Fantasztikus!

Modern, tiszta apartman. Kedves személyzet. Gyönyörű környezet, sok zöldterület, minden gondozott, szépen karbantartott az egész hely. Tenger közelsége fantasztikus. Nagyon jó volt itt lenne, egészen biztos megyünk még.

-Sehr komfortables großes Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung. -Toplage direkt am Meer. Strandtücher und Liegen inklusive. -in der Suiteanlage sehr viel Ruhe -tolle Frühstücksauswahl

-sehr viel Trubel (besonders beim Frühstück) im Haupthaus, da die Gesamtanlage sehr groß ist -Kaffee nicht ganz unser Geschmack

Es war in Ordnung, aber ein zweites Mal würde ich nicht unbedingt noch mal dorthin fahren, außer die Sauberkeit bessert

Gefallen hat uns, dass für Kinder grundsätzlich auf diesem Gelände sehr viel zu bieten ist, und die Ausstattung relativ modern ist und ausreichend Platz vorhanden ist.

Leider war es grundsätzlich etwas feucht und doch kühler aufgrund der Dauer laufenden Klimaanlage, welche nur schwierig auszustellen war und sich jedes Mal beim Verlassen des Zimmers wieder neu aufgewärmt hat. Vor dem Apartment war das Gras sehr feucht und von Moos besetzt. Grundsätzlich war das Apartment nicht besonders gut gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar ausreichend, aber die Qualität war nicht besonders gut. Beim Abendessen gilt das gleiche, sehr viel Auswahl aber wenig essen das tatsächlich gut geschmeckt hat. Wir hätten uns gewünscht lieber weniger Auswahl und dafür gute Qualität des Essens. Der Gratis Wein hat leider nicht besonders gut geschmeckt.

Bardzo udany wyjazd w eleganckim hotelu nad Adriatykiem.

Bardzo czysto i świeżo. Hotel na poziomie. Lokalizacja w pobliżu plaży oraz starówki (ok. 1,5 km).

Bardzo duże kolejki na posiłkach. Trzeba było swoje odstać zanim dotarło się z talerzem do wybranych potraw. Czasem trudno było o miejsce do siedzenia.

Wir waren das 4te mal dort. Beim 1sten mal hatte alles gepasst. Dan wurde es Jahr für Jahr immer schlechter. Das war das letzte mal.

Zimmer eher schon Große Gebrauchsspuren Wände voller Dreck, dreckig und Schimmelig im Bad. Und es wurde nur das notwendigste geputzt.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblicken.

Die Essensräume sowie die Terrasse mit Meerblick waren sehr schön gestaltet und ausreichend groß, sodass man sich jederzeit wohlfühlen konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und bot eine solide Auswahl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal an den Tischen, das stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und nah um Strand, wer den Sandstrand nicht mag ist hier richtig. Es hat kleine Abschnitte mit Sandstrand. Die Nähe zum Hauptort Umag ist zu Fuß gut möglich und für den Ferienalltag empfehlenswert.

Weniger überzeugend war allerdings das Abendbuffet: Da es zeitlich nicht gestaffelt war, bildeten sich bereits um 18:30 Uhr lange Schlangen. Während das Ressort in den letzten Jahren gewachsen ist, scheint sich die Küche leider nicht weiterentwickelt zu haben. Das Buffet wirkt wie eine reine Massenabfertigung – das schlägt sich auch in der Qualität der Speisen nieder. Zudem war das Personal am Buffet auffallend wortkarg und wenig kommunikativ. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick, aber beim kulinarischen Angebot besteht deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial.

Lokalizacja, okolica , ładne pokoje , basen Hotel i jedzenie naprawdę wszystko na pięknym poziomie. Wrócimy z rodziną i znajomymi z Polski. Dziękujemy za piękne wakacje.

Można poprawić To że nie ma polskich tłumaczeń a jednak sporo gości z Polski przyjeżdża , hotel bardziej nastawiony na Niemców i Austriaków bo po niemiecku są już tłumaczenia ale trzeba prosić to może się kiedyś coś w tym temacie zmieni.

Tökéletesen ,szervezett ,tiszta , gyönyörű környezetben pihenhetünk .

