across fences to get to and from the vilas lather at night, there was no way open the gates. Our villa had a huge beam broken off on one side on the terrace. Seemed it could fall at any moment a big safety risk. We travel frequently to croatia in this type of accommodations and never had such a bad experience. Wanted to try something new, but learned our lessons to keep to the Valamar chain. **Update**: I'm increasing my review by one point. I appreciate the hotel reaching back and being constructive about criticism and will offer some clarification. I had to climb the fences to the vilas because the small gates were closed lather at night after 10 PM I think and there was no apparent way to open them. this wasn't a huge deal on it's own, just put the cherry on top. I also accept the criticism that I did not reach out to solve these problems, it was true indeed that we did not give a chance for the hotel to do so, partially because we considered that some problems cannot be solved during our stay and part because we were so disappointed that we just didn't want to deal with it. It's great to see that management cares and is responsive none the less and I sincerely hope that you will be able to overcome these problems, Croatia in general and this area in particular are lovely and I would hope for as many great accommodations as there could be.

Modern facilities located close to a small sand beach. Nice little town for an evening stroll. The hotel reservation includes access to punta pool, a pool with slides for children.

Great location on the beach, very nice for family. I wish more care for food and a little cheaper

Position, staff very very kind, room very big and quiet. A long promenade exactly in front of the hotel. A very nice place for family with kids. A lot of ice cream shops close, rent a bike... a place friendly and ready to welcome families. In general pretty clean from the beach to the park.

Not a regular hotel room

Big room and comfortable bed. Nice view from the balcony. Close to the beach.Even if our visit was out of the main season, there was a lot of choise at self-service.

Súper quality / price ratio - great for families

the room is big, new and functional. Huge shower and very good ac. It’s right next to the beach, less than 200 meters from the suite farthest away. all personnel nice and approachable, specially Sara and Mario from the kids club, they made our stay much more better. very high quality for price ratio.

the indoor pool is really cold, i mean shivering cold. the food even when quite good Can be a bit better.
