Location is excellent.. staff is very friendly and professional Room on the top floor with amazing view

Furniture could be replaced.. bathrobe is extra charged Spa is in the underground, shared between 4-5 hotels, very hard to find your way around in it.. no good instructions for spa usage

Relaxing getaway.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, average dinner. The rooms are very spacious. There are two separate pool complexes - one with sea water and the other with thermal salt water. The pools are big and the water temperature is warm (30 degrees C). There are many options for taking walks along the coast.

Spacious room, big balcony with a little sea view. Big bathroom and clean sheets. Great breakfast with a variety of things to choose from. Really friendly staff which helped anytime needed and promptly responded when we had issues with the room

The strange way to cut the way to the sea. You need to go through another hotel and then take the stairs (98) down to the main road. The other option was to go around without stairs

Relaxing, comfortable, good climate hotel

Room is spacious, we were staying the 3 of us in one room and could still feel separated, also there was a longer corridor leading from the entrance door to the bedroom so you didn't realise when someone went to the bathroom early in the morning. We were up on the 5th floor enjoying the direct view not only of the seashore but also the variable birds. Terrace was also spacious. Food was really excellent, you can pick bites even if you have intolerance and they served seafood as well every day. Located in the very center.

The back side of the toilette lid had yellow spots and the bathroom door opened right on the toilette. If you have with you a senior, consider the fact that this hotel lays on the hill and can be accessed from the street/beach by 3 elevators through 3 hotels which by the way for us -the youngers- was awesome experience. The other way is a straight line of stairs.

Very good

Really comprehensive wellness possibilities, it corresponds to the motto life class wellness style. It is possible to be somewhere even the wetter is not really sunny or it rains. I was taken at my arrival, before the foresehen check-in time and it was provided possibility to use wellness center after my check out so I had nice waiting time until my transportation arrived. Excellent customer friendly organisation. Nice pure not cold sea water in the pools 👍🧜‍♀️

Very hard to find right reception in the evening time (if main reception is not open), no info anywhere about that. Parking wasn't free so we needed to drive around and looked for parking for additional 30 minutes.

• very friendly staff at breakfast and dinner • clean spacious rooms • lovely pool area, baby pool perfect temperature for kids. • good location

• the hidden extra costs for a 4 star hotel, we payed €15 for a baby cot in the room, also extra for bathrobes and if you wanted to use the sauna it was €15 for 2 hours!! • not disabled or pushchair friendly, we had to carry our pushchair up and down many stairs a day.

Good maintained hotel with nice food and spa but lacking parking slots.

We had a nice sunny balvony, which was great in November, the food was great, room was quite spacious, nice swimmingpools.

Small barhroom, fee for using bathrobes, no parking when we arrived (but we got one the next day).

Hotel was good. Nearby to the beach, and restaurants. Our staff was great. Kristina, who was on check in hotel Mirna, work her job very good and she was kind and nice. It is clean and tidy. Breakfast was good.

overall we were very satisfied; very clean hotel in a quiet enviroment, but in city center; sandy beach - ideal for smal

location; cleanliness; rich breakfast; helpful staff; big rooms where we as 4-members family did not feel cramped

broken leg on the bed, which greatly reduced the comfort of sleeping; mistakes in invoicing of the stay (we made reservation through booking.com and the hotel charged us higher amounts as we had made the reservation directly at the hotel on the day of arrival)

Nice design. Nice, large room with sizeable balcony. Breakfast was good.

Parking is a nightmare, especially during the weekends. For the bathrobe, if you use it (and not only if you take it) you have to pay 6 Euros. I have never seen this before in any hotels.