Gyönyörű környezetben töltöttünk el egy hetet a kis családunkkal: 4 felnőtt +1,5 éves unokánk. A csodálatosan karbantartott , árnyas fás parkban a tengerpart közelében helyezkedett el a szállásunk. Napozó ágyak bőségesen vannak a parton +pihenőpadok mindenhol. Homokos ,kavicsos ,sziklás ,betonozott majd újra homokos part váltja egymást, ami nagy előny ,mert mindenki megtalálhatta a kedvére való partszakaszt. Játszótér , wellness, különböző szépészeti szolgáltatások ,edzések , animációs programok ,kisvonat ,mindenfajta vízi szórakoztató programok ballon csúszda stb szórakoztatta a kicsiket, nagyokat A nyár minden napjára akadna felfedezni való. Szórakozni ,pihenni vágyók is elégedettek lehetnek . Tengerre néző lakosztályt(a kis családnak ) és egy parkra néző teraszos franciágyas szobát foglaltunk (a férjemnek és nekem ) nem csalódnunk azt kaptunk amit rendeltünk és amit a képeken bemutattak. A teraszokról egymásra ráláttunk ,de külön épületben laktunk . A szobák légkondicionáltak ,tágasak, tiszták . Félpanziós ellátással tökéletesen meg voltunk elégedve , amit mi a teraszon töltöttük, olajfák árnyékában közvetlenül a tenger mellett étkezhettünk ami remek volt . Változatos finom bőséges ételekkel vártak mindig bennünket az ételeket gyorsan pótolták, ha fogytán volt. Gyümölcs , desszert felhozatallal is elégedettek voltunk . A személyzet nagyon előzékeny és kedves segítőkész amihez gratulálunk! Külön kiemelnénk a vacsoránál az étterem bejáratánál nagyon kedves mosolygós szőkésbarna ,szemüveges fiatal hölgyet (sajnos a nevét nem tudom )aki az első alkalomtól kezdve anyanyelvükön kiváló magyar kiejtéssel köszöntött 1-2 kedves mondattal kiegészítve és megismert bennünket annyi vendég ellenére. Kívánunk jó egészséget ,kitartást ,tovabbiakban is jó hangulatú munkát a személyzet minden tagjának! Köszönet minden dolgozónak, hogy kipihenten élményekben gazdagon , feltöltődve térhettünk haza. Visszatérünk és csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek ❣️

Meg voltunk elégedve mindennel . Talán a parkolóhelyek picit zsúfoltak. Imádjuk a madárcsicsergős teraszokat és állatbarátok is vagyunk ,de a teraszon a kínáló pulton a kismadarak velünk együtt válogattak csipegettek ,erre kellene valami megoldást találni , hogy ne férjemnek olyan könnyedén hozzá . A pincérek mindig zavargatták őket ,de a madárkák gyorsak és huncutok voltak . Egyébként minden rendben volt.

Super für Familien

Sehr sauber, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, also nicht zu weitläufig. Viel natürlicher Schatten, sodass man immer wo Platz hat. Verschiedene Zugänge zum Meer, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Coole Poolanlage für klein und groß. Perfekt für Familien mit Kinder jeglichem Alter.

Die Buffet Situation ist so wie die meisten sagen. Mega Massenabfertigung, oft lange Wartezeiten und Hallen-Feeling. So viele Gäste sind wohl nicht anders abzufertigen und man ist bemüht durch mehrere Stationen etc. aber das ist eher anstrengend. Kinder können außerdem kaum selber was holen weil alles sehr hoch ist. Es ist meistens für jeden was dabei aber auch Geschmackstechnisch hat es uns nicht überzeugt. Außerdem gibt es auch rundum in der Nähe (zu Fuß) kaum Möglichkeiten wo Essen zu gehen. Nur ein Bistro am Meer aber auch da sind die Wartezeiten seehr lang.

Too expensive for the final result

Location, the room was spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, staff is polite and helpful.

The fact the accommodation was not cheap, parking is supposed to be near the suits but the ramp is busted and the parking was full of people who paid for cheaper rooms but parked there. Also the A/C that is set automatically at the reception. Not cool because I do not want to open the window or the terrace doors on the lower floor and sleep with the mosquitoes. In a serious accommodation A/C is set by the guest in the room!

Udany pobyt z rodziną i psami.

Bardzo dużo zieleni, spokój, personel służył pomocą na każdym kroku. Basen mały ale przebywało na nim maksymalnie kilka osób więc można było spokojnie popływać. W połowie maja na plażach i w okolicznych restauracjach pustki, więc jeśli ktoś ceni sobie spokój serdecznie polecam ten okres. W tym okresie wodny plac zabaw był jeszcze zamknięty. Basen zewnętrzny otwarty ale temperatura wody sprawiała, że raczej tylko dla odważnych.

Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut. Mein Kind hat jeden Abend Pizza genossen. Unterkunft war sehr Nahe am Strand. Innen Pool war im April geöffnet, was uns gefreut hat. Man könnte sich oft im Umag auf deutsch verständigen.

Leider gab es Schimmel unter der Dusche. Das Zimmer könnte sauberer sein. Sobald paar Krümmel auf dem Boden gelandet sind, kamen Ameisen! Wasserkocher wurde nicht schaden.

Sehr schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage

Es war ein sehr schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage am Meer. Neben unserem Appartement war direkt der Spielplatz, was unserer Tochter sehr gefallen hat. Leider gab es zu wenig Schränke um alle Sachen zu verstauen. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zu wenig Platz in den Schränken. Wir hatten auch leider ein Ameisenproblem im Appartement, das sollte man sich mal anschauen. Tipp: Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine würden das Appartement sehr aufwerten. Buffet hatte eine große Auswahl, für jeden was dabei... leckere Fischgerichte. Service sehr bemüht. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

Hrana je bila solidna, zelo lepa okolica in zelo lepo zamišljeno. Hiške v Gardenu so res lepe vendar ....

Ni mi bil všeč prvi vtis v hiški, bila je umazana in polno mravelj. Temeljitega ciscenja hiska ni videla, res je bilo grozno. Sobarice so menjale samo brisače ostalega niso videle (umazanije). Ko sem ubijala mravlje so bila tla črna in sobarice tega niso opazile in pomele. Zadnji dan pred odhodom sobaric sploh bilo ni v hiško, da karkoli pospravi in preveri....

SK: Krásne prostredie a lokalita. Apartmány vyzerajú veľmi pekne. Výhlady na more a Alpy sú očarujúce. Strava (polpenzia) bola pestrá a každý deň si bolo čo vybrať. Personál (recepcia, reštaurácia, upratovačky, iný staff) super. Strážená úschovňa na bicykle bola priestranná. Parkovanie kúsok od apartmánu. EN: Beautiful surroundings and location. The apartments look very nice. The views of the sea and the Alps are enchanting. The food (half board) was varied and there was something to choose from every day. The staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies, other staff) were great. The guarded bike storage was spacious. Parking was a short distance from the apartment.

SK: Mravce, mravce, mravce. Chápem, že sú to Garden Suites a mravce patria do záhrady, ale toto bolo moc. Od prvého dňa a to sme ani dvere neotvárali, lebo pršalo. V spálni, okolo stolíka v obývačke a aj v naších taškách s potravinami. Kedže zme boli s 1 a pol ročný synom, tak sme mu museli robiť jedlo v kúpelke, lebo na stolíkoch v spalni a obývacej izbe by to do 10 minút našli mravce. Hlásené 3x na recepcí a jedine co vyriešili bolo, že ich povysávali na miestach kde som ich nahlásil. Zabitého mravca z 2. dňa na stolíku v obývacej izbe sme tam mali ešte posledný deň. V kúpelke bola pleseň na sprchovacích hlaviciach a v rohoch. Čo ma dosť prekvapilo, kedže sa hotel len teraz otvoril na sezónu. Až na druhý pokus, ked som to hlásil recepcí, to vyčistili. Tiez ale len na hornej sprchovacej hlavici. Tu na ručnej a v rohoch nechali. Bolo to smutne nakoľko je to ten najlepší apartmán čo sa dá vybrať. Inak sme si oddýchli a strávili veľa času spoločne. EN: Ants, ants, ants. I understand that these are the Gerden Suites and ants belong in the garden, but this was too much. From the first day, and we didn't even open the doors because it was raining. In the bedroom, around the living room table, and even in our food bags. Since we were with a 1.5-year-old son, we had to prepare his food in the bathroom, because the ants would find it within 10 minutes on the tables in the bedroom and living room. Reported 3 times to the reception and the only thing they resolved was to vacuum them up in the places I reported. A dead ant from the 2nd day on the living room table was still there on our last day. In the bathroom, there was mold on the shower heads and in the corners. This was quite surprising, since the hotel had just opened for the season. It was only on the second report to the reception that they cleaned it. But only the upper shower head, not the handheld one and the corners. It was sad because it is the best apartment you can choose.

The suites were nice and clean. The pools were great. The staff was nice.

Some of the food was not very good. They were saving too much so the puding or panckes were for example very waterish and not good enough for a 4 star hotel. But some other food was very tasty.
